Firstly, let me say, I FREQUENT this Zaxby's. Like at LEAST once a week, if not more. I have…read moreaddiction, I'll be the first to admit it. Most of the time when I roll up to this location, I am THAT person. They close at 10pm and I'll roll up at 9:30. Before you start, yes I do hate myself for it. I worked in fast food as a teen and young adult, so I know firsthand that when people do this, it actually sucks. The reason I come at this time is solely because it is the only one on my way home and leaving my obligations at 9pm, it is when I am able to make it there. [now that the back story is out of the way..] I have never had anything less than excellent service and excellent food here. I'm not going to lie, as long as the food was cooked recently, it's kind of hard to ruin the food they serve. We all know that service is the main factor in these reviews. (Or at least it is to me.) It has to frustrate their employees when I come in a half hour from close, the only car in the drive thru- but you wouldn't know it. They are as friendly as ever. On a completely separate occasion, and I was using a popular coupon that the company put out on Facebook. When arriving it was like 6:30pm, so definitely a dinner rush time anyway- even if they weren't running a promotion. I saw the line, and was prepared to wait. Que sera sera. It's not the end of the world and I had. A craving only Zaxby's could fulfill. When I tell you that the service I received at the window was shocking, I'm not lying. I fully expected, and empathized, with the fact that I would likely encounter a stressed, frustrated, and possibly abrupt employee at the window. I wasn't even going to fault them for it- it was insanely busy for them. When I arrived at the window, however, I encountered an employee with a smile on her face, even a laugh in her voice. She was cheerful and prepared. She was being productive while still having an amazing attitude. I was IMPRESSED and shocked. AWESOME job, Zaxby's!

Haven't been here in years... now I remember why I stopped going. It's not the company it's self…read more It's actually the half assed employees they hire. As I'm ordering one employee stepped out the back door and starts puffing away on his cannabis cart. I smelt it and he was hacking up a lung after each draw he took from the pen. Aside from that, these people can't complete simple tasks like a plain hotdog with only ketchup... instead I get only mustard, I clearly asked the fries to be well done and even got a clear understanding from the employee working window (was super chill) I end up with soggy, limp biscuit fries. The peach tea syrup was all at the bottom of my drink. (Health alert ) I'd highly advise to check your order before you leave. Clearly their employees are too high to remember simple things. That alone could cause serious health issues to the unsuspecting guests. Be mindful!

Also I've had slaw that has been sitting out so long that it's inedible. Gross. Service is normally friendly, but rarely fast. We usually use the drive through, but when we dine-in the area in adequately clean.
