Okay, I guess. The location seemed decent, in a small strip mall mainly occupied by medical and dental offices - a medical plaza perhaps? There is a liquor store conveniently close next door. I usually pick up my own pizzas so I have never used their delivery service. I'm not a big fan of the new crusts and I think the pizza sauce is bland. I suppose now that it is not owned by the religious wacko family it probably gets an additional star for that. Folks - for now this is all we got for the 'za here in Reunion. It's either this or driving to Stapleton for Papa John's. I think I preferred the older style Dominos crusts and sauces. It will do in a pinch but it won't be my every Friday pizza order. read more

I mean how many times can I keep giving a 1 star review before something actually changes. Same workers same managers they must be desperate because they can't do a simple order. I wish there was another closer dominos to me. I ordered my usual and most of the time they forget to add the hot sauce and then I have to ask them to put it on there. No big deal but still, then I get it today when it's not busy at all at 2pm and as you see in the picture it's AWFUL I mean I guess if I wanted my sauce to be the actual hot buffalo sauce then no problem but I put on the request to be a normal amount. Anyone else think this is the "normal" amount? Can anyone from dominos corp do anything? I mean seriously. Come down here and RETRAIN the entire store. It's dirty all the time the workers don't interact with the customers they gave me my pizza and turned around and ran into the back of the room because they knew they messed up the pizza. I'll keep reviewing 1 stars until something different happens. read more

They have no interest in their work. They made me wait a whole hour for two medium pizzas; they don't answer you properly, and they look at you as if you weren't paying for a service. read more

Back in the day when this location first opened they were awesome. Over the years the employees don't care, the food is skimpy and thrown together. Pizzas have little toppings and little cheese. It takes 2 hours to get anything delivered and the employees are flat out rude. They won't give you a refund even if it's their fault. I've tried to contact someone higher up than the store manager but to no avail. Better off ordering from Black Jack! read more

absolutely terrible service. order for pick up and said 10 mins. 35 mins later I drive to the store. waited at the register for 4 mins before anyone acknowledged me. finally the orange and yellow haired clown came up and I told him my name. he looked it up, said we haven't started it'll be 10 mins. 28 mins later I had a pizza. rude mo deckers. learn some politeness and manners. say sorry sir we're so short handed we're working on it. say anything. this place sucks. read more

Never ever have I had a pizza this bad. When my wife picked it up it was burnt. She said so and the person behind the counter gave her attitude for complaining. Big mistake. Not the way to treat a customer. When it comes to rude customer service, I'll pass that on to everyone who will listen. They remade our pizza and it too was burnt but not as bad. We took it home as we had been at the hospital all afternoon and hadn't eaten. Big mistake as the crust was crispy, more so than a stale saltine cracker. Buyer beware check your order. We now need to go find something edible for us and the kids. We don't even want to give one star nothing was good about this order. read more

Worst Dominos ever. They always take 2 hours to deliver and frequently forget certain items or overcharge things that I've never been overcharged for at other locations. Boycott. Pizza Hut is way better Also most recent order they didn't even ring the doorbell they just left it on a pile of snow and it seeped through the box and ruined it. Didn't even bother to deliver my soda either. Idiots read more

I don't understand why I can never get anything on time from this place! If I order takeout it's usually 45 minutes to get the pizza, and if I order delivery it's upwards of an hour..... there's just no quick way to get pizza from this place! They always seem like they're fully staffed... so I can't really wrap my mind around it. Just a mile away is a Pizza Hut that I can sit in the parking lot, order a pizza and 10 minutes later walk in and get it..... goals! read more

Ended up ordering online at 6:15pm. Order was completed at 6:29pm, and at 7:17pm I was finally able to reach the store via phone after several failed call attempts. I was informed that my order was still 3 deliveries away from leaving the store. Had them change it to pick up and finally received my order at 7:30pm. The order sat on an unwarmed rack for an hour. The pizza was cold and stail. There wasn't any offer other than recharging the order to remove delivery charge and tip. I will never order from this store again. read more

Worst experience ever with a pizza place. I only gave them 1 star because 0 stars was not an option. We ordered a pizza, pasta and cheesy bread to be delivered. After about 80 minutes we called to see where are order was at. Dominos has a "30 minutes or its free policy." The person on the phone said they were understaffed and busy. When we asked if our order was going to be free, we got the run around. We asked if it would be faster if we came into the store to pick up our pizza and then we could talk to the manager. He said yes. When we got to the store our pizza was out for delivery. I told the "kid" working the register that I was not going to pay for the shitty service and runaround. He said he would reverse the charge on my card but never did. Never again! read more

Don't ever order online. First the email stated that the order would be delivered within 25-35 minutes. I ordered my pizza at 7:55pm. I called the place at 8:50pm and was informed that the email was incorrect and that the delivery would be between 30 minutes to 1 hour. I advised the employee that this was very unprofessional customer service but decided to wait. I called them again at 9:20pm to find out that they cancelled my order! I ordered this food as a surprise for my boy friend and kids and it ended up completely destroyed. I am shocked at the audacity of this business and their tactics. The Manager said they could redo the order but it would take another 30 minutes, seriously. Oh I forgot to mention the cost of the order was over $50!! They just lost $50 and a Customer. Customer service doesn't mean crap anymore. read more

Waiting over 2 hours for a standard pizza is unacceptable, especially at Dominos! I was originally quoted a 65 minute wait time and being early Sunday night, no reason we couldn't wait. That turned into two hours and pizza still isn't here!! The store did offer a credit for next visit but we asked for a refund as we will not be returning!!! read more

Won't be ordering here EVER again. To be fair this was our second time ordering from Domino's near Reunion. The first time was over a year ago, and I wanted to give them another shot as they are closer than Pizza Hut. Never again. I ordered online. My order was not correct (toppings missing, and random ones added), we had to wait 10 minutes (we were told our pizza would be ready at 5:45, and the electronic board said it was, but staff said it wasn't), after the wait both pizzas ordered were burned. The staff is young and incompetent. Maybe they do better at delivery only? I won't be giving them another chance. I'd say save yourself a headache and drive another mile to Pizza Hut. read more

Worst experience at dominos ever. I've never been to that location and will never return. Food took forever. Cold when I got it even tho I stood there and waited for it to be done. Only after I asked for my money back did they prepare the 8 wings and hand it to me. When I walked in 5 people were standing around and 2 IMMEDIATELY disappeared. I waited and said hello. Only then did someone take my order. After ordering he said it would be 22 minutes. 35 minutes later still no wings!!! Never ever again!!!!! read more

Would totally give them zero stars if I could. About a month ago we ordered from this location and when our pizza was delivered, it literally looked like it had been dropped. Spoke to the manager and they sent out another pizza, which is fine. The issue was that the manager was so nonchalant about it, like he didn't care... not even an "I'm sorry your dinner will now be delayed by an hour and a half..." Tonight we decided to give it another go and when I placed the order, the estimate was 45-1 hour. An hour later I call them to get an ETA and they say 4-1 hour. Are you kidding me? Once again, I receive we're busy tonight and got backed up then.... silence. No apology or care about the additional hour wait. Never again. This place sucks! read more

Complaint from Brighton, CO: We ordered lunch online today for work at 11:34 and were quoted a 30-45 minute wait for our order. About an hour after we placed our order we called the store and were informed that the wait time was up to two hours. (Would have been nice to know BEFORE...) Then we finally got our food around 1:40. I sat down at my desk to FINALLY enjoy my long awaited lunch and my cheese bread was COMPLETELY raw inside, more uncooked dough than anything. As you can imagine I am fairly upset that I waited 2 hours for food that I cannot even eat. We order from this Domino's (Store 6195) multiple times a month and we will NEVER be ordering from here again and myself personally will never be eating at any Domino's ever again. This really left a bad taste in my mouth... Literally and figuratively. read more

I order my pizzas for pick up. I ordered one on the way home from work. Person who picked up the phone and took my order was super friendly and professional. She added a coupon to my order without asking, which is amazingly nice on her end. I've never really had a bad experience here. Only 4/5 stars because they are pretty new, opened recently. But I am happy with them so far. read more

Me and my family order here all the time and this last time was the worst. The server was so rude and not someone that should be in front. When we got there he didn't even greet us. And when our food was ready my husband got up and was waiting to get our order. And the lady that he was helping said go ahead and help him because I am still looking at the menu and he said no that's fine you take all the time you need and made my husband just stand there and waited for her to order. I don't know why if the lady was still looking at the menu he couldn't just grab our order. So after the lady was don't he finally looks at my husband and he was like I don't think its ready yet. When it's been ready for the past 10 min we were the only ones there he was being such a jerk. And its like right next to him we could see our food right in front of us. So he hands him our food and doesn't even say a word. Worst time ever. They need to switch there employees there. all the kids in the back were pretty much the same way. You could tell that they'll all hated there job then why be there. They make you not want to come back. And usually when I go there the people are friendly and nice. read more
