Enzo's has a great late night vibe and clean interior. My friend and I swung by around 9pm and were promptly helped at the register. We were indecisive about what type of pizza to get, but the servers were awesome. They also let us swap out ingredients for free! I recently placed a delivery order for 10 wings with half Garlic Parmesan and half Hot Honey Glaze, along with extra ranch dressing. Unfortunately, the order I received contained only Garlic Parmesan wings, and the extra ranch was missing. When I called the store to address the issue, the employee I spoke with was dismissive and stated that I could place another order for delivery but that no accommodations could be made. As a paying customer, this response was both disappointing and unprofessional. This is not the first time we have experienced errors with our orders, but what made this experience especially frustrating was the lack of accountability and customer care. I value good food and good service, and I hope that management will take this feedback seriously to ensure better quality control and customer service in the future. ("Hand me your device and I'll log you in." Da fuk you will!) What a bunch of losers. Multiply whatever delivery time they give you by at least two. I arrived at the time the web app gave, and they said "They are boxing it up now, it would be able 5 minutes." 15 minutes later, they brought it out. The interior is OK - basic Pizza Hut redesign. Came here on a Friday afternoon with a friend (12/1/23). My friend, who new to the area, had been telling me how this had become his go-to spot for wings since moving to Durham a few months back. We had a "super pepperoni" pizza (not sure if it's actually called super, but it had a lot of pepperonis on it), and an order of the "hot honey" wings. Food came out fairly quickly after ordering, about 10mins or so. The pizza was good, not the kind I would want delivered, but not bad at all. The wings are baked and tossed in whatever flavor. They had a semi-crisp style to them. The hot honey sauce was tasty. The wings themselves I'd give about a 3/5. To me, they tasted almost leftover like. Not old old, but like they maybe were cooked earlier in the day, then reheated and tossed in warmed sauce ‍. They also seemed like they were really seasoned without the sauce. If someone wanted plain, unsauced wings they probably wouldn't have much flavor at all. read more

So I recently had a bad experience with Enzos...I had ordered a bunch of pizza for a coworkers final day, we were having a party for his last day. I'll try to keep this short, we ordered online and it says it would be ready at a certain time. I got an email saying it was on the way. After 30 minutes I called to check and it hadn't even left yet. It was almost an hour after the promised time that we got the pizza. I wouldn't have been so upset if they hadn't told me that it was on the way. I sent an email asking them to address my concerns...they responded, apologized, and said they'd call to make it right. They never did. However, I know that COVID has made things really crazy so when my niece wanted to go to Enzos for her 17th birthday, I agreed since every other experience I've had there has been wonderful. Well there were 6 adults and 6 kids...A young man Philip helped us. He gave us free drinks , I assume since we ordered so much pizza...he was so polite and accommodating. Then when I went to get a to go order to take home, he gave my nephew a free cookie! Phillip renewed my faith in Enzos and when we return, it will be entirely because of him!!! Ps. I'd been seeing these promos, but hadn't explored them until I was really crazing pizza and, man, Enzo's hit the spot! I should have taken a picture of my beautifully topped and lush Bianca Rossa pizza, but the aroma of garlic buttered crust, fresh mozzarella cheese melting, and the heaping mound of fresh basil was too tantalizing. I ate before even reaching for my phone. All too soon, I realized that their crust had changed my pizza standards for good. Don't get me wrong, at 11pm on a Tuesday before a paycheck when I'm starving, Dominos will do the trick. But now I'm hooked on this brick oven crust. With my promo, I got a 12" specialty pizza and a side Italian salad for just about $10-a steal, especially since the pizza slices are laden with toppings. It wins on prices, food quality, menu selection, fresh ingredients, really friendly and helpful counter guy, and atmosphere. We got salad, pizza and wings -- their wings are baked and sauced perfectly, and dressings / sauces are all homemade and delicious!! The salad was huge and was actually fresh with lots of cheese. But the pizza really shined. We got the Bianca Rossa half and Homesteader half, but the Biannca Rossa won. It had huge dollops of fresh mozzarella and red sauce, sausage, and topped with fresh tomatoes and fresh cut basil. It was super flavorful and a good size for two at 12"! Oh and they have 12", 14", 16", AND a personal size! This place has excellent pizza place apps -- wings and cheesy bread and salads, and really well priced subs. The hot honey pizza here is absolutely delicious!! I always get a 16 inch even though there will be left overs because it's just as good the next day. The website lets you customize the pizza per side so it is the perfect place to get a pie to share. They have these fried dough balls covered in cinnamon that are terrific too. I loved the variety in flavors, sauces, and toppings on the menu. Their combos stand out since it's not the overdone, boring, or expected variations. I'm talking about garlic, ricotta, and hot honey people. Not standard, not easily comparable and I am here. for. it! Every bite is the most delicious flavor burst that you never want to end.
