We frequent this location for a couple of reasons. First, they are nearby our home. Second, they offer frequent coupons that keep the prices reasonable, and third, they make a very good pizza. We've tried all the fast food pizza suspects in our area, and Marco's is hands down the best of them. They are consistent with their quality, so we haven't had a bad pizza yet. My husband usually orders online and I run and pick it up and pay in the store. We haven't tried to eat in the store, but the seating looks to be sufficient and there are TV's playing sports or programs to keep you entertained. We like to order our pizzas as half-n-half so my husband gets his meaty toppings, and I get my veggie toppings. We've tried several of the sizes, and prefer the thick crust. We like that they include a side of the jalapeno ranch dipping sauce for the left over crust. My preferred toppings are mushrooms, fresh tomatoes, and pineapple. One of my check list items for a good pizza is fresh mushrooms (not canned), and Marco's delivers on that one. They also include dried peppers and parmesan cheese packets when you pick up the pizza. If someone were to ask me what pizza I'd recommend, I'll be sure to turn them onto Marco's. read more

Marco's surprised me...I avoided them for a long time because they are a chain restaurant and I hadn't heard much about them, once I finally tried them I was glad I did. Marco's makes a very tasty pizza and using coupons you can get them at reasonable prices. I am a carnivore and Marco's has a good selection of flavorful quality meat toppings, something that cannot be said for most of the larger pizza chains. My go-to topping is sausage and theirs is above average because of the great flavor and they are not stingy with the toppings. I have also had their meatballs, ham, grilled chicken, steak, and ground beef. Of those toppings, the meatballs are the best and the ground beef my least favorite. If you order their thick crust it is like adding an order of breadsticks to your pizza. They offer a complimentary jalapeno ranch sauce which is great for dipping Marco's has an exceptional website with awesome online ordering as well as a phone application. If you sign-up for their emails you will always have plenty of coupon options allowing you to get very good pizza at a very reasonable price. read more

I tried Marco's Pizza in West Point several times before leaving a review. Each time my experience has been similar. On the bright side, my wait times have always been reasonable and the staff is at least competent. On the other hand, the pizza is high priced for a national chain, but the quality is more akin to a cheap pizza one might find in a frozen food section of the grocery store. If I were to compare it to competitors I'd place it below Little Caesars and slightly ahead of Papa Murphy's, but only because it's cooked in a pizza oven instead of at-home. If you want fast and convenient, do yourself a favor and order a cheaper pizza from Hungry Howies, a better pizza from Papa Johns or a faster, cheaper & tastier pizza at Little Caesars. Or...do even better and order from a local company like Rita's or Thai Khao Kenge Pizza. read more

Just received our order. We had included in our order a 15-piece wing order with two sauces. I even showed the cashier what I wanted from the menu. We received only 10 wings. When I told the cashier we had ordered the 15-piece, she simply checked our order on the register and said, " She only charged you for the 10-piece." No apologies, no offer to comp the extra wing pieces. Better customer service would have been to apologize for the error and provide us with the extra wings. read more

We have tried this place out on a handful of occasions. They have had some real bad growing pains and still have not ironed out the problems. The pizza taste pretty good. However, they have had several issues with getting orders right as well as being up front and truthful with customers. In addition, as one other reviewer stated there are a lot of issues of young kids standing around the cashier talking. 1. Be sure if you have the right cash. They don't accept anything over a twenty. At first this was NOT posted anywhere. Now they have a very small translucent sign on the bottom of their door. If you are not looking you will miss it. 2. When an issue is brought to management's attention they place the responsibility on the customer. 3. When they finally admit they messed up the order they are reluctant to take steps to fix it or to fix it right. I have already had two orders in the same dining session messed up. If they do agree to trash the order and issue a refund, you better hope you did not use a card to pay for it. It will take two weeks or more to get your refund. But then again they are hesitant to take cash so you are kind of SOL. I can recommend the pizza for taste. However, the employees are lackluster at best. Management does not care about the issues and rarely, if ever, responds to customer concerns. When management does respond they make you feel that customers are a burden and should bear the responsibility for making the dining experience good. At least they were willing to bum a cigarette off my wife. I would offer the advice that there is another newly opened pizza place just down the road to the north. read more

I gave this place another shot, unfortunately, will never do that again. Our apartments had a "tenants appreciation special" today through Marco's pizza. Upon move-in there was a coupon included in our welcome packet. We called that day, starving from moving from dawn to dusk and ordered a substantial amount of food. We were told after ordering a complicated order that they don't deliver to our place and we'd have to pick it up. Instead of going through the ordering process again we were happy to pick it up. They said it'd be ready in about 35 min. We showed up and they didn't even have the order, not just not started but it wasn't even written down. We were curious if anything had improved months later and called today to take advantage of the specials for our apartment appreciation. We asked if they were delivering to our apartments because of the special today, the guy (think it might have been the same guy) that answered quickly asked us to hold on as he had to ask and didn't get back on the phone, at ten minutes we hung up. This was my first time dinning at Marco's Pizza. I'm born & raised in NY and a pizza snob. Now, having said that, I live in Utah and you get what you get so my expectations are typically low. Marco's is not NY style pizza, it's more the style of Papa John's. Having said that, Marco's offers a very nice, clean & large dinning area whereas Papa John's does not. Marco's crust, sauce and cheese were much better tasting than Papa's. Now for the kicker and this blew my mind. When I was ordering the lunch special (10" 1 topping pizza w/ soda $6.99) the manager (not the cashier) curiously asked me what my favorite toppings were. I told her that I was in the mood for jalapeno and pineapple but settled for Italian sausage since it was a 1 topping special. I received my sausage pizza and it was very good and a few minutes later the cashier presented me with a FREE 10" jalapeno and pineapple pizza to go. She mentioned that the manager (Nicole) thought that I would really enjoy the toppings and wanted me to have an enjoyable experience. I was blown away by this unbelievable customer service, kindness and thoughtfulness. If you're in the area and not specifically looking for NY style I recommend you stop in and give Marco's a try. When we came to this place we got it to dine in, however there was still half a pizza left and we wanted to save it. When we asked for a to go box and they gave a piece of tin foil to me, and after being annoyed by that, my husband went back up and asked again specifically for a to go BOX and they refused multiple times and in the end gave him another piece of tin foil. Unfortunately another restaurant that has handed the reins of this new location over to teenagers. No training on how to talk to and answer customer questions. I asked what the different crust seasonings were and was showed the bottle of seasoning and was told "it's this". Missed opportunity to teach and train some good kids how to conduct business. The manager seems to be running his own little click of high school kids allowing hanging out around the counter talking, very unprofessional. As for the pizza, it's ok, same satisfaction at Little Caesars but twice the cost. This is our second time trying Marcos and will be our last. This Marco's SUCKS. If the pizza wasn't delicious, we would've stopped eating here a long time ago. The customer service is garbage. I've gotten a wrong order on more than one occasion. Today I placed an order at 5:15 so it would be ready at 6 and when I got to the drive up window she first told me that my order had already been picked up. By SOMEONE ELSE. Then after scrambling for a few minutes she came back and said "it got deferred so it was pushed off the screen so it didn't get made so I'm going to make it right now." Ok well if I wanted to effing wait 20 minutes with a car full of hangry kids I wouldn't have place my order 45 MINUTES AGO. Y'all suck. And you just lost a WEEKLY customer. read more

We went in fairly soon after they opened which is part of why our experience was so so. The customer service was meh. They were nice but knew nothing about the menu or how the experience worked. They were not even sure if we needed to pay for drinks or not. The pizza was good. The breadsticks were delicious. We never saw a waiter and there were so many employees there it seemed crowded despite very few customers.
