So much better than the other commercial and expensive pizza places at a more affordable price. I stopped by today and found they now have meatballs with mozzarella and marinara sauce that can be heated in the oven or microwave. I opted for the large half all meat and half Hawaiian with the meatballs to make on a deli sandwich for my lunch the next day. The guy at the counter was very courteous and helpful. Picked up the Tuesday special tonight. Ordered online and order was ready and waiting at promised pick up time. This is a great location and there is plenty of parking. Pizza was just as ordered with plenty of toppings and extra sauce as requested. I love it when a restaurant gets everything right! Restaurant was clean and employee was very friendly. Went into the store and purchased a large ham and pinapple pizza on original crust. Went home and baked the pizza per instructions given and the pizza came out of the oven and was perfectly cooked. Waited the 10 min to cool down the cut it into portions. The pizza has no tast was bland the sauce was tastless the pinapples were not sweet. I have tasted frozen pizzas from the grocery that was much better tasting so dissapointed pain $19.99 and will not be going back. its sad that chains that was once good substitutes better quality toppings for saw dust. read more

I love this Papa Murphy's because it's so close to my house. They are usually so nice! However tonight...I'm done. They skimp on the on the cheese SO BAD! Half of a pizza's purpose is cheese! Service: big guy is nice. I felt bad being rude, but walking out of there after paying $4 extra for sauce after placing an order, felt scummy. Came here because I receive some coupons in the mail for the opening of the new Fair Oaks location. The teenage employees were very cheerful and my pizza was made in less than 10 mins even though it was pretty packed inside. I believe the manager that ran the Marconi Ave location was here which kind of sucks because in the past I have clashed with her due to her making my pizza and not washing her hands after answering the phone and another time I bought a salad and she though it was acceptable to sell me a salad that has rotten lettuce at the bottom. I never thought I'd crave take-n-bake pizza. In fact, last time I had Papa Murphy's, I hated it. But that was years ago and I'm so glad I decided to give them another try. So tasty. So affordable. So quick. And so much pizza! (The family size is ginormous and only $1 more than the large size.) The Chicken Bacon Artichoke deLight is delicious and has probably the biggest artichoke hearts I've ever had on a pizza. Maybe I'm just lying to myself because I love it so much, but thanks to the thin crust and plentiful artichokes and spinach, I like to think it's a pizza I can indulge in without feeling guilty. The Chicken Bacon Stuffed is like a pizza inside a pizza. To me, it's overkill. But to my husband, it's heaven. Maybe it's a guy thing. I liked stuffed crust, not stuffed pizza. And I like to really tasty the garlic sauce, which on this pizza, is pretty subtle. The Cinnamon Wheel makes a tasty dessert and I love that they actually give you enough cream-cheese frosting to slather the thing in. If you pick up your pizza later in the day, they offer this dessert for just a $1. At that price, I don't have the willpower to resist. read more

I don't think I've ever really had any negative experience at any Papa Murphey's store. Since i live around the corner, this is the one I frequent the most. They are almost always busy when I come in, but the staff is always friendly and attentive. One of the more recent times i went in, there was a difficult customer and I think the cashier handled herself very well (sorry not sure what her name was). I would recommend calling in your order or ordering online if you do not want to wait. All in all, i am very satisfied with this location and the service I have received. This is the best Papa Murphy's location to go to! I started coming here for pizza a couple months ago and the staff already knows me! The staff are always warm and friendly, very helpful with discounts and coupons, and are hard working and fast. If I'm getting pizza, this is definitely my go-to! Plus all their sides, like cheesy bread, salads, smores, cinnamon wheel, and cookie dough, are inexpensive and make a great addition to my meal! read more
