I was an avid papa John's fan before moving closer to Hayden. This store must be one of the worst Papa John's in the country. The quality is absolutely terrible, they obviously use old pizza dough...sometimes I am occasionally desperate enough to order their disappointing pizza. Tonight they accepted my order, made the pizza, someone went to pick it up and then they ghosted me. They will not answer the phone and there's no way to contact customer service on the app. They do not care about the customer in any way. read more

Just was not as good as it used to be, the dough was rubbery, we just order 2 pizzas and will not be doing anytime soon.

I'm blown away that this place is still in business. The pizza is so bad that I can't imagine anyone ever ordering more than once. My expectation of fast food pizza is pretty low but this place makes all the other fast food pizza places look like gourmet. Papa John's has hired out their call centres overseas. Hiring foreigners from other countries to take online orders. Not only do they not speak/understand English, the comprehension is lacking as well. Not only were they unable to complete my order, they were unable to find my address (we are less than 5 miles away from the store front). The reviews are outdated, as I'm sure they've made some changes; I've only had the best of service at this location ni always place an order online and come in to pick it up. Bad Pizza. Bad Service. Papa John's! To expand on that: I ordered a double-chicken, pineapple and LIGHT cheese pizza online. What I got was a pizza with more pineapple than chicken and a metric shit-ton of cheese on it. When I went back to complain, she just said "that's how we do it". Really disappointed with our order last night. The large pizzas were fine, nothing out of the ordinary for PJ's but the cheese bread and jalapeño poppers were pretty dismal. I was super excited to try the poppers, as I love spice, but they were almost all bread and no peppers or cream cheese. Not worth the $4. Raw dough, idiot cooks, and disgusting soupy pizza are all things to avoid. I was offered nothing but a new pizza made by the manager herself, who sounded like a teenager on the phone. Medium pizzas are tiny. They are actually small with a medium price. Probably the same with the other sizes. Pizza size one step down, priced one step higher. Wont be going here again. Shocking! read more

This place is infuriating? We ordered a pizza and after waiting 55 mins we called the store to find out status... we were told that he is about to get off of work and needed to leave and the manager will call us back and that they were having computer issues. 10 minutes later we have heard nothing and call and speak with the manager and has no idea what we are talking about...... over this place and will never be a customer again read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our pizza took almost two hours to get delivered and when it finally got here, it was the wrong order. Our delivery driver was very nice and asked us to call the store to get the situation resolved, where we encountered the most ineffective, rude manager we've ever dealt with. When we asked when our order could be redelivered, he didn't know. When we asked if we'd receive a discount, he said no. When we commented that that didn't seem right, he asked us to "slow down and talk like a human". We have never had a bad experience at this store before we've never been treated so badly by a business in our lives. We will never be ordering from Papa Johns again...nice job losing a loyal customer. read more
