We placed an order with DoorDash for Ally's pizza. DoorDash told us that they only use them to place the orders and that Ally's has their own delivery service. After 45 minutes of waiting to see if Ally's got our order through DoorDash it is still not confirmed. We have been calling Ally's over 15 times and they will not answer the phone. It goes directly to voicemail and it says the voicemail box is full so we can't even leave a message. Their pizza is good, but their service is absolutely not acceptable. We had to get a refund from Doordash as 1 hr has passed now and they still had not even confirmed the order. read more

This is real pizza! Real fresh ingredients and dough made daily. They have these pizza rolls that are so good. They're like little fluffy four bite pizzas. Craving pizza one evening so ordered from Ally's. Ordered thin, cooked extra well done crust. It was even indicated on the box that's what we ordered. However when the pizza arrived the crust was NOT thin crust and it was SO VERY doughy that it was impossible to pick up and eat. Tried eating it with a fork, but the very soggy doughy crust really detracted from the amazing flavor of the toppings on the pizza. So in the end 5+ stars for flavor and friendly staff. Don't know what the excitement for this place is all about. Ordered a pizza at 5:10 in the evening- Ally's Hawaiian, thick crust. This pizza has Canadian bacon, pineapple, mushrooms, and almonds. I asked to hold the almonds. 1.5 hours later, my pizza arrives- barely warm, paper-thin crust, no mushrooms, and the center of the pizza a soaked, doughy mess. $14 to Ally's and $5 CASH tip to the driver for his "prompt" delivery??? They work almost like a dry cleaning pick up, but that's not a bad thing, you just need to be ready for a tight squeeze driving around the building, but it's efficient. The pizzas are great. Far more mom and pop style than the chains around. The salads are excellent. Fresh and crisp. Best of all it's consistent. Their pizzas don't disappoint. read more

When the food is good, it's really, really good. The past few months it's unpredictable though- often doughy centers on both pizza & rolls. Not a little doughy, but uncooked dough. And/or w/ burnt crust. The service- omg terrible. It's never done even close to on time. Last visit was told 20-40 minutes... strange window.... ok, so go p/u in 20 & wait or p/u in 40 & could be cold? We arrived in the middle @ 30 mins & waited 30 more, for burnt pizza & incorrect toppings. :( Staff needs training, they're like 15 yrs old & no idea how to make a customer feel welcome & appreciated, & completely lost in responding to complaints & questions. Under new ownership, and we know the potential so we're being patient in hopes things get turned around & back to how things used to be. Being honest not to hurt the business, but hope we're listened to & it's helpful because we'd love this place to succeed! Give this place a try if you haven't, if you have a bad experience & you're patient try it again. 4 stars given because we're rooting for the kinks to be ironed out & for this place to be around for another 30 years! The crust, the cheese the sauce, the toppings strand and proportioned to perfection. The place may look sketchy from the road, but the delectable fresh beautiful pizza is of the utmost quality. The first time you go, you won't be able to make it home without eating a slice because the temptatious smell that fills your nostrils will force you to pull over in the church parking lot next door and have a slice or two or three.... what I'm saying is take the people you want to have pizza with because there is a good chance that if you go by yourself there may not be enough when you get back. read more

I have been wary Ally's pizza for 20 years or more. The Pizza has always been great. When they first changed ownership recently, I noticed a big drop in quality, and in particular the service. We were really disappointed because they had such great pizza. We tried a couple more times , and the pizza quality is coming back, but the service is still not good. I always order my pizza for pickup, so I can eat it hot. I ordered some today, went to pick it up, stood at the counter for five or six minutes before they came out. They went back to check on my order and the pizza was done, but they had not even started the bread. So much for eating the pizza Hart, my patience is wearing thin. Made an online order that we would pickup. Order showed 55minutes until ready got to Ally's was told it would be another 15-20 minutes it hasn't been started yet, still waited 30 minutes and no food. Watching how employees in the kitchen and the employees running the cash register were handling food. I saw one employee walk right next to the oven and sneeze, other employees touching nose rings, their faces and hair and then touch food. When we got there people were waiting by the door. There was about 6 people waiting when we got in and another 10 come in after us. Ambiance- Inside was keep up some. I did notice some paper receipts on the floor and with the ones I seen get dropped by the cashiers as they would go checking on orders, I wondered how many of the one's I still saw on the floor were from people waiting for their meal. read more

I used to love ... love this place. When the old man was there the food was always great. The service on point. When I called to make an order the young (15-16) year old lady could not hear due to all the laughter and messing around in the background while she was laughing and not paying attention to the order. Had to repeat myself 3 times to make sure she got it correctly. Unfortunately she didn't. Got the order and we were missing items ( didn't get charged for them as they were not on the order) I called to ask for the manager and I got the new owner of the place. Unfortunately she was complacent and rude. She is a young 22 owner with little to no experience on running a business. She would rather be friends with her subordinates than run a viable company. I wish her all the best on keeping customers but I fear she will fail. Personal note to the owner. Failure is not a bad thing as long as you learn from and grow from it. read more
