Maybe a handful of customers. Some of whom ordered pick up online. I got eggs, cheddar, and Taylor ham on an Asiago bagel. My sister got the same except she went for sausage and on the egg everything bagel. It's not super salted which was good. Very cheesy which I loved! Very light on the flavors. My sister's sausage patty was thick! These are hefty breakfast sandwiches! And the egg everything bagel was phenomenal. I should've gotten that instead as it was more flavorful than the Asiago. The woman at the register had recommended the egg everything as her favorite...I should've listened. My dad liked the blueberry bagel. They warmed it up for him. I'd def come back! Really impressed that they still had all the bagel flavors even though they were going to close in less than 2 hours. And the latkes look good to try next time too. It's a large space. Tons of seating. And a few TVs showing sports. Tons of parking around here since it's by Kroger. Glad they're in the neighborhood!

Barely said hello, didn't ask if I wanted our meal for here or togo? He bagged it togo. At least now I know why he did that. That is because there was not one single table that was clean, wiped down, let alone the floor swept. NOT ONE TABLE! have worked in restaurants for over 30 years. Every type of restaurant concept that exists. Fast food, fast casual, casual dining, fine dining, quick service, upscale dining. This by far was disgusting. If the dining room is this bad... what do you think their kitchen looks like? That is where your food is prepared. I even witnessed the MOD who took my order, wipe his nose with his left hand, grabbed an empty box of fries filled the fries and put them in the bag. Freaking disgusting and a Board of Health violation! I know, "it's a McDonalds what do you expect". I expect good hygiene when handling food . It is common sense. WASH YOUR HANDS! Then the GM came out and only restocked the drink station, which did not need to be stocked. The other manager (the one who took my order and wiped his nose and proceeded to but food in the bag) added new expiration times on the teas. While that is important, so is a clean dining room. They sent someone to straighten the dining room, all he did was straighten chairs and pick up some napkins and a straw wrapper. But left napkins on another table (pictured below). Did not wipe down a single table at all nor did he sweep. Food and crumbs with grease marks from guests dirty hands all over the seats and the back of chairs. Now, I can see why the drive thru is so busy and the dining room is empty. They could care less about speaking to people face to face and keep things CLEAN. What made it even worse was another stale bun. In two years I have only eaten at this location 3 times. Because our previous visits here they always forgot to put onions on the cheeseburgers that are ketchup, cheese and onions only. So I stopped coming. I stopped going to all McDonalds and frankly all fast food restaurants. Today, i wanted a cheat day, so I decided to give the Prospect locarion another chance. By no surprise, again another disappointment. Stale bun once again, onions in the box verses on the sandwich at least I received onions this time. Maybe it was because it was not a regular cheeseburger this time. I sat here for 45 minutes and no one has come out to clean the lobby. One guest even left because he wasn't greeted at the counter. That is ridiculous. I understand this may be due to a "skeleton crew" in between shifts, however, ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR GUESTS! If you can't do that, you are in the wrong industry. These are reasons I don't come to this location let alone any McDonald's for that matter. For a franchised company, some franchises should be revoked of their franchise rights for hosting a dirty restaurant, lack of customer service skills and food quality. Do Better Prospect! You're in a wealthy part of town you should meet the standards out here. But, maybe most people do not care anymore? Their windows had hand prints and finger prints all over them. This is NO EXAGGERATION EITHER, just FACTS. I seriously never leave bad reviews but, when it comes to cleanliness, hygiene and stale food, that is where I draw the line. When I finally got the food, they messed up my order and had to remake, making me wait even longer. I understand it's a Friday and they're busy, but the way they treated me and didn't seem to care at all about the customers time being wasted was ridiculous.
