She is always so warm and welcoming, remembers us, chats with the us , and makes us feel like regulars in the best possible way. We were staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton nearby, so the location was really convenient. La Porta is tucked right behind the Mercedes dealership, and there was plenty of parking, which is always a nice bonus. Once inside, we were greeted and seated right away. The restaurant has a modern, comfortable feel with a full bar. There was even a colorful group apparently headed to an Indian wedding, dressed in beautiful silk finery and enjoying cocktails at the bar. It added a fun splash of color and energy to the evening. The menu had plenty of tempting choices, but the three of us quickly settled on some favorites. My mother-in-law ordered the Spaghetti Bolognese, while my wife and I shared a 12" A16 Napoli pizza with pepperoni and an order of their lasagna. Everything was delicious! The pizza had a thin, nicely crisped crust with fresh mozzarella, tomato sauce, basil and plenty of pepperoni. The lasagna arrived bubbling hot in its own dish, covered in beautifully browned melted cheese and surrounded by a rich tomato sauce. My mother-in-law's Bolognese was equally well received. Portions were generous enough that we had a little left over, and you better believe it came with us. It was sooo good, there was no way we were letting it go to waste...! I kept my drink simple with pear flavored Grey Goose vodka and soda, and it was so refreshing! Our server was super sweet, funny and attentive without hovering. She stopped by regularly to refill our waters, check on the table and make sure we had everything we needed. Great service can really make a meal, and she definitely added to the experience. Good food, generous portions, friendly service, plenty of parking and a convenient location made La Porta a really enjoyable find. It's great for a quick meal solo, with another person or for small groups, but anything more than 6, you're going to want to take your food to-go. I typically take my orders to-go and they're always great at packaging items for the journey back to wherever you're heading. Our number one item is their pepperoni squares, but everything is delicious. I love trying their sandwiches and will often order a salad to pair with our pizzas. The salads are always elevated and super fresh and flavorful. Keep an eye out for their specials on social media and their website. They made some fun, and delicious, combinations and it's always nice trying something new from them. It's always a treat when we get to stop by.

I had the hawaiian slice and yup the first bite was ASMR crispy goodness!
