So, on my way home from an out of town trip for work, I made a special stop for them. I called them up on my way home, the girl who answered was really friendly, placed the order and they told me it'd be ready in 15-20 minutes. And it was. I got there, paid nearly $50 for an XL Pizza and I was on my way home. It looks more like large to me. Have pizzas gotten smaller? Got home, opened it up and it looked really tasty. I took a bite and it was good, but my family think it's really good, hence the bump up to 4 stars, and the girl who gave me my pizza was really friendly. Would I make a special trip for myself? No, but I would for my family.

Before I left my house, I called to place order. The store did not answer their phone but sent it directly to outsourced operators who informed me the store was off line but they could take my order, even though they could not tell me what the specials were, if any. I spoke to four different operators on four separate calls. I finally just drove to the location because the Pizza Hut operators could not tell me whether the restaurant was open or closed. I arrived and it appeared to be closed, but not closed permanently- there were new decals, etc. on the windows and it did not state that the business was closed. I am frustrated because it was a 20 minute drive for me each way and I had grandchildren at my house looking forward to a pizza treat for their supper. I hope if this establishment is actually closed they will notify the public in some way because it's inconvenient and expensive to drive out of one's way for no reason.

For a really good drink, my family loves the Mug Root Beer from their fountain~ice cold with a consistent, perfect fizz! The people at Pizza Factory are very nice and consistently hit an "aim to please" target with all their guests! We like different sauces and toppings so we each order a small and those run $13 which is pretty steep for a small basic pizza. They offer deals, but those usually include drinks or items that we don't want. Each time the order has been accurate, fresh, and presentable. Due to covid precautions there has been minimal interaction with employees and with an online order, pick up is extra quick.
