The owner asked me to bring it in, "I need proof" she said they would remake me another pizza. It was already late and I definitely didn't want another pizza. She said if I wanted a refund I needed to take the pizza into the store because again, "people do this all the time, we need proof." After she accused me over the phone of putting the hair in it, I immediately headed over. I expected an apology and some effort to rectify the issue. Instead, I was accused of putting the hair in the pizza myself. As her husband said, "hair can't withstand a 500* oven." Howeverthe hair is enabled in the bread and cheese which looks like it was cooked inside of it (videos attached) that response was infuriating and completely dismissive. A simple "I'm sorry--what can we do to make this right?" would have gone a long way. We're disappointed by the way the business owners handled this as we were yelled at by both the husband and wife. I will say the daughter was nice and level-headed by trying to help and give me a full refund, however we will not be back! Not many places can make a sturdy thin slice, with a done undercarriage and to pack as much of flavor as possible into a slice. Spoke to whoever runs their social media and social called about specialty pizzas, which they created on the spot (Seen in the pictures I posted). Pizza Factory

The pizza is great if you can get it when it's hot…read more We ordered pizza for pickup, when I arrived only two guest dining-in eating pizza already. There were a few employees behind the counter, nobody came to the front to assist me. I have nerve damage in my lower extremities so standing for too long hurts. Not to mention, there's a sign on the counter that's says pizza that is done will be placed on the counter, and to have a seat if the pizza isn't there. So I sat. I'm sitting in the dinning area, table directly in front of the checkout counter, I'm facing the checkout counter. An employee even walked out right by me, made eye contact, checked out the salad bar and then went back to the kitchen without ever asking if I needed assistance or if anyone had helped me yet. A little time goes by, employees are walking around the kitchen where they can see me, nobody coming out to ask how they can help me or to take my order. Some other woman comes in and kitchen staff immediately come to the front counter to help her. I got up to get in line now that some customer service is being offered but a family rushed in the line ahead of me to order. So I'm just standing there, with our pizza done and ready getting cold sitting up on top of their oven, not out on the counter where the sign says pizza is placed when it's done. While I'm standing there waiting for the customer in front of me to finish ordering and paying, another employee comes out to the checkout counter, makes eye contact with me but turns his back and starts sorting ranch. He could have easily just grabbed our finished pizzas and breadsticks and brought it out to me since we had already paid online, or maybe even just asked, "how can I help you?" Any of the many times he made eye contact with me, but he didn't. I was completely ignored. It was finally my turn to get some help. I asked where the pizza is kept once it's finished, so the server pointed to the top of the oven where they pulled our pizza down from. The pizza wasn't even warm enough to feel heat coming from the boxes when they handed them to me. Why I had to wait for others to come in and kick the kitchen staff into customer- service mode is beyond me, unless their kitchen staff is all racist? What other reason could this behavior be? Staff should be rushing to the counter to help every customer the same. So tell me why I was ignored the way I was, yet the kitchen staff rushed in to provide service to other people before me as soon as they walked in? This pizza isn't good enough to be eating it cold and hard after being treated poorly by staff. Get rid of the sign instructing online orderers to have a seat and wait if you're not going to assist customers sitting in your dining room.

While I usually focus my reviews on local spots, I feel compelled to share my recent experience with the Papa Murphy's on Rosedale. Opting for their Tuesday special, I placed an online order for a large pizza. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the store -- easily the tidiest Papa Murphy's location I've visited. The staff were quick and courteous, making the pickup process smooth and pleasant. Taking the pizza home to cook on my Traeger was an experiment I'm glad I didn't pass up. I followed the baking instructions from the Papa Murphy's website to the letter, and the result was fantastic. The pizza turned out wonderfully, reinforcing my decision to go with Papa Murphy's for a home-cooked meal. This experience has not only highlighted the consistency and quality of Papa Murphy's but also showcased the exceptional service and standards of their Rosedale location. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch take-and-bake pizza experience! read more
