I'm not sure why the reviews are so bad here. It's not an authentic sit down Chinese restaurant, it's fast food and for that it is delicious with lots of options. Panda does need to rethink their business model though and have a second setup for to-go orders because the line backs up and wraps around the entire front of the store because they're too busy fulfilling all the online orders to take care of the customer physically standing in front of them. But that seems to be a problem at all of their locations. The employees are always very pleasant and friendly even when they are slammed. And if you get the hot orange chicken beware, it's actually very spicy! read more

We came by here on a Sunday at 4 PM and the doors were locked as was all the food pulled from the hot bar. The lights were also turned off. People were pulling up while we were there having the same reaction we were having. there were people inside eating, but nobody else was able to get inside and placed an order. This is no longer a reliable place to go on Sundays their schedule specifically states they are open until 10 PM. What a huge disappointment! This is unacceptable. DAVID (the manager) AND MCKELLE (cashier) are rude and blame the customer for everything. They take no accountability for when they mess up. I got called a liar and was told it was my job to check that the order was right before I left the store with 1/2 of my food missing. I had the right number of containers but there were no entrées inside of them. Once I returned home 30 minutes away from the restaurant I called and said hey I'm missing my entrées. I was assured by Mckelle my name would be put on a list and I could come back in at a later date and get my correct entrée for free. I showed up tonight asked for my free entrée and was told that it had already been redeemed. I responded with that couldn't possibly be right. I still had the receipt proving that I hadn't been in. I was told there was nothing they could do and called a liar by the manager David. He did try to avoid coming over and talking to me at all costs for 10 minuets prior to this. This interaction took so long that a line of about 20 people ended up behind me and 10 people left the store while I was standing there waiting for him because the lines were so long. so instead of giving me a free $12 meal (that they promised) they lost over $120 in revenue from all the people who left. So essentially, I was punished because his employees cannot follow protocol and gave away free food to somebody claiming to be me that had no proof of ID or a receipt. Lesson learned. My whole family will never be returning to this location and will be sure to spread the word. Also, David, I made good on my promise and called corporate. Panda is not my favorite for Chinese food, the group I was with wanted this, so I went along with it. The noodles are very dry, flavorless and oily. The Kung Pau saved it a bit, with lots of chili paste too. The egg rolls were amazing, I should have just had those for lunch. It was a busy place and they were very fast and friendly. This is the closest Panda Express to my home and I have been coming here for years. Food is always good. Most recently we have run into the problem of having to wait for the online orders to be processed ahead of us. I understand that this needs to be done but today was extreme. The guy at the counter would wait on the person in line and then fill 2 online orders before helping another in store customer. My time in line today was 23 minutes from entry to exit. By the time I left, customers were in line out the door. It was noon. I understand that online orders are a huge business now but maybe during these very busy times an extra employee could fill those orders. read more

Upon calling Ogden location at 1:30pm the phone system does not allow for direct contact with the local location. Definitely customer service is not the objective here. So I have given this location 2 chances and both times the employees have no care they have almost no items especially i went at lunch time 1130 ish to 12 in the afternoon and they didn't have white rice, broccoli beef, honey sesame chicken and were not fully cooked yet for the cream cheese rangoon. I came today and same thing white rice wasn't ready, the Beijing beef wasn't ready and broccoli beef was a 5 min wait. I have been to this location a number of times, and each time has been extremely aggravating. That only have the staff been rude, but they have also become mask nazis. We came in, there were children running back-and-forth inside the restaurant, screaming making noise not wearing masks, my mask string broke and I got harassed by the employees. I absolutely love Panda Express. But the last few times I have been to this location I am very disappointed. It seems they are never prepared for lunch and I am always waiting for entrees to be made. This particular time has me done trying at this location. I paid for one of the premium meats and got rice because they were out of their noodles (11:45am) and I hardly got any of the meat,6 pieces of the cashew shrimp, and the rice was so dry. Well, all I can suggest during this covid19 thing is DO NOT ATTEMPT TO EAT HERE. I called and they told me that they aren't taking phone orders, so I got online, entered my order and it said there is a problem with their order and that it would be ready at 9:00 PM. It was 6:10 PM when I ordered. So a 2 and a half hour wait. But being that it said there was a problem, I wasn't going to wait 2.5 hours for dinner. I am so sick of the is location. If it is a busy time for food places do not go here. If you do expect to wait 45 minutes to an hour for your food even if you order it over the app. Don't listen to the 10 to 15 minutes. I have had different experiences each time I have gone to this location. Sometimes the lines are really long and annoying to wait in. Also sometimes you have to wait for fresh food. I have been there when the service is good and also when it's been awful so it's really a hit and miss. read more

Panda Express is usually a really quick and easy place to get good enough food, but this location has to be the worst one that I've been to. We were there around 6 pm on a Saturday, and we saw a really long line that I assumed were people waiting to order their food. Nope, they already ordered their food; they were waiting to pay. Around 10 orders were waiting to be paid. The cashier was by herself while another worker or manager was just standing there watching her. Just paying for our meals took a total of 25 minutes. In addition, the wait was not worth the food that we got. The noodles were unappetizing, and our food was cold because of such a ridiculous wait. First I want to say I have worked at a restaurant similar to this (noodles and co) and I have never made a customer feel bad for coming in an hour before closing. Both workers were openly talking about how they can't believe people were coming in and wishing they could close early. Th wry also said that they wouldnt be making any more food. They are supposed to serve eggplant tofu but when I asked for them to get me it they said they didn't make it today and didn't even offer making it. They shouldn't just not make a certain food just because they are lazy. Pure laziness. The lines are always long here. I always see 1 employee always trying to flirt with the server, which makes the line really long. The server gets distracted and the server is the only server.
