Great service! Great food! Not to pricey for the amount of food you get. My son fell in love with the garlic bread he's usually only stuck to Little Cesares crazy bread, but he says he found a new favorite! Love that they can have both baseball & football games running and will change it to the games you want upon request. Fun fact: they do karaoke night read more

Pizza Factory - Dinning area - Pizza Near Me - Wasco, California

Pizza is great any way you order it. Beers and soft drinks are on point. However, the girl that runs the kitchen and staff can be very rude at times. She comes to your table and grabs your tray or cups without saying excuse me. Last time I was there, I asked a simple questions and she responded with a flat-out, " I don't know" and proceeds to walk off. Any way food is great, no complains, but the customer service from the staff's manager is very poor! Hopefully they can train this employee on that issue and it should be great! read more

Pizza Factory is always a great place to grab a meal. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant itself is large and comfortable, making it a good spot for families or groups. They have a separate party room as well. They usually have a game playing on the TVs, and they're happy to change it if you ask, which is a nice touch. The pizzas are a little pricier than places like Pizza Hut or Little Caesars, but you truly get what you pay for. You can taste the quality in every bite. Our go-to order is the Awesome Combo and a Hawaiian pizza, along with the twisted breadsticks. The breadsticks are perfectly garlicky and absolutely delicious. They are also very active in the Wasco community, which I love and will always support! read more

I have to say, I wasn't expecting much for Wasco but this place was a breath of fresh air. It's super clean, open and airy. I went for a work function and they ordered a bunch of pizzas. I'm not sure what the names of each pizza were but one had a bunch of ground beef as a topping, there was a few pepperoni ones also, but the one that had my heart is the brisket! That brisket pizza was scrumptious! It had sweet bbq sauce, thinly sliced red onions and some banging brisket! We will be coming here for work for the coming months and I must say I am here for it! read more

I have been to several Pizza Factory locations across California and I've always had they had decent pizza. However, I recently went to this Wasco location as I was invited by my friend and all I have to say is: WOW! Before I get into the details about the food let me just talk about the restaurant itself. This is perhaps the biggest Pizza Factory location I've been to! There is ample space for dining and they even have a separate party room for larger parties. They are following social distancing guidelines as the tables are at least six feet apart and the employees are wearing masks and disinfecting routinely. The restaurant seemed very clean and looked like a typical pizza parlor. Also, they have a good selection of arcade games in case you need a distraction while you wait! Anyway, let's get to the pizza! My friend and I ordered the Awesome Combo pizza which is their version of the classic combination pizza and it was fantastic! The meats were fantastic and I could tell the veggies were fresh! Plus, the sauce was light and the dough on the pizza was just right! I honestly have had mixed experiences with other Pizza Factory locations, but this place is doing it right! Fantastic pizza! Plus the buffalo and garlic Parmesan wings were delicious! I was blown away with the garlic Parmesan wings as they were definitely some of the best I have EVER had at a pizza place! As if the pizza and wings weren't enough, the owner, Russ, brought us a dessert calzone and it was amazingly decadent! It somewhat reminded me of a cinnamon roll with chocolate! I'm not huge on desserts but this was deliciously rich! Not only was the food fantastic here, but the service was top-notch! Everything was brought to us PIPING hot and fresh. Plus, the owner, Russ, was amazing and one of the nicest restaurateurs I've ever met! I was also glad to know that he is a veteran and am glad to support his business! He even has his family helping with the restaurant and I felt right at home! I usually don't rave about chain locations, but this Pizza Factory has some of the best pizza I've had in recent memory and you bet your bottom dollar I'll be back soon! I live 30 minutes away from Wasco, but I'll gladly make the drive here and support the veteran-owned business! Fantastic pizza and even better service! Highly recommended! read more

Came in to order, lady wasn't very nice. I ordered a large pizza which was good just very expensive. I got 24 wings which didn't have much sauce but were pretty good. Cheesy bread and a sandwhich which were alright.(also left a 10 dollar tip)But we were given 3 small ranches for the whole order I go back to get 5 more and they ended being double the size given with no bag. Customer service was a 2 at best and the food was a 3 read more

I ordered two salads that took 20 minutes to bring out my salads. The pizza took over an hour to get made as well as quite expensive for a pizza . The employees aren't very friendly, quite rude to be exact. As far as flavor, the pizza lacks flavor. Barely any sauce, cheese or toppings. Pizza factory is the worst pizza place in wasco read more

My family was famished after a very long work/school day followed by a lengthy high school awards ceremony. After much deliberation we decided to give Pizza Factory a try. When we walked in we were warmly welcomed and I immediately felt at home. The owner helped us with our order and even suggested we get the combo special which would give us more food for less $$ than ordering individually. We got an x large combo pizza, delicious breadsticks, and three different kinds of wings; Buffalo, mango habanero, and I believe garlic ranch. Everything was so tasty. It came out hot and fresh from the oven. Because our pizza took them a little longer than expected the owner came and checked on us and even brought us some hot chocolate chip cookies made in a pizza pan. The restaurant was clean and the employees all seemed to enjoy what they do. The owner takes pride in his business and seems to strive to provide Wasco with a great pizza place where families can feel comfortable and where the atmosphere is positive. The pricing is also very reasonable. We fed a family of four with enough take home to a fifth for only 60 something. Tables are set apart for health reasons and I felt safe. We will be back! Thank you for providing a great spot for us Wasconians! read more

Customer service is alright. Could be better. The owner seems nice but the kids they hire for cashier needs better customer service skills. We booked the party room for a birthday party. There were a lot of kids that were at the party and we all wasted a lot of money towards the arcade games and most of the games didn't work!!!! Disappointed!!! I don't recommend anyone going to use the arcade games. Don't waste your money! read more

Shitty service. Been waiting 40 mins and still....everyone running around. Need a manager here.

Gave it 3 stars because we waited 40 minutes for 3 mini pizzas. 40 minutes. It was clean inside. The cashier was friendly. The restrooms were clean. The pizza was delicious though. Will come back again. Hopefully we will have faster service read more

Delivery took about 45-50 minutes, ordered Awesome Combo pizza & twisted breadsticks, overall it was all really delicious! Recommend.

We went there for lunch during the buffet time. My son needed to use the restroom and they had no toilet paper in any of the stalls and when we tried to wash our hands, there was no soap either. I had to wait for the employees to finish up their conversation until they finally noticed me. I was not impressed at all. read more

Pizza Factory in Wasco, Ca. The pizza was amazing! We ordered the chicken Alfredo pizza, veggie and the artichoke, sun dried tomatoe with pesto pizza. Very gourmet. Not your average pizza parlor. The fettuccine Alfredo was delicious. The customer service was superior: friendly and eager to serve. The atmosphere was family friendly-arcade for the kids and sports on the TV's for everyone else. Give it a try. It's a short 15 minute drive from Olive Drive area. We will be going back very soon! read more

Over priced and horrible service. Bought a medium pizza and they gave me a a small how can you confuse a small pizza with a medium? Then I told the manager and he gave me attitude about how " it said in the receipt that you got a small not a medium. Horrible and disrespectful. Would recommend it no going there! read more

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - When I first started going to the pizza factory I really liked it. They must have hired new staff and it has gone downhill. I much prefer white sauce over red sauce. I customarily ask for a white sauce pizza when ordering the buffet at lunchtime. The time before this time the cashier acted as if I was wrong to ask, but made the pizza. This time they stated they would make the white sauce pizza, but never produced it. After asking prior to paying, I went back to the front to request the pizza three more times. They made plenty of other pizzas and kept saying the white sauce was coming. They were dishonest with me!! Customer service should not include LYING to the customer. I was actually six minutes late returning to work I had waited so long for them to produce the white sauce pizza, but it never came. read more

For $90 dollars I would expect to at least eat in a restaurant where I'm not sweating just sitting down. Can't even enjoy the food and drinks with the heat in here. Ended up finishing our pitcher and leaving instead of ordering another because of the heat read more

The best pizza in the area by far. I personally love the fresh veggies that are cooked to perfection. Great service with friendly young people. read more

This pizza is the best! My husband and I have had the best service and the pizza is quality! So happy to have a pizza factory close!

I understand there are new owners. From what I hear a CEO of the company took over. We ordered the garlic parmesan wings. Gross full of oil or butter. Not crispy. There were also pieces that were not wings???? Couldn't figure out what piece it was. They tasted like they were frozen and recooked. We also ordered an XL pepperoni pizza the crust was soggy needed a little more time in the oven. The pepperoni used to be cooked crispy and a little bit of color the crust was a little flimsy. Maybe they need a little more training. I gave three stars because the delivery person was really nice and prompt. read more

Good food. Subpar service. The place was empty and when we would ask for things it felt like we were bothering them. Oh well we'll just take our business elsewhere read more

Not one to leave a poor review but this place was bad. Broken glass to drink out of, forgot we ordered drinks, salad bar had rotten food in it, we didn't get our pizza after an hour so we got it to go. The owner was arrogant about everything and basically didn't care. read more

This has to be one of the best places in town to go out and have a good time with family. The food on the menu is all so good, especially the different types of pizzas that are made! Customer service is great and very quick to bring the food to the tables also very friendly! I would highly recommend this place to families who are looking to have a good time together. read more

PLEASE READ!!!!! Horrible customer service. To top it off the owner himself treated me very poorly. I waited an hour and a half for my food. The cheese chips were completely saturated in a puddle of oil and I never got my pizza. When I approached the owner for my refund. He laughed at me and said it's just olive oil. Let's be real no wants to drink olive oil. Then he hesitated to refund me a measly 30$ and insulted me by treating me like if I was lying. He said, "are you sure you didn't get your pizza!?" If business is that bad disrespecting customers is the last thing you want to do, set a better example for your employees. Don't waste your time. read more

Pizza Factory has always been one of my favorite pizza places and when it opened in Wasco I was so excited. Their pizza, pastas, breadsticks are my favorites and the wings are okay. They have a lot of choices. I come here regularly and the staff are always friendly, at this point they know me by name I come here so often! On the rare occasion something is wrong they fix it quickly. They do have specials that are pretty good and the lunch buffet is a great price for unlimited food, and they will make any pizza you want for the buffet. Get their rewards app and you get $10 off every 6 visits. Some other reviews mention high prices, that is only if you compare it to Dominos or some other nasty pizza, but for the quality and to support a veteran owner business it's not bad. Some mention poor service and honestly coming an average of once a week to this place I've never had a bad experience except for slow service a few times but the food is fresh and they're busy, of course that's going to happen. They are even offering curbside service during the COVID shutdown. read more

Very disappointed in this place me and my family usually love going here but last night was a different experience went in got our order pizza came out and i got my first Slice of pizza i took a bite and a sharp plastic was in my pizza got the top of my mouth My husband told a gentleman in the back said he would talk to his manager 10 min went by some older lady came out that was just learning the register and was trying to accuse us of putting the plastic in pizza. Five min later the same gentlemen that My husband told about the plastic came out again and told us that the plastic isn't from there kitchen !!??? But he was going to tell his manager and they were going to come out and talk to us they never came out again before I left I went to the cash register and the manager came out aggressively saying she was the one in charge. The hole time me and my family felt like we were at fault for this not sure how this got switched around into being our fault when this was a mistake made in their kitchen. All in all I'm glad that my boys weren't the ones that got that piece of plastic in there mouth who ever is the owner really needs to look into what's going on and how situations like this are being handled. And one more thing can't forget the family that was sitting in front us of that I'm sure had a relative working there and kept getting in our business and kept telling the worker to give us the finger instead of helping us out witch at the end that's exactly what happen! So disappointed in this place ! read more

Good pizza just EXTREMELY OVER PRICED!!!!!! I wish they had more specials. If they had more specials and deals I might order more often. I just pick up a Me N Ed's pizza now when I'm in Bakersfield and bring it back to Wasco because I just can't get over how expensive this place is. It's good for Wasco but that's not saying too much. read more

I went for the first time and was excited to try it but I was disappointed. We went during lunch and had the buffet. There was only a couple of old slices on the buffet and they didn't put any new pizza out even after others arrived. We asked and had to wait about half an hour for ONE cheese pizza to come out. A buffet should definitely be better stocked especially during lunch hours. read more
