Highly disappointed with our experience. We were slow to receive service, waiting upwards of 30 minutes to have drinks brought to the table and another 30 minutes to have food brought out. The breadsticks were gummy, the calzone was burned. We only saw our waitress (the manager) once more to drop off the check. We thanked her for her service and as she was walking away, thinking no one could see her, she rolled her eyes making a face. So disappointing to be treated as a nuisance and a burden. Did we have such a long wait because the staff didn't like our table? Can't help but wonder after watching the manager roll her eyes as she's walking away. I've been to other locations before and had a great time with great food... this time was super disappointing as a pizza factory lover. First things, the table and silverware were definitely not clean, the table was VISIBLY dirty and there was food stuck to the utensils we were given. Secondly I didn't see what could be any adult, all the staff seemed to all be under the age of 18 which isn't super important, It just wasn't running very well due to this aspect. There was many open tables while being here and none of them had dishes but they were all covered in food and it definitely just felt gross. And to add at the end before we left a bunch of 14 year old boys came in and started yelling and roughhousing about the store and yelling one of the workers names who also participated in these shenanigans. The food was very mid, plates dirty and the chicken overcooked. Also had us sign the payment with a pencil? As someone who works in the restaurant industry it was very bizarre, not a single manager or adult in sight. And the cleanliness worries me about what could be in the food too. It would've been nice if they'd labeled the calzones we got, those are a bit harder to tell apart than a pizza that shows its toppings. The bite of calzone I had was good. I really enjoyed my pizza. I got one of their special pizzas but asked for two of the toppings to be withheld. I requested a substitute topping online but didn't receive it. I didn't expect to (I never really trust instructions being followed online) but also didn't feel the request was unreasonable to switch out two toppings for one other. C'est la vie. The salad bar was warm. Nothing was cold like it should be when sitting out. The mandarin oranges tasted like they were fermented. We got the all you can eat soup/salad/breadsticks, not an option to get one portion. My daughter didn't finish her soup (we did not get a refills on the soups) and we had a breadstick left. They would not let us take it home. They would rather throw it away than let you take what you payed for. Again we did not get a refill it was the first portion. I have zero issue paying $50 for two pizzas, provided they are great. Everyone has a different take on how they like their pizza, so as a disclaimer... this review pertains to our likings. We aren't fans of their sauce and to us, the crust lacks flavor. By no means are we pizza critics, but when we have 6 people in the house, four of which are between 18-26, and you still have a full pizza left over and nobody eats the leftovers... it's apparent we aren't fans. Those that enjoy this restaurant ... appear to visit often. It's obvious there is a following, which is great since you want local establishments to succeed. Unfortunately, they have a very difficult time providing you with what you order. The first time I let it slide. The second time it was annoying. The third time it made me mad. First time ever ordering from this place. Placed order online without any issues, went and picked up pizzas, got all the way back home just to find out they gave us someone else's order. Brought pizza back and we were told that using the online ordering app "causes issues and even thought we ordered in the app a person still needs to take the order"!?!?! We asked them to make our order right. As they were in the process of fixing their mistakes someone "found" one of our pizzas "just sitting there". They tried giving us that pizza that had now been sitting there for over 30mins. and God knows who they gave that pizza to before they returned it. We told them we were not taking that pizza and would appreciate a new one being made. Teach your employees how to take orders from the app or don't off the app at all. Easily five stars based off our lunch experience. Basic salad bar was fresh. Bread sticks dipped in warm Alfredo sauce were super good and fun to eat with the creative display. The chicken and shrimp cajun pasta was legitimately amazing. Highly recommend this pasta. Deluxe persona pizza was fresh and on point. Server Madyson was friendly and energetic. I ordered $50 worth of delivery at 5pm. After waiting for two hours with no update, I called grubhub support and got my refund back for the delivery fee and tip. They called the restaurant and the restaurant said that the delivery guy has left but they can't give an ETA. After waiting for another 20 minutes, (the pizza place is a 7 minute drive from me) I called again and asked for a full refund, which I was given. Right after I got the refund, the delivery man showed up. The food was room temperature and was not great. I gave two stars and not one because I don't know whose fault it was- grubhub's or the pizza factory's. I also did get a $10 gift card for both of them. I've been here quite a few times and I do genuinely enjoy the food, but I almost always get sick when I eat here. There's been a few times that I haven't, but I usually leave feeling sick for the rest of the day. The bread twists are truly the holy grail of the food options here, they never fail to amaze me. The pizza is pretty good as well although they put WAY too much cheese on it, and it's always swimming in grease. The pasta has been o-k last few times I've gotten it although it gets cold very quickly. So overall their food is good. I ordered using the app. One of our four pizzas was made incorrectly. They quickly and politely fixed it. That wasn't the problem. The reason for the low rating is that one of the employees repeatedly propped his backside on the flattened boxes while waiting for a pizza to finish cooking. Slow service, food was cold when it came out, and wasn't good at all. Waitress was non-existent. Never came out to check on us and as a result I didn't have a drink the entire time we had food. Very expensive for sub par pizza. Nothing about this place was good enough to come back a second time. Very disappointing. There are better pizza places in the area that I would recommend way before this place. Don't buy a small pizza, get the kids meal instead. What is with the stick crammed up the middle of the bread stick? Building your own custom pasta dish is interesting, though I was little confused when I asked how large a full size plate was and my answer was "twice as large as a half plate"???? Atmosphere is usually really nice, the cement floors can make it a little echoey at times, but we usually aren't there and when it is super busy. Several variaties of pizza and pasta to please everyone in the family at a modest price. A couple of things make this place a good choice for me. You can substitute squash "noodles" for pasta. A healthier option and really tasty. Try it before you wrinkle up your nose. The breadsticks are awesome doughiness curled around a big stick and baked. Coated with butter and herbs, it makes up for the healthier pasta. My favorite part is they aren't pretentious. They know who they are and who they are serving. If I could give this place a zero I would. We ordered two meals and the wait time was listed as 90 minutes. I go take a shower and when I get out, the driver shows up with one meal. When I question, he says that's all he was given. When I call, the employee on the other end says they were all out of the lasagna, so he refunded the price. I said great, now we only have one meal.
