good food but the women don't have their hair put away under a hat and it's hanging in her face.

They goated fr, thank you Hank the tank. We love you , would definitely recommend this man.

I want to give this location zero stars. My husband and I have tried this location multiple times but today's visit truly takes the cake, not in a good way. We walked in, there were 3 people eating and no line. There were multiple dishes empty, we weren't acknowledged when we walked in, we stood waiting for about 10 minutes watching employees move around with disgruntled expressions on their faces as if they just couldn't be bothered to even say "hello". Needless to say we walked out and won't be coming back. read more

The food was ok, not super good though. Their burritos are always gross, never cater with them. Very clean and the service is ok. read more

Food was very good, and customer service was amazing. was served by Henry, and he was the nicest young man. was quite possibly the nicest employee I've interacted with at this location and I've been coming to this location for over five years. read more

Tried to visit for lunch. People standing outside confused. Hours say they are open and people are inside making burritos. I called and the guy who answered told me the door is locked because they are making a 150 burrito order. I suggested he run a note out on the door for people so they can know that. He told me he was to busy to do that. I asked for the name of his manager and he hung up on me. How your speak and treat people can make or break your business. He could simply have said. No problem I'll do that and he wouldn't have lost loyal customers. read more

I like Qdoba. It's very similar to chipotle I think chipotle is a little better, especially their queso... Yum Yum but Qdoba is good too. I especially like there grilled chicken. It's very flavorful and they have a good menu. read more

Food was not what we expected. Food was cold/warm and had no quacamole added to the bowels like we asked for. Quality control needs improvement to make sure the items listed on receipts match what they are putting out for delivery. And drivers, we can see your route and why our food is cold! read more

Wish I had've read the reviews prior to going there. If the God awful service from the rude guy that clearly did NOT want to be there, wasn't bad enough... Nothing was stocked. I felt like I was getting the bottom of the barrel on most items and clearly wasn't getting the full portion (although I paid full price). They forgot to give me my tortilla chips for my nachos and I had to go back in to get them. It wasn't even like there was anyone else in there and they were busy. Lastly, the tortilla chips tasted like they were fried in old, rancid oil. So gross! Do better people, we have enough illness going on out there! Food poisoning would be a surprise, let's just put it that way. The girl who cashed me out was sweet, but that was literally the ONLY positive about this place! Clearly, nothing has changed, even though the same issues were complained about over 5 years ago, in reviews. I won't be going back! Corporate, don't bother responding, clearly it means nothing and has ZERO affect! read more

Great food, not so great customer experience. Customers have to bus their own tables, staff doesn't seem to leave the counter area or even look look at dine-in area. Floor is dirty in spots. read more

I don't expect much from fast food restaurants, but Jesus christ the service here was abysmal. I was greeted today, 2/28, by two completely disrespectful teenage boys as their staff, while the older man who seemed to be the manager was running the register. The two boys were cracking jokes and laughing amongst themselves, and walking away from me as I'm ordering my food. Even putting the immature and borderline offensive jokes aside, the meat had clearly been sitting out for a while and was totally dry. I will not be returning here. read more

90% of the time I try to go to this location (during normal business hours) and the doors are locked, with all the employees in the back just hanging out. Even make eye contact with them and they do nothing. That 10% of the time when I can actually get in, the restaurant is disgusting and the staff is mediocre at best. Unimpressed is an understatement. read more

I congratulate the one girl making food for a long line of people during lunch rush. But that was the only worker doing anything. Other workers were not doing anything or helping her. The cashier disappeared and was no where to be found. Stood in line for 20 minutes even though my food was ready in line behind 6 people. Food was disgusting, cold, and rock hard, threw it away after 1 bite. 5 stars for the girl making the food, 0 stars for overall experience, food, workers, and cleanliness. read more

The service was horrible and the store was extremely dirty. All the food was mixing and the counter top was so dirty it got all over all the bowls being made. The employees didn't communicate anything and the ordering process was confusing. They didn't seem to mind that the place was so dirty. read more

I really used to like this place. The cleanliness has always been suspect but in the past they seemed to try, they seemed to care. Perhaps it is Q Corporate, I don't know, but unfortunately the CdA Chipotle closed down so now I just enjoy this style of eats when in Spokane at that Chipotle location. I try not to be that reviewer that only shows up to complain, I try to be positive. With this in mind, I'm pretty well done with the lackluster performance at this Q. The final straw for me was this last visit. They used to almost taunt the competition with the fact that Guac was no extra charge. Well...that's history now! Not only that, but it used to be a part of a quesadilla and now it's not...but "you can get it for an extra charge!" I've always wondered why they charge you for anything extra, but when you don't take something that is a part of your entree they don't give you a credit. Last quesadilla had a very weak smattering of burnt fatty chicken. (Look at the photo.) That is what literally was nothing but tortilla for my meal. I've put up with the poor quality and dirty restaurant long enough. I guess it's goodbye. read more

This is honestly the worst Qdoba I've ever eaten at. I eat here regularly just because of convenience to my work and I always hope that upper management will have come in prior to my visit to straighten out the place. I'm always disappointed. They're always out of something. The workers are awkward and overly casual- at best. At worst they're rude or legitimately seem so baked they can't remember any of my order. The quality of the food is a little frightening. The place is dirty: I couldn't care less about wearing face masks- it's the dirtiness of the restaurant that is concerning. I'm writing this review in hopes that someone higher up will see it and seriously come and reign this place in. But it's a last ditch effort honestly and I don't plan on coming back. Avoid it if you can. read more

made a pick up order close to an hour before i could pick it up and when i get there they say someone took it and just told me to make another order and pay for the new one as if i didn't already pay for my order in the first place read more

Just don't ! I went in and half there food was not a available... I understand shortages, short on staff but they had the food but apparently they only cook it in the mornings I was told by the manager so once that sells out it's gone... so what food is left is just sitting there allllllll day! Then when most of it's gone they still want to charge full price for not even half the food. No thank you. Steer clear of this place. read more

I love their food, and will continue to eat their as Takeout But not Eat in. As the Ex-Prep Cook i will tell you I have never felt drove to the ground like a Person in Slavery before. I worked their Loving it, the Co workers and All if that, then I started noticed Workers being over worked and stuff being done illigally. So one thing to note when you walk in Theirs a Tip Jar for Tips, well thats not supposed to be their. Example- The Managers Boss came in once and I quote he Said "No Tip Jar" and dumped it. So I went and talked to manager and she Said "oh, he saw that" and put it back out. Health Code/Wearing Gloves isn't enforced, unless a Cooperate person is going to show up and then everyone makes sure their wearing their Gloves. I feel it isn't as Sanitary as it should be and I hope a New Manger takes over and runs the place by the rules. read more

Vanessa and Jayce are amazing! Definitely our favorite qdoba. Totally recommend it. They are very helpful and make our orders perfectly.

Sick husband, tired mama, Hubs requested qdoba tonight(12/9) which I agreed upon ONLY because he is sick and hasn't had much of an appetite. Even though were only 5 minutes from this location, the last couple times we have ordered it has been through door dash and each time I end up taking a few bites and tossing it. This time I decided to go order in person in hopes this experience would be different..fresher. The staffing tonight was very neglectful, too busy worrying about their Saturday evening plans, and not even acknowledging the customers waiting to order in line. The teen boy who was working the line was kind. however when I asked for the chips that come with my son's meal, he proceeded to charge me for a large bag of what ended up being entirely stale chips that he got from a large uncovered bin on the ground and dumped into the drawer. Fast forward 5 minutes when I'm home.... our food is ICE cold.. I must say it looked far from appealing as it was sitting in the warmers at Qdoba... but like I said, I did it for the hubs! Ugh. Cold food, that even if it were warm would be a 2/10 unfortunately. Burnt steak, wilted lettuce, clumpy queso, stale chips... After tonight's experience I think it's safe to say I've pled my case and my husband is on board, we will not be back to this location until some serious changes happen. read more

I have been to QDOBA two times now. Both times the restaurant was dirty with food on all the tables and trash on the floor and trash by the drink area. I like the food there but I won't be going back. read more

The food wasn't terrible but the store was so dirty! Tonight was my fourth attempt to dine in at this location and I ended up walking out again. I'm sick of hearing they are out of protein and half their other ingredients. There is not enough staff and online orders take priority over guests who have been waiting in line for over 20 minutes. Why would a location pay rent for so much space if you aren't going to serve dine in guests. My family and I will take our money elsewhere. read more

I'm giving this location 2 stars because it just doesn't compare to the location down the road a couple miles. While the taste was still good, everything looked like it had been sitting out. Specifically the meat. The service was fast, almost too fast as I felt rushed through the line with nobody behind me at the time. The cashier washed her hands which was a kudos! However I sat close to the register while eating & she was also eating.. Seemed really unprofessional. Glad they added this location & I will try it again. However if they don't step up the quality I will drive an extra mile to go to the other location. read more

First off 2 stars is being generous cus I feel bad for the 16 yr old kids left to run this place. However with how slow they were moving and how little they cared they really don't deserve their jobs. I've been in this place slammed at lunch and still been out in 30 mins. Tonight was 30 mins for 3 ppl. No chicken, ground beef, and countless other things. This was a joke of a horrible meal. Ultimately management has clearly changed. Don't waste your time and save some money elsewhere. One of the worst Mexican style meals I've had in a long time. This happened on 6/15/19 @ 6:15 read more

My wife and I usually love Qdoba, but this location and multiple employees that work at this location will ruin your whole experience. I went in with my wife around 6pm to pick up some dinner after work. First of all, nearly the whole line of food was not stocked and every time we asked her for the item of food we wanted, she rolled her eyes and showed us attitude as if we were asking for too much. My wife asked for one of the sauces and the employee said they were out of that sauce, however once we were paying we saw the other employee go get more of that specific sauce for the people behind us. Lastly, we were both charged for double meat when neither of us had asked for it, and when we asked the employee why it was charged this way, she was extremely rude and standoffish. read more

This is the worst Qdoba in history. They need to shit this place down, they only accept online orders and make you wait in the cold rain outside to retrieve you food. Our order was completely wrong and the wouldn't let us in to get it fixed. Not to mention I would never let my young teenage daughter work with a creepy old manager behind locked doors. The whole place was just creepy. read more

I never write reviews but I had to share my experience tonight. I went in at about 6:30 at night to get dinner and they were out of some many foods. Also the cleanliness was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. there was stomped on tortilla chips everywhere and pans stacked on top of each other. It was so gross. Not to mention that they were out of so many of the different types of food. I asked for grilled veggies and they said they can make them but it would take a few minutes. But I didn't want to have them make it in the gross kitchen with how dirty it was. I will never be back. read more

This location used to be really good but the last year the quality has gone was down hill big time. My last visit I was the only customer in the store and took 10 minutes to get served because the crew was standing in the kitchen gossiping and i had to hollar out to them so someone would come out to serve me. Thats after two of them had already looked right at me and ignored me to go back to their conversation. When she finally came out i noticed the meat was obviously old. Who knows how long it was sitting there. I told the girl i changed my mind because yhe food looked horrible and walked out without ordering. Truth be told i was hoping it would be better then my previous visit when I ended up with a burrito with dry hard chicken I couldn't even eat. Most tables and seats were filthy dirty. The counter by the register was sticky and there was garbage scattered all over the floor. Thank god I didnt have to use the bathroom while I was there because I can only imagine how disgusting they probably were. How do these people have jobs? The management and crew don't care about quality cleanliness or their customers. On the upside the Ironwood location is much better. read more

I recently had this location ( not the ironwood store) Cater my rehearsal dinner at the party boat through Hayden Marina. The food is fantastic and the service top notch! They came and set the whole thing up and were very professional! Jenny ( the manager) and I have been working on a discrepancy and she has been exemplary in helping me and correcting the issue! It's rare to find people with such a great customer service ethic! She is a huge asset to this store! I recommend using them for any catering needs you have! Ask for Jenny! Mary Crosby read more

arrived at 6pm on a tuesday. they close at 8. after waiting about 5 minutes for one worker to help the customer ahead of me and the other to ignore me and clean the counters i found they were out of everything. dry rice, crusty queso and the only proteins available were chicken and something that had at one point been ground beef. i requested steak and they were out and weren't going to cook anymore. i said thanks but left. it's one thing if you don't have the manpower but they had plenty of people on shift to make sure things are available. read more

The service here is absolutely terrible. Every time I come in, I am always greeted by teenagers who can't act like adults and always cracking jokes with the customers. They are very immature. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have been here. I always try to come back and give them my service. Not to be rude but this is not the place to come. Food is terrible and so is the staff. One more remark, the manager with the long hair is extremely inappropriate. Calling in with a blocked caller id and as soon as my wife answers the phone, he recognizes her voice, tries to flirt with her and calls her by her first name. Extremely gross and unprofessional. read more

I used to be an avid lover of Qdoba but recently every time I've gone by they are either closed or have some excuse as to why they aren't open to public.
