They took a while to order, and it was only one person taking orders, so there was a bit of a wait. I reviewed the menu, so I knew what I wanted to order once it was my turn. Unfortunately, the flavors are limited, so I opted for the Island Style snoball. The flavors were tiger's blood, pineapple, and creamsicle. It came with ice cream and condensed milk. I wanted a little more condensed milk, but it wasn't an option. While this wasn't my favorite snoball due to the limited flavors and customizations, I was able to get my fix.

Well, they shut down the storefront and are now in a food truck located on the beach, but they haven't been able to set up in their normal location bc the beach is a mess right now. So when we came to Key West this week, I knew what I wanted, but we have not been able to find them. So I found their phone number and I called them and she actually came to us! And it was the most incredible shaved ice experience yet again! They have the best customer service if you call them and they come to you! They definitely did not have to do that and I just would've had to live without it this trip. Thank you so much for making my Shaved Ice dream come true and for coming to us!! You have the best customer service and we will definitely call you every time we come to Key West!

They custom created an ice cream my gluten free kids could have and loved! We don't have a peanut allergy, but they also had a dedicated place for that as well. Besides the custom ice cream we also got great recommendations from them on things to see my kids would like! That's not all, we also got a short history lesson on where rolled ice cream originated! We were walking around semi-aimlessly at the north end of Duval, and had actually just done a lap around Mallory Square and the cruise ship area. We were pretty tired from all the walking. Nothing charges me up as much as a bowl of Ice cream so we popped in. Service was nice enough, straight forward. We got just what we wanted(a snickers ice cream and a peppermint) at the price we thought we would get(a touristy price). It's not right on Duval so you have to walk around to find it. And it's not well marked so even better for the line. In fact when we got there I thought there would be a large line, it was perfect ice cream weather. But since it is not obvious to find, there was no line at all. If you needing a cup or a cone at the north end of the strip, it's a good quick stop.
