Wonderful pizza served like a few other pizzas. Thin crust with chopped pepperoni. I'm not sure what is about chopped pepperoni, but it tastes so good!! Update to hours of service as list on Yelp... M-Sat 11A-8P Sun 12N-8P Curbside only!! No dine in, no carry out!! Call 812.945. He 1140

Other than a confusing pickup process (you have to call and then wait in your car... which can be time intensive depending on the wait), Arni's has great pizza! Super crispy crust and the pepperoni and sausage had so much flavor

I am currently staying in New Albany for a while and was looking to try some new places, have heard people rave about this place for a while as I have some family that live over here. I have to say I was very disappointed, it's really hard for me to dislike pizza because even bad pizza is usually good. This place achieved the impossible. This pizza tastes like the Tostino's frozen pizza you would get at the grocery. They even use the little cubed pepperoni's. What got me though was how little cheese was even on my pizza, I would have thought they forgot it all together except there was a little on two small corner pieces. One of the worst pizza's I've ever had.

The pizza is great. Let me start by saying that. Thin crust, a nice crisp, not burnt. I genuinely love their pizza. However, I've also had other menu items that were sub-par. The "nachos" for $7 are movie theatre nachos. What a disappointment. I could go to Kroger and get my own chips and toppings for less than $7. If you're touting "nachos" as a menu item, at least include some jalapeño or other toppings. What a scam!!! I've also had sandwiches from here that were skimpily dressed. Basically, go for the pizza, but they don't get many points for anything else on the menu.

At least they left a note on the box I suppose SMH. I love the pizza but this is a little suspect if you ask me

Yelp fibbed at me a couple of times and I finally just gave up and got a sandwich from JJ's. Ordering on the app, I was able to customize my unwich to add cucumbers and dijon mustard, dropping the mayonaise. Ordering from 8 minutes away, it was being placed on the shelf the moment I walked in the door to pick it up. That seems a little bit slower than the usual "freaky fast" but it's all good. Unwrapped it was exactly what it was supposed to be. Crisp, cool and fresh. Oh, and filling. I'm a fan! [Review 13499 overall, 818 of 2020.]

You know when you walk into a place and immediately feel welcoming energy? That's what they're serving right alongside the food. The cherry on top was the soundtrack -- some smooth 90s neo-soul playing in the background that kept the atmosphere airy, nostalgic, and fun. The space itself is cozy, which works for now, but I can absolutely see them expanding in the future. And when they do, I'll be first in line. I was excited to choose from the options I saw online here, until I found out they had a limited menu. And when I say limited, there were literally four options for entrees. I get doing a limited menu but surely there can be more options. If you didn't want pizza or chicken dishes, then you were out of luck The service was below par. If they are going to charge a decent amount for food (bill was 67 for two people, with one beer) then I feel like the service should meet that. One of the servers that was not ours was loud and annoying during service. Our server mentioned to us that he was sorry for the service because they were busy, when half the tables in the place were open. I'd hate to see what a full place would have been like! I hate sounding negative on a local place but if you are going to charger higher end prices then the experience should also be a bit better. I feel like Martini's in Louisville (a similar cuisine I've visited recently) had cheaper prices than this place, and was a much better experience. Not sure if I'll be in a rush to be back here

Calamari tasted like they were frozen from a Swanson brand dinner. The marinara sauce was very good though. The Calamari needs to be divorced from the Marinara sauce.
