Horrible. First they deliver this pie, which has a hole in it with no cheese then it's super thin with no sauce and doughy and super oily. Then when I call to report the order and ask for a new one, the man has an attitude and explains this is how they make the pizza even though I've had the pizza before, and it was nothing like this. As we were talking to him, he put us on hold so we had to call back 10 minutes later just to speak to someone else who has it extra attitude and says he's going to give us a credit instead of a pizza. Do not work or eat here! The workers have terrible attitudes and communication skills. Ashley is a smart ass and tries to be arrogant but you have to bring her down a bit because she thinks she is tough shit! Nia is very unprofessional who does the hiring. I ordered a large 1 topping pizza that is on sale for 8.99. I choose mushrooms and thin crust. I also paid for extra mushrooms. The pizza did not even seem to have a enough mushrooms for a regular order. It did not seem to be like a pizza from papa John's I have ordered in the past. It was skimpy on cheese. For as simplistic as pizza is to make, these people sure do know how to make hot garbage. I ordered two large pizzas and a side of breadsticks, i should have known my experience was going to be terrible when the total was a staggering $42 just for that. But nonetheless i tried it out, i ordered "extra" sauce on both when making my pizzas online yet when they arrived, it was as if i was eating straight bread and cheese. There was literally no sauce, im not even exaggerating. The bread used to make the pizzas and breadsticks were so stale and so flavorless, i was actually in shock. Not only that, but the cheese on the pizza wasn't even cooked all the way, i had to put the pizzas in the oven to cook for them longer just discover that the cheese doesn't even melt. Is -1 star an option? Ordered pizza for carry out. New to the area and was looking forward to a familiar provider for our "family movie night". After being told multiple times that we didn't order from that location, an employee finally stepped forward with our pizza after overhearing the raucous at the counter. Even then, the "manager" did not apologize for the confusion and erred instead on the side of treating me as though I had done him some incredible injustice by ordering a pizza from his establishment and wasting his otherwise valuable time. The pizza was actually good. Unfortunately, I will never patronize this establishment again after the unacceptable treatment suffered at the hands of its management. Tried ordering an XL pizza with a promo code, and found the worker on the phone to be very rude and condescending when I had questions about inputting the code. He told me "I'm really busy right now and don't have time to look up information about our online services, I just take orders." Isn't business 101 accommodating the requests of your customers? When reminded that it had been 70 minutes I was put on hold for another three minutes. Upon return, they said the delivery was on its way. Delivery was made another twenty minutes later. I ordered a pizza to be delivered to 2nd wind in Carrboro. I waited 45 minutes, then called to find out when the pizza would be delivered. I was told the driver had come to deliver the pizza, but stayed in the parking lot and called my phone to let me know she was there. I didn't get the call, and she apparently just returned to Papa John's instead of coming inside. I called to find out the status, and was told the pizza was on the way, would be here within 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I called again, and was told the driver did the same thing -- waited in the parking lot instead of coming inside to deliver the pizza. Darcykins R must have had a rare good experience. I have been here and I have picked up pizza in the store. They have trashy people working there who DO NOT wear gloves and who DO NOT wear gloves. Very unsanitary. Staff is rather rude as well. I called corp about this issue and they did not seem one bit concerned. I experienced the rudest customer service ever at Papa Johns on Franklin St. In Chapel Hill. I ordered online for pick up when I arrived to pick up the pizza I was told they didnt receive my order. I was certain I placed my order, the employee called the online service and they stated they didnt receive my order. I then asked how we could resolve the matter, it was an online promotion. He continue to tell me he couldn't go online to place my order for me. I'm not sure why he said that when I didnt even ask him to do that. I asked if I could speak to a manager, thats when he told me HE was the manager. I told him he had very poor customer service, he stated his customer service was excellent. By this time Im bewildered, he told me hes not confrontational, no one mentioned he was. Everytime I tried to talk he talked over me. I asked him if there was a reason why I couldnt express my dissatisfaction, he stated his manager would be in on Wednesday and to call for her then. He walked off on me and continued. To interrupt me as I tried to talk to him. Its behavior and customer service such as this which makes me feel employees like this are not even deserving of minimum wage. I phoned the corp. Office right after my experience and was told someone would be calling me to follow up in three business days. That was three weeks ago and I have yet to hear from anyone.
