We ordered Papa John's Pizza on a Friday evening not expecting delivery to be fast but it honestly was especially for a Friday after 5:30. Delivery arrived within the window of time originally given at order time. We ordered a medium no cheese extra red sauce with beef pizza, ( hubby is allergic to dairy) & pork) sadly the beef had no real flavor was lacking. I also ordered a large thin crust white sauce, spinach, tomato, chicken & mushroom pizza that was amazingly delicious. 2 orders of plain bread sticks with extra red sauce completed our order. Please season the beef/hamburger to help make the pizza worthy of the 5 star rating. Looking forward to next time. read more

Read the reviews before ordering so I decided to order pick up since it's only 4 minutes from my home. Used a code and got a large pizza for $10! Watched the track your order thing and my pizza was ready to picked up in about 20 minutes. Only thing I'd say is that I didn't get any notification when it was ready for pickup so if you weren't constantly checking you wouldn't know when yo our order was ready. A time prior to this I ordered pickup. Ordered pepperocinis as well. They didnt have them. I swear they have got to hire new people. This place is trash. Worst manager ever. So, I order a couple of pies. They come 20 minutes late. I open the box, wrong pizza. Second box is wrong too. I call the manager and she tells me I am lying! Outrageous! At one point in the conversation I offer to bring the pizzas to her so she could verify my order being wrong, which kind of defeats the purpose of delivery, but hey, my stomach is growling and I just want I thought I paid for. This manager continued to argue with me for a couple more minutes, until I hung up and drove to pizza hut, where my order was correct and I could enjoy my dinner. But I saw that this Papa Johns only had 2 stars and I have eaten pizza from this location so many times now and never once been disappointed! It's delicious. Ordered pizza via the website for delivery to my home. The pizza arrived minus the drink I ordered because they were out of two of my other choices. I open the box to see half of the cheese to include all toppings were not o n the pizza. It was so bad I had to take a picture as it would seem unbeleavable. I called the store to be offered either a 50% off coupon (unknown of the sipulations) or a freshly made pizza. I chose the pizza as the one I received was not edible. If it were possible to rate them less than one star, I would. I've tried this location twice. The first time I attempted to call and no one answered. Nope, not a holiday. And no, not at an off time. We actually wanted to try them because we passed their delivery driver on the way home. So, I wasn't able to order anything. I emailed the company to report my experience and never received a response. Mind you, they ask if you want a response and I said yes. Yesterday, we decided to give them a second chance. This time I ordered online. It took two hours to have one pizza, chicken, breadsticks, and a chocolate chip cookie thing to be delivered. I called the store after an hour and was told they were on their way. Called back again after an hour and a half and received the same response. It's wasn't until I was preparing to order from another place that they finally showed up. Btw, the pizza was getting cold by that time. So I can't even say it was worth the wait. I emailed the company twice regarding yesterday's incident. Wanna take a guess? That's right, no response. Awesome! So if you'd like to receive poor customer service and have your pizza delivered two hours later, this is the spot for you! I tried using the app. I was charged 22.00 for a pizza. I went into the store told them about it and the employee gave me the same pizza for 10.50 And told me to call next time the app sucks. I tried calling a couple of weeks later. It took 5 minutes before the store answered the phone they ask me to hold ! I drove to the store ordered my 2 pizzas when back out to my car while still on hold. (Cell phones are sometimes fun) 30 minutes after being put on hold the store finally answered. I told her I had been inside the store and ordered, Her response was O sorry. 35 minutes would have been how long I would have waited to order I know stupid me. I normally am a fan of papa johns but what a disappointment this meal was! We ordered the spicy Italian and it was over cheesed and very little seasoning. Thankfully i added special garlic sauce so I can drown out the pizza. We always order cheese bread but this was overly rolled out with little cheese and over baked! Very disappointed in our order. We waited 45 minutes before heading out to pick up-we live about 5 minutes away. When my husband got there it was pure chaos. They are either greatly understaffed or mismanaged. The guy in front of us had been waiting over 45 mins for some chicken wings! My husband asked how much longer it would be for our order and they said another 10 minutes-on top of the 50 we'd already waited?!?! He asked to cancel the order and the clerk said they'd have to get the manager-that took another 10 minutes and then he didn't even acknowledge my husband's presence! Buffalo Chicken pizza was awful!!!!! We counted 7 little pieces of chicken the size of a dime on our large pizza. We will never order from here again. We saw that this location had now opened and decided to try it out. The food was good, but the service was terrible. The delivery driver got lost and it took him 45 minutes to find our house. We live 2 miles from the store location. He called us to verify he had the right address (he did). We called the store after he still hadn't arrived and we're put on hold for 15 minutes. We hung up and called back and were helped right away. They said they would call the driver and call us back. They never did. 15 minutes later the driver finally pulled up, but to our neighbor's not our house. We had to flag him down to get it delivered to us. The house number is painted on the street and is visible on the side of the house. Hopefully it's just new store jitters and it being a Sunday. We'll try it again in a month or so to see if they can pull it together. read more
