Service was TERRIBLE!!!! Lady behind the counter thinks she owns the place... was flat out rude and rushed us even with an empty restaurant. She told us we couldn't have refried beans in a crunch wrap for some strange reason. Refused to punch in our order for a Doritos taco supreme before us saying beef or chicken when we simply asked for regular Doritos taco supreme and gave my Indian husband grief before I arrived (racial profiling), which has never happened before. We asked for sauce and she insisted we give the exact amount for each because she was "low". Gave us our order, which was missing an item and when we asked she said "I don't know, check the bag" - I could have given her a piece of my mind but decided she had more issues than necessary and assume this Taco Bell job is her life since she was so territorial over the sauce and did not apologize for any of her actions. I'm a local and have been to this Taco Bell probably 5-10 times. They always get my order right, even when I customize a bunch of stuff. The staff here is super friendly and chill about special requests. The place is clean, laid-back, and a solid spot whether you're grabbing something quick or hanging out for a bit. This place deserves a negative star rating. I ordered a bean burrito with extra things. It came out I bit into it and I knew no way it could have the things I paid extra for. I asked them if the added the extra stuff and they spoke Spanish to each other. The very rude lady shoved it at me. I went back to my seat livid. So, I opened it up and took it up and sure enough it was not made right. They then, very rudely made me another one. I opened it worried they would have spit in it or something. I took a couple of bites and just stopped. I did not trust the food. Horrible horrible place full of rude people and awful food. Look at the horrible ratings from other in 2026. Wish there were negative stars to choose from. Worst service ever. Not only does the food taste like it's been sitting all day, they tell you that they don't have enough chicken to fill your order...then as you're eating you can see them filling buckets with chicken to take home for themselves. Just stopped here and, honestly, I have to say I thought it was definitely worth popping into over McDonalds or some other FF competitor. Why? Well, that was the best damn Crunchwrap supreme I've had. Ever. Go figure! Even the presentation was nice--a few bites in and I could see ample lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, ground beef, etc. Plus, the ground beef was so flavorful...I honestly didn't even think Taco Bell meat had much flavor too it, much less their ground beef. No, if I could give this place a negative star review, BEST BELIEVE I WOULD. I am so upset I found, not one, but TWO pieces of hair in my food. I was about to shove the last bite of a slice of my steak quesadilla into my mouth, when I decided to turn it over and there it was; a piece of thickish black hair. I put it down to move on to the next, because sh*t happens. That's when I saw the second thin black hair on the second slice. The best Taco Bell I've ever been to! The Crunchwrap supremes are amazing! I could barely finish it because it is stuffed with yummy fillings as it should be! Everything was served hot and fresh! I know it's fast food and I should not expect much, but this comes so far below what should be considered acceptable that I felt the need to post. The service got our order wrong ( I get it, no suprise) but the chalupas were literally inedible they were so hard, stale and old. My husband and I, although starving, had to throw them out and count our losses and find something else, somewhere else to eat. Everyone knows what to expect here... But this was by far the worst ever and dirty!! About five tables total and is a KFC as well. The staff did not work well together and part of that was a not so much English speaker. Chalupa for me was way over cooked she'll with lots of steak in it but very unusual flavor and a bit tough.
