The staff more or less was present in providing customer service in a semi-timely manner. I started with attempting to use the kiosk, but due to the inability to customize my meal, I opted to order upfront instead. My order consisted of a breakfast burrito with potato wedge-like fries and a drink. The food was hot, and it felt fresh when I received it. Unfortunately, I received food poisoning from this meal. It took approximately four days to get the management team of Eric and Chris to professionally resolve the issue. Thank you, I believe it was Kayla or McKayla who made it a point to communicate the matter to Eric in a timely manner. I truly appreciate you handling the matter in the best way available to you. Out of self-care, I cannot say that receiving a forced half-hearted apology, $8, and a complimentary meal card does not satisfy a day at work that I spent in physical pain while at work from eating unclean food prepared by Wendy's.
