What can I say but, wow! The service you get from this place is ridiculous. I ordered my two pizzas and wings off the app and was given a 20min wait time. Perfect, not a big deal. However, something inside of me told me to wait a bit longer before going to pick it. (Mind you I live 4 miles from them, yet they still won't deliver because I am out of delivery range.) I get to the restaurant and waited in a ten minute line for them to tell me it is going to be about 30 minutes. Ya no, at this point it was going to be a 1.5 hour total wait. Cancel the dang order and I took my business elsewhere. This is the second time this has happened to me. Won't make the mistake again. read more

Terrible experience with this restaurant. I waited 2 hours for my Pizza. I got one email stating that it had been delivered when it wasn't. They couldn't find my house even though they had delivered several times before. Told me that my address didn't exist even though they had delivered several times before. General manager was rude and offered me 20% off if I came and picked up my order. read more

customer service not good. I will never come back. Food is not good. name of the person Manuel he was no good at all, but always charge

This restaurant is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. I have been here 2x and both times the restaurant is sooooooooo dirty. Also went to use the bathroom and there were bugs crawling everywhere read more

These guys are doing pizza right! Great selection of ingredients, some amazing specialty pies as well as an entire menu of sandwiches, salads and other goodies. Service is always second to none. Extremely friendly and outgoing. On the weekends they'll have 20 people in there throwing pies to keep the time to table down. They also have 6 draft beers on tap. Usually a couple decent craft beers, I'd love to see more. They also offer a few wines too. My go to has been the Chicken Hawaiian, with pineapple, bacon and canadian bacon, sooo good! Oh, and they do great speedy delivery too! read more

The owner/manager got my first review deleted because it was more about the delivery than anything. So here's what I think about the food. It doesn't matter what you order because it will probably be wrong. We've ordered from here several times and for the life of the person taking the order, they can't seem to ever get our pizza on thin crust. Okay well maybe one time out of six they got it right. Last time we ordered from them we used DoorDash because Marcos refuses to deliver to our home which is only 2 miles away from this location. The order had to be remade because they messed it up but when we received the order it was still wrong so I'm glad we had to wait the extra 30 minutes. Honestly the foods actually pretty good as long as your okay eating whatever you get. But the staff is usually pretty off putting/rude. read more

Every time I've came to this location it's always filthy, the floor is sticky or has a mildew smell. They never restock their straws or napkins. Only men working and they're always so rude and management sucks. The pizza is delicious though definitely recommend take out. read more

Expect 20+ minutes on top of their "promised time." Saw the girl at the front give two orders "on the house" for the wait, etc, but since I had already paid online, I wasn't so lucky. When you finally get your order after a 50 minute wait time for pick up, you'll have to remind them of your purchased sauces AND the sauces that should come with the order. Nice staff, but avoid this place. read more

I ordered $75 worth of pizza. One of the pizzas I ordered was for a family member with a very strict diet due to illness. I ordered this pizza with white sauce, double chicken, double spinach, and parmesan cheese. I get home and there is NO white sauce and NO spinach! I called Marcos to try and resolve the issue but was left on hold for 10 minutes and I finally hung up because the other pizzas were getting cold. Disappointed that Marcos left off half the toppings and I couldn't even get ahold of them to try to resolve the problem. read more

No food, no refund, no customer service. We went to this place for the first time yesterday. It was ridiculous. When we got there we were the only people there. We ordered and paid and they told us it would be about 30 min. We ordered a meatball sub and calzone. We went to sit down and every table was disgusting. The floors were disgusting. You stuck to them. It looked like it hadn't been mopped or swept in weeks. We still waited. For almost an hour. More people came in and no one was getting food. Everyone was upset. One guy had to send his salad that he had called in to go back 5x and the employee was so rude to him. I wanted to leave but my daughter needed to go to the bathroom first. The bathroom was trashed. No toilet paper, no paper towels. Nothing. I told my husband and we had enough. We asked for a refund. The employee was so rude to us. It felt like he was trying to pick a fight. Mocked our family. Etc. Then admitted he had only been there a few days (6) and didn't know how to give a refund. We got no food, and no refund. What are we supposed to do. read more

Marco's Pizza - Bathroom. Pictures don't do it justice. None of the place looks like it has been cleaned in weeks - Pizza Near Me - Thornton, Colorado

i ordered my pizza at 7:17 pm. confirmation email saiddel by 7:47. still have not received my food. called at 08:17 to see what the status is and waited 22 mins before the phone just hung up. called back on two different phones and as i write this review at 8:44 still on hold on both. i decided to drive to the store while still on hold. i had to go to the store because they delivered the wrong order. i could not tell them that because they still had me on hold. i asked for my refund back and gave them their food back..the catch to this was not only was it was the wrong order, it was not even the complete order on the receipt. now, i have to go back up there tomm 6/24 to get my refund because the mgr told me that he has to cash out for the night before giving me my money back. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EVERYONE WORKING THE REGISTER HAD A "WHATEVER" ATTITUDE WHEN OTHER CUSTOMER CAME IN COMPLAINING ABOUT THE DEL TIME, WRONG FOOD ALSO. IN CLOSING, THE MGR LETS ME KNOW THAT THE PERSON THAT I WAS SITTING NEXT TO WAS ACTUALLY THE "RENEE" ORDER THAT WAS DEL TO MY HOME. UNBELIEVABLE. read more

This location is terrible which sucks because I love Marcos and don't mind paying the extra money and driving out of the way for it. Spent near $40 and a 40 minute round trip drive for some absolutely terrible pizza. They couldn't even cut it properly. Worker had a bad attitude too. Never going to this location again. read more

wish I could rate it as a zero! I ordered a pizza online at 12noon, they said it would be here in half an hour. an hour later they called and said they already delivered it but no one ever came onto my street. So they said they would remake it and deliver it so 45 minutes later I call and they lie again and tell me they are waiting for a delivery driver and it will be another 45 mins so 2.5 hours for a pizza I told them I would come get it and he said it's not actually made yet, and that no manager would be in for 2 more hours. I told him to refund my card which we will see how many times I have to follow up on that $24 for one pizza I never received/ I will never order from here ever again! waste of time! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered pizzas for delivery, we were told an hour wait.... After an hour and a half and no delivery, we called to check on our order. Not only had our pizzas not been made, we were looking at another 45 minutes and were offered a 20% discount to come pick the pizzas up ourselves!!! read more

Doesn't let you know that the 1hr estimate is actually 1.5 to 2 hrs. In which the pizza has just been sitting there. I feel there should be a partial refund at a min. If you are short staffed then stop allowing orders online to "pile up". Management needs to manage on capacity rather than money driven. read more

For a franchise you would assume the business model is strong and everyone is doing their job. It would be convenient to have someone answering the phones who understands how to take an order, ring it in so the kitchen gets it and also tells the correct price. All three were missed on my order tonight. Now I'm waiting in the lobby while my pizza is being made. I already waited 20 mins to get it from what I was told on the phone. After standing around observing while waiting for my pizza the phone is ringing. The kid grooming the floor looked around like is anyone going to get that? And then he went to answer the phone. Kudus to him but he was obviously hesitant as it wasn't his job. I can only think that's why I'm standing here waiting while my family is at home waiting on the pizza. read more

absolutely terrible service. Ordered a pizza to be delivered at 4:49. It does not show up until 615. When it gets here it's cold. When I called all they did is laugh about being slow with their service tonight. Don't buy from here anymore. Their service is terrible compared to how it used to be. It used to be an excellent place to order from. not anymore. They must of got new management or they just don't care anymore. read more

The pizza was good. Ate in the restaurant not one table was cleaned. People standing gossiping at front. A little girl dropped her soda it stayed on floor for sometime and we finally asked for a mop. Then the teenager act like that was the worst thing ever and turned away. Then walked to the back talking to a boy, says loudly f.... off jokingly. My grandson who is 8 looked at me and said did you hear that. We left and do not plan on going back. Restaurant was filthy. read more

Amazing service! Great food and extremely nice. We came in and ordered pizza, when it came to the table the crust was missing on a few slices. The manager came out gave us the pizza and gave us a pizza to take home we were amazed and even though it wasn't an issue to us, they still made the extra effort to provide us with a perfect PIE! Thank you for great service and pride in your product. read more

Marco's Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Thornton, Colorado

Great pizza and before tonight, always a good experience. However, Daniel the manager just walked out of the restaurant at 6:20 pm (evening rush) with a line out the door, a full bar, and ONE employee helping all of these people. It is obviously busy in here. As he left, he asked the only counter guy to hold things down because his sister just showed up and he needed to go talk to her. Terrible customer service. read more

After an hour our pizza arrived and you can tell it was just sitting. Greasy and cold. Horrible. I will never order from them again

I have ordered from here several times. They are always courteous and their pizzas are some of the best I've ever tasted! The cheesy bread is delicious too! read more

I have ordered here 4 maybe 5 times, and I am kind of over it. Of my five time ordering they have only gotten two orders right. His last time I ordered subs and specifically asked for Ranch. When I called to see what they would do for the mistake the guy said I gave you what was on the ticket. Like it was my fault that it wasn't on the ticket. I gave them multiple times to get it right and they just don't take any ownership for their mistakes. Update... I decided to give Marco's another chance because I received an email with an apology and a 10 dollar credit. I decided to order a couple of sandwiches and some chicken fingers. You guessed it, not only did I get charged incorrectly but they forgot one of my sandwiches. I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to deliver it after they forgot. Marcos I really tried, I really did! read more

This place was good but the staff says I can't put pepperoni on my cheesy bread anymore and they been doing it for me for a year, I will not come here anymore for the fact they changed the only thing my kids eat, my daughter has acid reflux and can't eat tomato paste, but thanks to management I have to find another cheesy bread she can eat and this was the only thing she can eat, so thanks Marcos pizza I really appreciate telling ur staff u can't add topping to the cheesy bread u will never see another dollar from me again read more

We have waited almost a year to try this place again and sure enough same as last time. We ordered curbside and when it said it was ready my wife headed over. She called and waited about 10 minutes they came out and said they forgot the sandwich and it was going to be longer. I don't know why I decided to give them another shot. We waited seriously a full year thinking this time they would have things together, but still the same place. Forget items on orders, bad customer service, and cold food because they aren't consistent in the kitchen. read more

I really want to give Marco's five stars because their pizza is so good but after receiving my boneless order I can't. When you order 10 boneless wings for $8 you expect them to be decent size. The photo below is what we received. Some of them were half the size of a McNugget. Very disappointed. I understand there are 11 in the photo but even if you glued 2-3 of the small ones together it barely added up to a normal wing. read more

Delicious pizza, had the "Magnifico". Would have been five stars but the were out of CO2 so no beer or sodas, only water to drink.

Never had any issues at this restaurant. Alway easy to order out and very clean and costumer service is great when we eat there. We had our order of wings forgot about and when we waited for the order the manager gave us an extra cookie cake for free to say sorry about the mistake. read more

Horrible service. Slow. Multiple flies buzzing around. Been here for 20 minutes, still waiting for a sandwich...

This pizza was amazing. A little pricey from what I'm normally used to but the taste was great. I ordered carry out and they had it ready when they said they would. The place was very clean as well. read more

My husband and I have been here several times. Each time is worse than the time before after today never again. Our table was dirty. Had to ask for forks. We ordered a deluxe pizza. Hmm all onions and bell peppers the whole small pizza had 3 pieces of sausage on it and one piece of pepporoni. I can't spell that. The pizza was dry no sauce on it we basically just stared at it. Also it was suppose to be hot and fresh nope wish I had a microwave to heat it up. Never going back again. We tried. Can't wait until we get more restaurants on this side of town. McDonalds, Subway and Marco's just does not do it. read more

I've always liked Marcos in general, but both times I've been to this Thornton location they were super slow and there weren't even that many patrons in the restaurant. If they are able to improve their service times, I'll keep coming. Giving them one more chance to do so. Let's earn five stars next time Marco's! read more

Gave this place two chances and after the way the on duty manager spoke to me yesterday they will not be getting a third. Our first visit was not a great experience. We ordered our food and then took a seat in the front room not far from the counter. We were not given a number but they did take a name. After waiting 45 minutes I went to the counter to check in on our order. The person working the counter said that they had called my name 20 minutes earlier and then brought me a pizza now in a box (we were dining in) from the kitchen. We were sitting close to the counter and my name was not called. Second chance was last night. We live 2.2 miles away from this location and we were told they do not deliver to us ... yes, 2.2 miles away. To top it off when I mentioned the distance to the manager she rudely told me to "take it up with owner". I will be letting our neighbors know that Marco's will not deliver to us so we shouldn't support them when out in the community. Poor service and rudeness is not the way to run a business. read more

Pizza and wings are delicious! Service is pretty good. Coupons are great. We order here all the time and will continue.
