There's a worker here named Mason and he gives the best customer service ever.coming to Marco's was the best thing I've ever done.

Mason the greatest service ever and helps me with everything I needed and was super attentive

This place is a complete dumpster fire. Half the tables are missing. It's noisy. The staff is rude. They're no longer serve alcohol who wants a pizza without a beer. One staff member must've been on break, but he FaceTime someone and had the volume so loud that we could hear the conversation on the other side of the restaurant completely clueless and unprofessional. I will not visit this restaurant anytime in the near future. I'm not even sure I'll order a to go pizza from there the way the inside of that place looked. All the trash cans were overflowing, it was like a Jenga game trying to stack your pizza box on top of pizza box. read more

Service was fantastic! Great staff who take care of their customers! Pizzz is yummy too

New to the area and heard blood things about this location. Very kind people helped us when we made a mistake in our phone-in order. Mary was especially understanding! And the pizza was GREAT! Will be back often! read more

Had a really good super tasty calzone and the employees are nice people. Thanks! Will be back sometime.

If an order is taken on the phone...and a "40 minute " timeline is given..and 75 minutes later you have no pizza...and you call back to inquire and are put on hold for eight minutes....and you call back to have another operator tell you the address was not correct...,and you still wait for a new order but the original order comes COLD....do you deserve a refund?! read more

At 7:00pm on Saturday, May 15th I ordered a pizza from Marcos. I was told 30 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes I called the store. I was told my pizza would be at my house within 5 minutes. She never asked my name or phone number. At 8:05 pm I called back and got the same girl on the phone. She was extremely rude and when I asked how long she stated 5 minutes again. I asked to speak to the manager and she replied she was the manager and hung up on me. I decided to call the corporate office the next day. 20 minutes later the pizza arrived. We didn't eat it, we were afraid they could have done something to the pizza. I've been going there since it opened. Never have I experienced bad customer service. Beware when ordering from Marcos. read more

I ordered thin crust and got no thin crust. The order clearly says thin crust and the pizza is clearly not thin crust. read more

Trash. I called to make sure I did not pick up the wrong pizza since it was not what I ordered and instead of addressing it or handling it properly the person I was speaking with refused to give me her name and then hung up on me. Such a waste of money and time to be disrespected and given trash. You will be treated horribly. read more

Terrible service, dirty tables, dirty restaurant, uncommunicative teens running the place. Ordered a pizza and a salad. Pizza was ready in 20min, salad took 40minutes and I had to return to the counter several times to remind them to make it. I witnessed two employees throwing food at each other inside the kitchen while preparing orders. Floor was filthy. We were there for 50 minutes or so, and I did not see one person wash their hands the whole time. Not one employee checked on the front of the house to tidy or wipe tables while we were there. You could not pay me to return. read more

The Philly cheesesteak pizza is awesome. We also have had several of their other pizzas. Very good and highly recommend.

Went in added a bunch of butter to our cheesey bread looked like a pool of butter ontop , asked for parm were out and asked about ranch and said"we dont have any" in a very agresive tone. Even tho we asked nicely . Dont reccomed. read more

It's been a year and thought I'd give them another try. What a mistake,,,, "black", tiny chicken wings and a pizza with more crust than pie, I'm talking 2" wide. I would have been better off going next door and buying a crappy frozen pizza from Walmart read more

Marco's Pizza - A loaf of bread pretending to a calzone - Pizza Near Me - Thornton, Colorado

Marcos used to be a nice place to go, and sit and enjoy a meal. But DO NOT EAT HERE! The people making the pizza have no hair nets and their long stringy hair is just dangling over the pizza. That's gotta be some kind of health violation. Then the music they are playing says curse words every other word!!!! Then we went to get a table and it was like the freaking titanic rocking back and forth !!! ABSOLUTELY NONE of the tables were clean or in good condition absolutely none of the bathrooms were clean or in good condition. And the booths were so destroyed and gross looking I was embarrassed to eat there!!! Go get pizza at Slice Works on Colorado and 120th!! Much better and much cleaner. It's such a nice area and good sized restaurant with decent food but I will NEVER bring my 8 person family to this place again. read more

Only thing that saved them from 1 star was the food was good. I took video of a couple other spots like the overflowing bathroom trash cans and towels all over the floor but didn't realize I couldn't upload. The booths and tables weren't even in place. Old food on the floor. Staff had ear buds in and could care less about customers in the store and awful attitudes. We had called ahead for our pickup and couldn't even tell us the kinds of salads they have. Just an absolute mess. read more

Marcos in Thornton used to be my go to pizza place. The last two years it's just gone down hill. Tonight will be the last time I order from them. The pizza was burnt and looked like it had been sitting out for hours. The wings looked like they were sauced by a blind person. The breadstick were not edible....how to you mess up breadsticks? Considering the price I would expect a lot better. I can't recommend this place to anyone in its current state. Not sure what caused the change. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This establishment lacks in customer service and is incompetent when taking orders. Brian is absolutely horrible. I ordered a XL Sausage Pizza and received a peppers, onions and mushroom. When I called to let them know, Brian said no I took your order. He said you ordered a deluxe. He called me liar and hung up. I had really hoped that under new ownership things would have got better. This team is even worse. Time to close the doors Marcos, aint no one in this neighborhood interested in poor customer service, no matter what the pizza tastes like. read more

Two stars because the pizza is actually good. It's just about how much patience you have to wait. This isn't even about the time it takes to make it, it's about the time it takes to wave an employee down to get your take out order that has been sitting there. LOTS of employees in the back. One poor girl on the cash register with a line wrapping around the front area. One guy bringing pizzas to the front shouting names, intentionally not making eye contact with anyone, setting the pizzas on a shelf behind the counter and running back to the back. This man also shouts names and orders like he's calling them from across an ocean. If you are this man: the stack of pizzas doesn't go away if there's no one HANDING THEM TO CUSTOMERS. As a shock to no one, the lobby cleared out when pizzas start being handed to people rather than placed on a shelf. Management has many process improvements that need to be made before this would be an enjoyable place to grab food. read more

Great place! Very quick service and good food. The workers there definitely deserve an increase in there wages!

Worst service I have ever gotten at a pizza place! The manger told the employee not to answer the phone that customers can order online and that they can come pick up because they don't have time to deliver. We go home and our pizza order was wrong to. Manger didn't even want to fix the issues on our wrong order. Will be going to a different location from now on read more

Awful! Awful! Awful! Ordered the meatball bake via Dior Dash. I had to scrape it off the bottom of the container. My dog would not even eat it. Called the store, excuse was a new hire. Maybe they should check the quality before it leaves the store! The promised a refund, have yet to see it. They should be embarrassed! read more

receipt # 102273867 I tried to write this review on the Marcos website but when you select "submit review" the link takes you to the order screen. I ordered 3 pizzas; one was a small cauliflower crust with mushroom, red onions, tomatoes, and pineapple - did not get the mushroom or red onions. I did get a couple slices of jalapeño included that was not requested. The cheese pizza I ordered was lacking a sufficient quantity of cheese, had to look real close to actually see it. The 3rd pizza was a large with green olives, green peppers (maybe 8 to 10 slices of the pepper throughout the pizza), and red onions. There were some random ingredients added that were not requested as well. I live close to this location so this is the goto when we want pizza but I've very disappointed this evening. Is there a zero star option? Do I just not select a star at all? It is difficult to find the words to describe the punch in the face that is Marcos Pizza in Thornton, CO. Welcome first Yelp review! If you suffer from anxiety and depression, you have likely attempted to place an order from Marcos. Somebody, please, insert an adult into this operation! After a moderate transactional exchange between the cashier and I, we were immediately greeted by some friendly faces with the unanimous question, "How long have you been waiting for your food!?" I have three children, under the age of eight, and I have overly-inflated confidence that I have experienced, what I assumed was, chaos. Marcos has over 15 child workers (likely over the age of 18?) trying to make your pizza while screaming at one another with AirPods in their ears (which, as I'm thinking through this, may have been the reason my purchased order was not made within the hour that we waited ?) and blaming one another as to why the 'pizzas have been lost'. I, for sure, saw somebody fingering the pepperonis with an ungloved finger! One can only insinuate that this individual was envisioning an act of resentment toward their counterparts (plural) who walked out to grab a drink and an unspoken for box of cheese-sticks during these optimal service hours. At this point I am salivating with envy and disgust.. as this unheralded "break" grew my hunger deeper. As I glanced through a window pane, admiring the first flake of Winters' snow, dwindling ever so gently to the ground, I was abruptly interrupted with the fourth request of, "what did you order?" from the cashier. It was at this moment that I realized there was a McDonald's within walking distance. I was awarded a refund. I think. To the reader: I am under the impression that this review will only validate your dissatisfaction/angst you have experienced and felt and during your journey to Marcos Pizza in North Thornton. I empathize with you. In life, this matrix blindly presents us with unforeseen and unfathomable ultimatums; choose the blue pill, and never return to this Marcos Pizza. read more

First and foremost, the pizza is made well. I enjoy it and we choose it over others... That said, my only issue is that they never, ever bring the sauce or cheese anywhere near the crust. Photo for reference. It's every pizza ever. It sucks because really do LIKE their pizza. You know that we know... you are cutting corners. So that is disappointing I literally make my own pizza, crust and all. So... com on man read more

Was our favorite pizza place but not anymore. Ordered carry out and was given the completely wrong pizzas! Called and was told they have new staff and if we could avoid them making another two pizzas on top of all the others they had to remake we could get complimentary order. I agreed knowing My son can't eat mushrooms. We had to get different take out that night. I called in for my comp and added a medium pizza and they wanted to charge me $27 for a pizza? Oh well read more

This place is absolutely horrible. Advise Corporate to shut it down in order to get competent workers, along with a responsible manager. Ordered on line for the location off 128th and Quebec in Thornton Colorado. Either they gave our food away, or simply forgot to make it. Our pizza was missing half the ingredients. Didn't realize this until I got home. Anyways, it's the worst pizza chain in Colorado. Also, the place was NOT clean. Senior management seriously needs a wake up call. read more

This location needs it liquor license back. When they fail, they fail. Order pizza online for a later pick up. Arrive 10 minutes after pick up time and they haven't started my pizza. This repeatedly happens at this location. At least have beverage choices, it would make the long wait easier. read more

Well my first and last time for Marco's pizza. Ordered on line, guaranteed pick up time was 5:26, go there at about 5:45, hugh line, all waiting for pizza's that were ordered ahead. Not a good sign. Gentleman I believe to be the manager, brought out a couple of salads to a man waiting at the counter, he shook them up and asked the man waiting, in a very snotty tone, think these are good enough... to this the man, looked at the salad and asked, isn't this supposed to have tomatoes... the manager guy's face got very red, he stormed back to back, throwing a bag along the way. I am still waiting to give my name for pick up...the manager came back with the mans salads and said, and I quote, Well here's hoping the 5th time is a charm...5 times to get a salad right!!! HUGE RED FLAG. I finally got to the front, gave my name to the manager guy, he looked for my pizza, said, not ready yet. Ok by this time it is 5 till 6. 30 minutes past my guarantee time. I told the manager, this is my first and last time ordering from you., I let him know that I would be posting a review, and he immediately got an attitude with me and completely dismissed my presence. That was enough, I turned to walk away and heard other people saying that the service there is always bad. When this location opened, I was excited to see a place in the neighborhood that serves beer and wine, has a small bar and a good sized TV to watch sports etc... At the time, this was the only place within miles to offer such a thing, and the employees were great. After a few years there was a change in management and it was quite noticeable. Despite the poor reviews and a bad experience once, I've continued to be loyal when I'm in the mood for some pizza and a beer. However, upon my last visit (a few days ago) I discovered that the bar was shut down indefinitely. I was told that they got busted for serving minors. What a complete failure of management. You can't train your employees to simply check an I.D. if the customer looks under 30 years old? No more beers on the patio for me I guess. This is just the latest stupid incident for this place. Time for corporate to force a change. read more

Love this Marcos Pizza. Yes they are often very busy on Friday and Saturday nights. So I try to order during the week. But the pizza is worth the wait. I usually have mine delivered. I actually asked my driver what I should tip and she mentioned that delivery drivers drive their own cars, use their own gas, get paid less per hour when they are out driving and do not get paid the delivery fee.
