Here's a polished pizza review you can use (fun, nostalgic tone with a little personality): Childhood favorite! This spot is a must-stop every time we're passing through on a road trip. The pizza is that good--crispy, cheesy, and full of flavor in every bite. It's become such a tradition for us that we don't just grab a slice... we load up 6-8 pizzas to take back on the road. If that doesn't say everything, I don't know what does. Absolutely delicious and always worth it! no cap all facts read more

Rusty's Pizza has been a great place for friends from different school campuses to come together for lunch. We all normally get the lunch specials that includes a two topping mini pizza, salad and soft drink. I normally get the mini pizza with salad and upgrade to the garden salad. The garden salad is always very fresh and they have more veggies such as cucumbers, cauliflower and broccoli. It is an additional cost but worth it. Rusty's also gives packets of sunflower seeds, croutons and bacon bits. The mini pizza includes two toppings. I often order my pizza with bell peppers and mushrooms. I love their pizza because of its thin crust and the generous amount of toppings. Rusty's continues to be a great food option for those of us that work in the area. read more

Came down on Saturday for some pizza and potato wedges. Ordered the pepperoni and pineapple deep dish and was pleasantly surprised. First time ordering the deep dish and was perfect. Pizza was tasty and sauce was great. Will definitely get the deep dish again although I do enjoy their regular crust. Wedges were slightly crispy which was the way I preferred. Service was great and they were fast in getting my order out despite a birthday party happening when I arrived. read more

Hands down a 5-star experience at Rusty's Pizza. The pizza came out hot and fresh with the perfect balance of sauce, cheese, and toppings. Great service and a chill vibe--definitely coming back read more

I've been coming to this Rusty's for years. And the one word that comes to mind when I visit is, Consistency! I can always expect to have a great tasting, fresh, crisp pizza when I visit. The potato wedges are always seasoned perfectly as well. This location can accommodate parties with two separate party rooms, as well as dining areas for smaller groups . They do have a small game area as well. read more

Rusty's is a good "go-to" place for pizza. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is nice. Plus, Rusty's supports the community. They adorned the place with soccer and little league banners. When we donate blood at Houchin Blood Bank, there's usually a Rusty's coupon that goes along with it. But, come on, this is pizza we're talking about. Rusty's uses fresh ingredients. There are only two of us, but we ordered a large mushroom, olive and bell pepper because we like to have leftovers. You get your choice of thin or deep dish. We chose the deep dish because I like a doughy crust. The sauce wasn't too heavy. The blend and quantity of our toppings were perfect. My wife took a chance and ordered a glass of red wine. She said it was okay, which is a high compliment coming from her. (I think it would be a lot to expect a family pizza parlor to have an extensive selection of wine.) We ordered a garden salad and they give you dressing, bacon bits, and honey roasted sunflower seeds (nice touch). We sat in the front gathering room and our server turned on a bowl game for us. There are video games for the kids, group rooms for parties, and an open booth section. Or, you can order your pizza and pick it up or have it delivered. You can't go wrong with a Rusty's Pizza. read more

Definitely my favorite location, the service is on point, I usually like to call ahead that way by the time I arrive my order is ready to go. The pizza pie's that come out of this location are among the best in town, I highly recommend Rusty's overall but this specific location is the go to! read more

Pizza is okay, area and restaurant are very dirty. I get the friend chicken and wedges to go.

White lane location, two items ordered pizza had cheese stuck to the top of the box... no plastic tent added poor service! Just lost my business, called issue a complaint...will give me credit on next order there will be next order read more

Usually our go-to pizza place but I'm so disappointed. And discouraged because this is the second time this week I am writing a former go-to a poor review. We order a simple two-topping pizza - we stopped ordering a combo some time ago because the toppings were sparse for the money, but the pizza was good. There was a streak about a year ago where the sauce wasn't consistent - either too little or two much. Tonight is was non-existent. And I admit I have had enough lately with mediocre to poor food commanding ever-increasing prices. Enough is enough. After a bad experience the other night with Jersey Mike's, this really tears it for me now at Rusty's. I can count on one hand the reliably good places we still go to get decent food. Why is everything garbage now? Time to save my money... maybe eat out just once or twice a month now. read more

Need to run there heater . Customers come in from the cold to give business and it's really hard to enjoy pizza when it's so cold . It's game day and TVs all turned off and I wonder why the couple of times we've come here there's nobody doing dine in . I guess pick up makes more sense. Too bad this location could do a lot better if they did some changes . We could never consider having our parties here till it gets more inviting so gloomy and cold read more

We had a party planned at the Rusty on Wible Rd., had made reservations there or so we thought ; they never wrote it down though we checked and it was ok til 1 day prior to party! So it was a rush to find place as invitations had gone out! My daughter called the White lane and manager Regina Moreno was so understanding , caring & helpful ! She reserved a room for us for next day/ time as well! The staff was great as well! They even arranged the tables prior to the party. Can't say enough. Great place! The party was great & our guests loved the food! Would definitely reccomend! read more

Rusty's Pizza Parlor - I love their pan pizzas . Got this special for $18 - Pizza Near Me - Bakersfield, California

If I could put zero stars, I would, it deserves less than that. Pizza was cold when we got it, the chicken was old and was just re-fried, and when we called and asked if they could redo it, they denied it to us in person and said that we "caused an altercation and cussed at the employees over wanting a pizza redone," despite the fact that it wasn't even over the pizza to begin with. The employees were extremely disrespectful and lied about trying to give us a refund "online" despite the fact that we paid in cash. They also called corporate and slandered us by making the "altercation" in question worse over the phone and we were even denied a refund because of this behavior. We will be calling corporate until we get this matter resolved, but I encourage anyone reading this to never visit this location due to the absolute mockery of customer service and the below subpar pizza that you can get anywhere else but there. read more

Had a coupon come in the mail for a $13 large pepperoni. Thought I'd give it a try! Usually if I'm craving fast pizza with a pan crust, I'll just order Pizza Hut, but after a bad experience with them, I decided to give Rusty's a whirl. Honestly, I like them better than pizza hut. I demolished the large pepperoni and a small cheesy garlic bread with just my wife in one night. With Pizza Hut pizzas I always feel a sense of regret and diarrhea. Rusty's didn't leave me feeling like I ate more oil than pizza! If the quality of the food wasn't enough, delivery was fast and my driver, Regina was the absolute sweetest woman ever. She complimented my macrame, THANK YOU QUEEN REGINA! I'm a life long customer now. read more

Came here to watch the game and get some pizza. I guess the place has been here for a while but its pretty clean inside. We ordered pizza, wings, salad, potatoe wedges and chicken. The salad wad kind of small but fresh. The chicken was good and warm. The buffalo wings were not as hot like they had been sitting out. The pizza was delicious especially the crust. The girl at the register was not that knowlegable about the birthday post cards. But the young lady that brought out our food was very friendly and kepts asking if we needed anything else. We will be back for sure. read more

The worst simply just the worst!! Every time I come in I have to deal with the same girl, the same rude, sour face attitude White girl with black hair cover in tattoos. I don't understand how she thinks her moody attitude is good customer service. In the last visit I did I had it with her. I went to pick up an order and no one was around in their so call express pick up. I see 2 workers in the very back corner chatting flirting whatever they were doing and this girl sitting on the floor on her phone. I was like hello trying to catch anybodies attention and it took them 3 min to realize I was there. This is the closest rusty to me so that's why I keep going there because I like their pizza. But man I don't want to stop going because of this rude chick who seems she hates to be there with her pissed off face. Management seriously needs to check their workers. read more

Rusty's Pizza on White Lane is the best! Crispy soft crust, real mushrooms and daily deals keep me coming back. The pizza is by far the best in town and the wedges are all made to order. Real potatoes sliced into wedges, hand coated before it gets fried. Bruce and Regina were so kind and accommodating, which made our visit so memorable. The restaurant has a party room, TV's and games. It's a great place to go out for dinner or have a celebration. read more

I placed an order online. Sent my son to pick up but cashier didn't give my son the full order. Called to ask if they could deliver but manager (Jacob) refused to provide deliver service. Said I had to go pick it up if I wanted the rest of my order. He made me put another charge on my card for the order they did give to me and I had to take his word that he would refund my money for the previous order. Since he couldn't do a partial refund for only the wings he didn't give me. Let's hope I do get my money back. Jacob was rude and not professional at all. Will not be going there again. Ok read more

I come to Rusty's for one thing and one thing only: Ranch. Yep. Rusty's has the best ranch ever. I love dipping my pizza in ranch. I grew up enjoying Rusty's pizza, chicken and wedges at many social gatherings. Rusty's is an old classic for me. Their food never disappoints. But really, it's just about the ranch. This particular location has moderate seating, a party room, and a few arcade games! Prices are a bit higher, but it's worth it! read more

The pizza, chicken and wedges are awesome. I'm originally from Bakersfield, and Rusty's was my go-to for chicken and wedges. The staff goes out of their way to remedy mistakes or wrong orders. Food is great!!! read more

Was not made to feel welcome when I told her this was our first time here and asked the cashier to help me with place my order. She didn't know the prices or the menu, and became upset when I was ordering but she couldn't figure it out. She made me repeat myself bcuz she became confused then proceeded to tell after she quoted me three different prices that 'there's tax ya know.' Just rude and then I saw her report me to her manager, which is disrespectful and furthermore, the manager could have come to me and asked what happened, but no he didn't! Hoping the pizza is good for the hassle or I'll have to post again about that. Not worth the headache to be treated inconsiderately for just pizza. Thanks! read more

I'm sad to leave a poor review but the bottom line is that this pizza was terrible. How badly can you mess up pepperoni pizza? I wanted to give this place a chance after seeing the delivery car driving in my neighborhood. My husband tried to order online but the website was very slow. You have to sign up for an account in order to place an order. It then took forever to get the confirmation of registration before we could even place our order. Then it told us we had placed a duplicate order and weren't able to have it delivered. My husband had to call to make sure it was clear we weren't driving there to pick it up. It was almost an hour between placing the order online when it arrived at our door. Sadly, our pizza was barely warm when it got here. Heating it on the microwave didn't even help the taste (it was a degree below Digiorno pizza quality) So disappointing that we paid $28. We also never received an ETA for delivery so we could secure our dog in advance. My husband called and then 2 seconds later the door bell rang. We were pretty hungry at that point, yet despite the long wait- the terrible taste made us toss the last 4 slices. The only bright spot was that Both the delivery person and the girl over the phone were friendly and helpful. We will NOT order again. read more

Really good potato wedges and chicken wings! Pizza is also good! Prices are a bit more on the pricer end.

Really bad customer service and not satisfied with how they attended me through the phone and in person. No help or explanation.

Rusty's never fails my family great Pizza great Chicken and wedges never disappoints!

I visited the white lane location and the employees and customer service was horrible! I couldn't believe how bad It was considering how expensive their pizza is. Manager/cashier gave me attitude and assumed I was giving him a hard time and said to me "don't ever talk to me like that again hommie" when all I said was "thanks man" when he gave me some ranch and my card didn't go through so I ended up paying with cash. I tried asking what the problem was between us but all he would say was "nothing hommie" The employee then stared me down and followed right behind me as I walked out the door and to my car! Who does that? The look of the restaurant and employees were vary unprofessional and just ruined my whole experience to where I barely even wanted to eat the pizza. I had such high hopes for rusty's but unfortunately I won't ever go back at least not for some time. Pizza was just alright, not enough sauce and dough felt stale like it been sitting out all day. read more

The customer service here is HORRIFIC !! Took 30 minutes just to take a small order over the phone. Whoever was helping us was either half deaf or had an airpod in her ear listening to Saweetie because she asked us to repeat just about everything we said, and when she repeated the info back it was wrong so we had to correct it. Overall 1/10 read more

This place must not know we are currently in a world wide pandimic. We walked into this facility to place a to go. The person taking our order did not sanitize the counter. Even thou they had a sign stating that counter was to be sanitized after ever customer. They also had what looked to be a 10 year old girl and a 13 year old boy making boxes with no mask or gloves on. The pizza was not very good. The crust tasted old and extra chewy. We will not be returning to this place agian. read more
