I went for the McRib but they were out!!! OMG it's a short time special item so stock up! We settled for two Quarter Pounders with cheese. Mine was the best quarter pounder I EVER had. Rare in the middle not over cook d like they usually make them. The place is super clean with employees who liked being there. You don't see that everyday. Fast food restaurants have become increasingly one of the worst businesses that you can shop. They don't want any more interaction with staff. In fact, when you walk in you're supposed to put all your information order name into a kiosk. Prices don't go down but interaction goes way down. Instead of going to the kiosk, I want to the counter. An individual wearing a black manager shirt named Christine was about as pleasant as a rock. I will never go to another McDonald's again. Food was set sideways in the bag so the whole thing was messy and inedible because all the lettuce and patty was lopsided. I wasn't able to enjoy my food because I had to take it in big bites and had to wipe my hand with every bite I took because all the sauce got on my hands and was spewing out the sides. This McDonald's is one place that Covid-19 has ruined. It's now strictly drive-through, pick-up, or take out. There is no indoor seating....none! It's one that is built for hurricane protection so it is constructed atop a high earthen mound. Seems good, but if you're handicapped like me, you've got some climbing and maneuvering to do to get in and out of the place. I won't comment on the food. It's McDonald's and most know what it is like and very much the same in the USA all over. But for now, unless you love eating while standing up or in your car, not recommended. read more

Officially the worst McDonald's I have been to. Where is management?.... I counted 4 employees standing around while I sat in the drive thru waiting for my food.... which took too long. My chocolate shake was given to me vanilla with "chocolate streaks," then I was told it was chocolate. But then the drive thru window shut in my face. Eventually when the employee came back with our food, I told them it wasn't chocolate.... they then told me they were all out of chocolate syrup. Where is the communication? I would have ordered vanilla, if I wanted vanilla.... Also our fries were cold, soggy, and had no salt on them... (maybe they were out of salt?) This one of the cleanest, fastest, and best Mcdonald's I have ever visited. We ordered multiple large orders that included over 100 chicken nuggets, and we received them in about 5 minutes. The woman who took our order was also very kind and considerate. Definitely go to this Mcdonald's if you're looking to buy a quick meal!!! read more

Absolutely horrifying place. As many have commented here before, the place is nowhere near McDonald's standards. The parts of the kitchen that can be seen from the public areas are absolutely filthy. There were more employees than customers, and yet our food took close to 30 minutes to come out. When we asked about our two missing iced lattes, the only employee at the front told us, while looking at the clouds doing nothing, to ask the other employee who was inside at the back of the kitchen. In the end, our two iced lattes took exactly 45 minutes to be prepared. They were out of coke (!?). They were out of smoothies, frappes and ice cream. Several people came into the restaurant and left after seeing the chaos. I complained to the manager, who replied that he didn't know what was going on because he had just gotten there. Everyone working there was very young and clearly inexperienced, which is completely fine, but they need extensive training and some form of leadership to do their job properly. Management has absolutely failed the employees at this place. McDonald's needs to take away their franchise rights. read more

No wonder this place has a 1 start review. I pulled to the drive through and as the car decided what they want the lady asked what she could get for us. I told her we needed a min to decide. After 15 seconds she says are you ready? I told her no not yet. She answered not by the normal ok sure let me know when you're ready; but she decided it was best to take on a whinny attitude and say ugh! Not yet!? Don't often eat at McDonalds. Stopped there at 11:45 wanted breakfast but only lunch was available. Ok, we are the only one in line. Young guy tales the order, the amount about floored is. 2-1/4 pounder meals w/iced tea to drink. Over $26. Holy crap. Go to the first window and pay. He closes the window. No go to the next window no thank you nothing. So, we pull up to the next window. Get the teas and the young lady apparently doesn't speak English. She points and waves for us to go over and park off to the side. Which we do. That area is odd to back out of once you get your order. It took over 10 minutes for them to brewing the order. I figured must just be the beginning of lunch. That would be the reason for the wait. Nope the food wasn't hot or fresh. Fries were mushy and the burgers were not at all hot. There were more employees than customers, yet after standing in front of a register for about 5 minutes, all we got for a greeting was mute, passive agressive stares. Ran into many issues here. Biggest was that there was a roach in the men's bathroom. That made me feel very bad about the order I just ate. I got a double cheeseburger and asked for no ketchup. It seemed like it had extra ketchup and the bun was extremely hard, you could knock on a table with it creating a sound. I don't think edible. The employee was nice and apologized saying something about lots of orders. Also a door was locked on the left side when looking at the counter. It had the store hours and was a normal entrance. People were knocking and I let one person in. Then a family came up and I said hey, that door is locked. Another worker with golden teeth said, yeah, it's supposed to be locked. It was the middle of the day, they made the people walk all the way around the building? Why? There was no reason. I hope this helps them and they get better reviews. This McDonald's has the worse customer service. After my boyfriend grabbed the pancake breakfast gets back to the boat and they didn't put any syrup in the bag. (Who wants pancakes with no syrup... maybe some of you but not me!) He was so mad he wasn't going to eat them. He said he was going back. We weren't going to eat until he came back. The food was going to be cold by the time he comes back so he kindly asked for fresh pancakes with the syrup. They were so rude they wouldn't make him any fresh pancakes or anything. All he got was hands on hips, with a ghetto attitude manager (Christine) yelling across the kitchen that he have to go back and get his pancakes and they will get him fresh ones. Embarrassment on the rest of the people there, she couldn't approach him face to face softly speaking he needs to return the old ones and apologize for the mistake in the first place. He left in anger. What a freaking joke. How long has this place been around and they have customer service like this? It's just sad how depreciating the society and customer service is. I went to Mac Donald's this morning, the highlight of this Restaurant is a guy who is a supervisor or pretend to be, with actitud with employees and consumers, he wasn't wearing uniform, speaking so loudly,the screen was showing the orders status and he pressed a bottom and deleted everything from the screen leaving it in blank, he's acting as a bouncer, trying to scared and intimate people,this person should not be in this Restaurant, I never repeat the business, I'll not recommend this place to anybody, just for this guy, the rest of the employees are amazing, respectful, this guy today was open wide his shirt and showed his necklaces, the manager of this Restaurant have to take this seriously, that guy it's dangerous. read more

This has by far been the worst McDonalds Ive ever been to. I was in the car going through the drive through and placing my order. The lady initially was very rude to me. Every time I would tell her a new meal she would use words like ugh or another one? When I asked if we could have ice cream she yelled WE DONT HAVE ANY!!! She also explained when I asked if she can put extra ranch that it will cost extra even though it has never costed extra at any McDonalds Ive been to. As I proceeded to the front I saw that she missed one of my orders. When I asked her to add it she told me I had to go back around the drive thru and order again.
