Hey Papa Johns, you need to investigate this location and do some major training and system improvements. We ordered four pizzas (2 PJ standard specialty pizzas and 2 custom pizzas) and a sandwich. Only the sandwich and dipping sauces were correct! The tags don't reflect accurate orders placed, and the toppings put on those pizzas didn't match the tags either. Every pizza had pork (we have a pork allergy in our family). They didn't have pepperoni. In a 4 minute drive, the pizza arrived late, soggy, and lukewarm. The toppings were poorly distributed. For $119.33 (not including a generous $40 tip), this is unacceptable. It is also unacceptable that the employees do not speak or understand English. Ordered a simple extra large half cheese / pepperoni pizza square cut. Received a pepperoni pizza normal cut with a piece of someone's hair in the pizza. I called the place to hopefully get it redone correctly or a refund - they said I needed to bring back the pizza WITH THE HAIR IN THE PIZZA - mind you, I had taken the hair out already. Food was beyond meh. Pizza was cold...and only had a microwave (in hotel room) to heat up (yuck). Boneless chicken wings (spicy lemon pepper) were inedible. Undercooked and the buffalo sauce was not expected with a dry rub. Not a tasty combo. Bf got buffalo chicken wings that were "mushy" even though we asked for well done (crispy). Also ordered an extra side of marinara for the pizza which was not included in the delivery. Called the restaurant and got belittled by the worker/manager, calling me out that I never ordered it until he realized he didn't have the right customer. Then was an extra five minutes on phone to get my $.75 credit, which I'm sure I didn't. (Only about principal at that point.) Papa John's is trying to compete w/ Dominoes by offering the $6.99 specials. Does not come close to quality of Dominoes. Only reason we ordered from them is because they were the only chain around opened in the area. Next time will opt for Chinese. Two stars is for the fact the delivery was pretty quick (but now realize that is because they don't bother reading the whole order) and they brought order directly to our hotel room. And every Friday I have to go look out the window when the Papa Johns car pulls up and invariably my phone rings and the driver says they're lost. While I'm looking at them out the window. Every Friday. I've tried to explain to them to COME UPSTAIRS. I've typed it in the "special instructions", I've told them on the phone. But since this is Marathon and the only requirement to keep a job around here is pretty much showing up, the delivery drivers are not the sharpest tools in the shed. Low and behold almost 2 hours later after 4 calls to the store the food is finally delivered but it is luke warm at best. Food was not tasty either. We were starving so we ate it regardless. While shoving pizza down my throat, I immediately called and spoke with the manager (don't recall the name), but he said he was sorry, blah blah blah and my next order (duplicate) would be on the house. Wish I could give zero star if yelp permits. This is my first papa John's experience probably the last too. One for the rudest cashier I ever met. No detailed receipt, he over charged me adding the pepper flakes and garlic dip which I didn't asked for. I came to know when I looked at the pizza cartons printed label. We frequent this franchise many times, delivery and pick-up. I'm getting really annoyed that they don't double check the dipping sauce requests. This time was the last straw. I ordered online for delivery, and requested 3 extra sauces (which I understandably paid extra for) and yet again, we didn't get them. Last week I went to pick it up, and luckily I did because they had all the sauces wrong (correct on the receipt) but wrong in the order. This is by far the worst Papa John's in the history of Papa John's, they have been going downhill for a long time now. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. Every time we order from them they manage to screw it up, tonight it took over 2 hours to get our pizza and bread sticks only to get the wrong pizza and no dipping sauce we paid extra for, called to have it corrected and was told we'd have a fresh one in 25-30 minutes, took them another hour and 45 minutes to get it here ice cold. In no way at anytime should it take even half this time to get a pizza, the island is only 6 miles long. read more

Awful! I have been here 3 times, I kept thinking my visit would get better but this is definitely the last time I go. Ordered from here last night. First off they didn't follow directions. One of the pizza was to be cut in squares and it was not. The second pizza was to be well done and it was not. Ordered this place twice during our vacation. Once on the night we first showed up out of convenience so that we could unpack. At this time we were told they didn't deliver but as to my surprise there was a delivery car sitting out front when I arrived. There were three customers in the store when I entered and they all seemed upset. I walked up to the counter and gave my name and he handed me the pizza and said nothing. He started punching something in the computer so I thought I was waiting to pay. Took an order as I stood there for no less than 5 mins he was on the phone. He hung up and stared at me and said "what do you need?" I told him I would like to pay for my pizza. He told me that it was paid for (didn't know at the time, maybe my fault but I was expecting some form of response but maybe I was asking too much for someone to communicate with a customer) fast forward to our last night here and I place an order only Bc we couldn't get through to the other pizza place and were sheerly looking for something convenient again so that we could pack. Placed the order asking for a meat type pizza. Asked what was on it and they told us "meat". We said yes I understand, what kind of meat. They said they didn't know. Not sure why it's so hard to answer simple questions. Anyways. Place the order for a meat pizza bc who it was for did not eat vegetables, a cheese for someone who doesn't eat pork and cheese sticks. Pizza gets delivered not even 5 mins away. Come to find out we got a supreme with vegetables over the meat pizza. Called back, asked how their night was and then told them the issue. Apparently got put on hold because it just went quite. Sat there for 5 mins. Hung up called back. Guy told me he had put me on hold. I guess you just put people on hold without telling them. Asked them to remake the pizza but at this time it's been so long I wanted the whole order re made Bc it was starting to get cold and i thought that would be a nice gesture for a mistake made by them. The "manager" told me he wasn't remaking it outside of the meat pizza. I told him that it wasn't fair for half of us to be eating and the other staring at the wall and that when the pizza got there the rest would be cold from a mistake that was on their part. The "manager" told me he would only remake it now if we hadn't touched anything and insisted that the pizza be returned. Not once was a refund asked for. We just wanted what we payed for and due to their mistake if we happened to end up with an extra cheese pizza I don't see what the big deal would have been. The delivery guy brought the new pizza and the old ones were returned. The only kindness, consideration, and customer service we received was from the delivery driver. He was tipped accordingly. He should be immediately promoted to a manager position out of his sheer ability to have customer service. This review would have negative stars if possible.
