I rave about this place to everyone I know, and encourage my people to stop here if they're taking a road trip to Vegas or LA from the bay. I finally tried the milkshakes this time around. The banana was ok, the pineapple was better. I like that it's not hella artificial. I love that they use real fruit bits. I'm not a huge fan of crinkle cut fries usually, but I like theirs. Why? Because they actually fry the fries to a crisp and then they're well seasoned. Yum. Every time I've come through, the girls working have always been really nice. Customer service is on point. I usually hit the drive thru and then park to eat. It's definitely a good place to people watch.. but I keep my doors locked lol. There's always a lot of movement on the street...

We ordered the following: - BBQ Galbi (beef): so tender and perfectly seasoned. Loved that it was still sizzling when it was served to us - Boneless Chicken (garlic): crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It was a little too sweet but still very good. I'd probably have the sauce on the side next time. Highly recommend this place and we'll definitely be back!

I come to Taco #3 pretty regularly--usually once a week or at least every couple of weeks--and…read moreunfortunately, the food is always hit or miss. I usually order 3 tacos and ask for them to be made a specific way, especially the crispiness, but half the time they come out cold or not cooked the way I asked. The rice is another issue. Sometimes it tastes old or like it has been sitting around too long. I'll give credit where it's due: sometimes the food comes out good, which is why I've continued coming back. But the inconsistency is frustrating. When I'm spending around $30 for two plates, the least I expect is for the food to be fresh, hot, and cooked correctly. Side note: I was raised to appreciate the food in front of me and not throw it away just because I don't like it, especially knowing there are people out there who don't have enough to eat. So yes, I ate the food--but that doesn't mean it was good or prepared correctly. I really hope they work on their consistency. I don't mind paying for good food; I just want to know I'm getting the quality I paid for.

One question though, why did both of my Big Macs come with the regular bun instead of the sesame bun? Would have gave a higher score if it came out correct. I…read moreplaced an online order for drive-thru pickup, but due to severe congestion extending onto the street, I went inside to retrieve it during my short lunch break. After waiting in line more than 10 minutes, the cashier was hostile and confrontational simply because the order was initially marked for drive-thru. Cashier gave me serious attitude for not staying in the drive-thru, snapped at me and acted like giving me my food was a massive inconvenience. I shouldn't have to deal with extra drama and hostility just to get the order I already paid for. Side note: Very disappointed with the pumpkin pie. Instead of coming in the standard box, it was served in its own individual bag. The pie ended up completely soggy and somehow absorbed a gross, paper-like taste from the bag itself. Unpalatable and definitely not worth the price.

Instead I paid for everything separately, which cost me a few bucks more. You would think the server could have helped, but you can't count on it. Anyway not that big of a deal. They charge 50¢ for water. They use Harris Ranch meats. The burger was tasty. The avocado flavorful. Kringle kut fries. The fries were probably the most disappointing.
