Everything I've tried from this place is amazing. I stop with the family on every return trip from the keys. Super delicious fruit pops, fruit cups, smoothies and candies. The chamoy they use is delicious. There are Latin candies and snacks unique to the regions they come from. They have more flavors of paletas (fruit pops) than any other place I've seen. Unique savory and sweet combinations. A typical island vibe on the outside but when you step inside they welcome you like you are home. Every worker there including the owner is absolutely amazing. We visited Paradise Flavors a couple of times while we were on Marathon. They have about 75 flavors of popsicles, as well as ice cream and other refreshing treats. The first popsicle I had was a pineapple, and it was beyond delicious. It was made with fresh fruit and had such a concentrated flavor. It was my favorite item we tried. The next day I got the mango popsicle, which was also very good with small chunks of mango in it. I tried but could not finish the orange sorbet popsicle. It was a very bitter taste like the rind of an orange. I do not recommend this one. My husband had a smoothie one time and a banana split the next time. Both were good, but not the best he has had. This place is definitely worth a visit for a refreshing treat. Try the pineapple popsicle! read more

We were next door getting our caffeine fix and saw a little girl come in with her mom who had one of these popsicles so my husband wanted to come take a look. We spoke to the friendly owner who walked us through her process, all items made in-house by her, with fresh fruits and ingredients, and tons of available flavors. She told us she's originally from Mexico and had been in the Keys for about two years. So friendly and sweet. We wanted to try tons of things from here but it was still pretty early in the AM and we'd already had breakfast and coffee so we only had room to try one. We stopped in for some fruit and ice cream. It looks like the ice cream pops go on for miles and seems like there's an infinite number of flavors. I ordered 100 popsicles from Paradise Flavors for my wedding party in April. I had posted previously about Cesar ghosting me for weeks prior to the wedding and being unable to place my order. However, I was actually able to place the order. The order was delivered on-time. I was so excited for this "cool" treat to serve to my guests. A visit to the Keys isn't complete without a Paradise Flavors pop treat for me. I have noticed over the months of buying multiple pops at a time that the pops made with a creamy/milk base do not hold their consistency in the freezer and MELT. I have had this happen when we would buy a few at a time and try to freeze for a couple of days. I thought it was a fluke with the freezer at the hotel we were staying at, but no. There must be a problem with the recipe for these cream/milk-based pops because all of them got soft and were melted in the freezer overnight. The freezer was turned up as cold as it would go, and the pops were all soft. This softening did not happen to the pops which were not the cream/milk base. The icy-type pops held their consistency and did not melt. I tried to explain this to the man who picked up the freezer - I think Oscar - but he didn't seem to understand, or just didn't act like he cared or wasn't interested. I hope Cesar at Paradise Flavors figures out this issue with the recipe, because when they are frozen, they are really delicious and unique. I want this small business to listen to this post and to succeed!! read more
