last night me and my friend were playing pickleball when we realized - "Oh! we need to return our friend her sun glasses" We whipped out our electric scooters and hurriedly sped over to the house she was hanging out at. When we arrived we returned the glasses and we had some small talk. We then realized that we should do something and we decided walk to jack n the box which was approximately a 5 minute walk. It was chilly outside and we wanted a nice place to warm up. We sadly remembered - Jack n the box doesn't have an inside! However, it was ok and we walked up to the window where you order. We were very cold and in a rush as we waited for the people to come help us. We waited and knocked on the window about 3 times before he came. My pal and I ordered 4 tacos which came out to a good price about 3 dollars. Our lady friends ordered the mini tacos. Our food was served quick and we sat at the tables to eat. The tacos were quite good considering the price. The hot sauce was a little spicy for my liking but it was ok. Our lady friends ordered the mini tacos and I was very impressed by their small size. We did some chatting and my pal decided he would like to get a cake. He rushed over to the ordering spot and promptly ordered and got his food. He was quite sad because the cake was not warm and quite small. However he enjoyed it. A dapper young man who was the janitor walked out with the days trash. My pal exclaimed to him - "DID YOU MAKE THIS CAKE ITS INCREDIBLE!" the dapper young janitor sadly stated - "no im just the janitor" we finished our food and parted ways for the night. 5 stars! read more

If I could give a minus ten I would. What a disgusting excuse for a burger. I had to wait nearly twenty minutes to place my order and get my food with only one car in front of me which is absurd . Then I spent $15 for a poor excuse of a bacon cheeseburger which looked nothing like the picture. After one bite of this grisly and greasy beef wanna be crap, I had no choice but to chuck the whole thing in the trash. It was absolutely horrid. Horrible customer service , was excited about this located , but have been disappointed more than once . The first time i ordered a bacon cheeseburger , well it came out a hamburger and i asked them to remake the burger and she persisted to had me a bag of cold old bacon . The second visit just missed more than 2 items super horrible customer service , if i was the gm i would be looking into why this location is the worse jack in the box experience. This restaurant is so slow. The staff is so rude and the food is so greasy it leaks through the bag. It's disgusting they make you wait outside cold hot doesn't matter. The drive up is slow and don't even think about getting DoorDash from it. It'll take 20 extra minutes. Go to Wendy's In-N-Out McDonald's anywhere but this place is ridiculous. read more

This one never can get an order out without taking at least a half hour to get it out. Doesnt matter if you order ahead. Actually seems like you get punished for doing that. Plus with all that you gotta hope they dont mess Up the order which will take even longer to fix. Ordered a jumbo jack cheeseburger combo online. Fries were barely warm and quite rubbery (I showed up in line about 5 min after ready time but the line further delayed me). Sauces I requested were not in the bag. Took awhile to get shake ready when I got to final window. They need to learn from chick fil a on drive through line. Staff were nice and the burger was actually quite good although I was trying to get the free one from t mobile but the code didn't work. Not sure if I'll try again. read more

Granted...this is fast food however it's also horrible, extremely overpriced fast food!! I ordered "Tiny Tacos" because that's the only chicken taco they offer. I opened the box & found the above, greasy "tacos" with a smidgen of what they'd explain as "chicken". They come in a box of 12. When I got home (7-10 minutes away) the food was ALL cold. It's in our air fryer now heating up. I ordered the regular tacos for my husband & his were the same. The ONLY thing worth consuming was...drumroll please! The Dr. Pepper. First time trying Jack in the box and this location was terrible, food wise. There were about 3 cars in front of me so it wasn't really busy. I ordered the sourdough jack with curly fries. The fries were barely warm and close to stale. It seems like they had been cooked 15 minutes before and just sat around with no heat lamp. The sourdough jack was even worse! The burger was cold!!!! No warmth on it at all. The bun was soaked in butter and cold as well. I think they just pulled the burgers out of the fridge and slapped them in a cold bun. Really bad first impression of Jack in the box. I may never return. Stale fries and cold burgers is what you will get at this location. read more

Husband and I went here and there was no one in line so I thought "Oh awesome, this should be quick". We ordered our food and told the worker twice "no sauce". The worker PARKED US to wait on our order, with no one in the line and the manager sitting outside hanging out with someone else. We got our order and it was completely wrong and not even remotely fresh. Wrong sandwhich completely covered in mayo, yuck! We paid $20 for that slop and trash service. Never again! read more

My first impression was alright, good location, however the people working didn't turn their microphones off and we could hear their conversations. They also left me with a preposterous excuse for a jumbo with cheese. Theres toppings other than sauce, they also gave us the wrong sauce and we had to go back. I was really excited when they opened this JnB because I used to frequent it in Calif. and have tried it on several occasions hoping for better results thinking it was just an off day/night besides getting the order wrong the fries were cold so were the burgers and dry hardly and sauce on them. I might try them at a later time but not for awhile. read more

I really like Jack in the Box and was way excited when they finally opened a location in Ogden. I like their fast service and food quality, but it ends there. The staff acts confused and disoriented. They won't put a maraschino cherry in your shake unless you ask for it, then act as though they've never heard of such a thing. I have their eggrolls every time and ask for dipping sauce. If you don't check your order, it is often not there, just like the cherries. I don't believe it's an oversight, I believe this location tries to increase its profit margin by "forgetting" these items. Love the food, they are fast, and the place is always clean. Staff could be better trained. You should ALWAYS check your order at the drive-through window before leaving. read more

So me and my fellow brethren's came to this location and ordered through the drive thru, and we had to wait an hour for our food, AN HOUR. The audacity the employee had to tell me she didn't see the black Tahoe parked in front of the window. Im so livid right now because every other car was getting their food and the employees didn't come to the truck to ask what our order was P.S 2:00 am in the morning I'm so livid right now can't even explain how livid I am, we got the food and it was cold and dry. Last time here. Jacket up in the box had no business putting this restaurant here in this location. Ogden city should be condemned as well. What city officials approved this disaster. Great job to both organizations. Don't know how many wrecks we are going to have here. This whole thing is a major wreck. After 45 minutes of waiting in line didn't get all our food. Every single thing in our order was messed up. Straight fries instead of curly (which made my kids cry). 2 tacos instead of 4. And it was all cold. Not even warm. Cold. Amazing just everything about it! Yes it takes a little long yes the parking sucks but that isn't alway have to do with the employees I have only been late night and every time the food is hot and fresh employees are super sweet! Amaya is amazing! They also work to about 3 people at most on late night so if may take longer usually about 6-10 min read more

The burger was good as expected, but the design of the building and the location was terrible. There is no inside dining area which also means there is no bathrooms, no place to wash your hands. They had one table outside which was taken up by I assume a manager using his computer, cars were lined up out on to Harrison for the drive thru causing a hazard, very little parking for those who didn't want to wait in the drive-up line. I can only imagine what this will be like in the dead of winter with temperatures in the 20's and no inside dinning. I've waited a long time for Jack but I'll stick with Wendys down the street! read more
