I came in 10 minutes before they closed and Andre was a great help and he was super friendly! Also the pizza tasted great!

I wanted to go check them out the other day so I checked the hours of operation. I realized they closed at 7 and it was already 6 so I logged online to order and the website was taking so long I decided to call. I called a few times and it would just ring and ring and after awhile they sent me to a recording saying it was closed (6:30) so I went to the store to order in person and the doors were locked, everything was cleaned but the hours on the door still said they are supposed to close at 7 (it's now 6:35ish) I saw a female standing behind the counter on her phone. It seemed like she was just waiting for the clock to turn 7 to clock out while she wasn't doing anything. read more

Ordered $50+ of food. One was a Hawaii but did not have pineapple on it, a big miss on their part. Called to see if I could get a refund since we baked it without knowing. They said a manager would call me back to discuss but have not heard back from them yet. Bad customer experience! Another lost customer that will never be back. read more

Surprised that the ratings are low. Have been going here for 2 years and they've always been good and the staff are friendly. My husband has a gluten intolerance and so we were delighted to find that the gluten free crust is pretty good read more

My best friend lives out here and every time I come out here I stop here and grab something to eat, it's really amazing and I love how the staff are helpful and funny. I mean the food takes forever to come but all in all it's a nice place and I'll keep coming back over and over. The only reason why it has a 4 stars is because of the slow service. read more

Thai Delite large with $1.50 of "extra" zucchini. When I asked if this had extra zucchini was told yes in a condescending manner and informed it doesn't mean double. So I guess I paid $1.50 for 4-6 thin slices of a veg. read more

Online your hours say ope till 7. Just got home from work at 6, had my husband call in for a pizza. Young girl who awnsered the phone said they are not taking orders. Its super bowl Sunday, the store closes at 7. Im sure the owner would not be happy to know the kids running this place are missing opportunities to make this place money during the super bowl and the pandemic. Go to a different Papa Murphy's, they dont care about customer service or quality. I only needed 3 pizza one of them specialty pizza, their online wasn't working, couldnt get the pizza i wanted, called them and wouldn't help by allowing me to use a coupon. So many excuses why couldn't use the coupon. Went back online and reordered the pizza, just to use a coupon. Picked up pizzas and they are terrible toppings are chintzy, The stuffed pizza is flat. And they charged me more when i went to get the pizzas after I ordered them online and told the online wasn't working. Never going here again. Avoid this place unless your ok with crap service and pizza!!!!! read more

Just terrible customer service. They messed up our order so badly last night as they were closing (so we couldn't do anything then) that we couldn't even eat the pizza. Called in today and was treated like a punk kid trying to con them out of a pizza. I just wanted a pizza credited to my account and was told it was my responsibility because I should've checked the pizzas myself when I picked them up. It is such a dumb thing for the individual I spoke to to dig their heals in on and to not give a customer the benefit of the doubt was unbelievable to me. They did offer me percentage off of my pizza but I wanted my pizza replaced and I don't think that was unreasonable. I love their pizza but I am not going back to them again. I don't need to be treated that way. read more

This is the second time I have tried to buy pizza here. I got nothing and will not return. Phoned in order for sausage pizza and they told me 15 minutes. Went to the store and they told me they were out of sausage. They did call my house after I left advising my wife and asking if we wanted something else. If they told me when I called that they couldn't make what I wanted, I would not have left the house. No apology and lousy attitude. read more

Felt like I should share what happened at the Papa Murphys in Reunion today. I put in my online order and went to pick it up on my lunch break. The kid was flustered saying they were in the middle of installing a new system and he received no online orders. I told him that i realized it was not his fault but just inconvenient bc of the circumstance. He called the owner, and told me they should have known this was going to happen (out of frustration). Went ahead and put in my order with him and asked if i could pick it up later. He agreed, and said the owner, Jocelyn, would be in shortly. When i had a break at work, i called and spoke to Jocelyn over the phone. Again, she was also flustered and upset with the new system being installed. I told her the situation and asked if my pizza was ready for pick up. She interrupted and proceeds to tell me they are still unable to do anything and probably shutting their doors soon. She confirmed my pizza was ready and made. I asked if I could come get my pizza and told her with the inconvenience it would be nice if she worked out some discount or something (at this point an apology would have been really appreciated) She said no, that I would have to pay in full cash upon arrival. She then proceeds to say , "it's just pizza, this isn't cancer or anything serious we are dealing with" "looks like we are both having bad days". "I am going to refer you out to the other locations since they are open." I again said I can leave and come get the pizza but she hangs up on me. I am appalled by how she treated me over the phone. And yes, it's just pizza, but what manager, let alone owner, treats a customer like that?!! I was ready to get back in my car and pay in full with cash even with her treating me awful, but she hung up on me. Anyone else have bad experiences in the past with her in particular? There are always going to be instances where things are out of our control, but at least treat your customers the way you want to be treated!!! read more

This was the first time ever at Papa Murphy's and because of this experience I won't return. We saw a sign in the window that said "large pepperoni pizza $5". So we ordered the pepperoni pizza and the new taco pizza without olives. When we are called that our pizza is dune, the taco one had olives and when I said something about it the girl was it wasn't on the ticket and just looked at me like are you going to take it or not. I walked away. While I was waiting for the remake, I noticed that I was charged $10 for the pepperoni pizza and when I questioned why, I was told that I didn't ask for the "Fav" pizza and the difference is that the fav pizza doesn't have cheese on top. Let me tell you there wasn't $5 worth of cheese on top of the pepperoni. When I told the staff that this is bait and switch, the girl just shrugged her shoulder and said nothing. I told her I wasn't going to come back because of their false advertising and again shrugged shoulders and handed me my pizza. The only reason I took it was my kids really wanted the taco pizza.
