This restaurant is so amazing and the pizza is so good and the service is amazing and the people are so king here!

The food was "ok" at best. The delivery driver was absolute trash. - didn't knock or ring door bell - brought all the wrong sauces - didn't bring my drinks - left my food outside on the ground ( so I didn't know when it was delivered ) - the garlic sauce in one pizza box was opened and spilled all over inside. So I drove up from Tucson Az, checked into the hotel and to be honest didn't feel like gettin back in truck to Find a place to eat. They have your cards and menus all over the hotel so I figured I would just order from you guys, because it states you delivery. I call them number to find out you don't delivery. They delivered to the Holiday Inn Express that we were staying at and the online ordering was super easy - both pluses. They also offered a gluten-free crust which is exactly what my husband requires so that was an additional plus, but where they fell short was with the salad that we ordered - it's best before date was 7 days prior to our order. The greens were wilted and the tomatoes were mushy so that was a complete waste. Also, they didn't include any napkins in the bag even though we had ordered wings with a sticky sauce on them. A little more attention to detail would win them another star. read more

I should do one star in the beginning, not because the food, just because the service. When I order my order I only have my cell phone with me. But this store doesn't do the Apple Pay. It is okay. It is my fault to forgot my wallet. So I need get my card from the car. I told to the girl if she can helps my order first because many people join in the line. She said yes. When I back and join in the line again want to pay. Guess what??? She said I need reorder again. Because I didn't pay. I am so so so mad this point. I need driving back to another States. If you cannot do me a favor that's okay. But WHY you said yes and cancel my order???? I can not understand. The 3 stars for the guy, he said nice words. But that women. Worst Papa John's I have ever ordered from. Travelers beware from ordering here. If they mess up your order like they did mine, all they'll tell you is they can do anything for you since you're just passing through. Pizza came really late and really cold and order was incomplete. I specifically asked for peppers and Parmesan packets and sprite, but didn't receive none of it. The pizza didn't even taste anywhere near what I'm used to for papa John's. The quality of the pizza was barely edible. Quite a let down when you have been driving all day and just want a quick meal before settling down. read more

Excellent service!!! and delicious pizza. CHANCE is the MAN!!! My wife and I were starving and just returning from an all day Zion excursion. We ordered the pizza for a pick up on a Sunday night not knowing the place was going to close in 15mins. Good pizza. Usually early on delivery, even since we moved up to Enoch. Their drivers have been nothing but friendly and helpful. We even had one that realized he forgot our soda when he got to our door, so drove to the local Family Dollar and got us one from there with his own money. (and they aren't cheap there) I would have accepted a refund or a later delivery just fine. We haven't had any problems where it seemed like they were understaffed. A pizza did come five minutes later than they said it would once and that's the worst we've seen. It wouldn't surprise me though if they have had problems, this being a college town, finding employees in the summer (especially old enough to be delivery drivers) can be really hard. read more

Ok - there are pizza places and then there is Papa John's in Cedar city, Utah. These guys and gals are phenomenal. They are professional, so willing to get it all right and go out of their way to serve their customers like family. driver has gone to the wrong house 3 times now.. this last time he let a stranger sign my cc receipt and accept my order.. when I called the store to see why my tracker icon said that my order had been delivered, but I received nothing..the manager told me that they would send someone to pick up my order and redeliver?.. I said that would not be acceptable...he then offered to remake the order and deliver it in 30 min.. That was acceptable to me, however, I did inform him that a crime had been committed, due to someone forging my name on the cc recipt.. an hour later my order arrived along with someone claiming to be the regional manager... he gave me the forged cc recipt and asked me to sign another! I told him how frustrated I was... he apologized but offered nothing in the way of compensation for my frustration or the hour and a half I had to wait for my order to finally arrive!! he offered to call me the next day, I received no follow up phone call... way to go Papa Johns customer service... :( read more

Waay understaffed for a sunday evening on a holiday weekend after the 4th. We called ten minutes ahead and ordered and still waited at least a good 45 minutes in the store. The poor girl was overwhlemed with orders and had to keep calling people in to help. That owner needs to have the place better staffed for a 4th of july weekend! Ordered on a Saturday night, pizza arrived at hotel in less than 30 minutes. Delivery driver was polite and the pizza tasted as it should.

Delicious take & bake pizzas! We especially love their veggie delight and their Alfredo chicken, yum!!

Called Papa John's pizza 1233 Sage Dr ste D to see if they would deliver to the Hotel I was staying. The answer was yes, I had my family coming over so the Grandkids could go swimming. I ordered $52.78 worth of food, I even tipped there driver $10. I was surprised there were no napkins or paper plates with the food. I called Papa John's to inquire about the paper plates and the napkins. Their answer "if you didn't ask for them we don't send any". They forgot the ranch for the garlic knots. If your ever in Cedar City Utah the Papa Johns has the worst service, and once they get your money they treat you like your nothing, no appreciation for customers. read more

Delivery service is terrible. The order taker hung up on me twice. The third time couldn't get the order straight, then put me on hold. Called back a forth time, because I knew the manager. Still couldn't put the order in, and told me to drive down and order at the counter. I don't think so. Try Pizza Hut. read more

After a horrible experience with a rival pizza delivery here in Cedar City (2 and a half hours was too short for them to get an order a few blocks to our hotel!), Papa John'shad a delicious pizza and an order of wings to us in a short half hour! Papa John's for the win! read more
