    The company charged an additional $600 on the day of the move for "packing" despite all of the packing being completed by me. They called the padded blankets they wrapped around the TV and monitor packing and upcharged. They of course brought a ton of paperwork for me to complete and then acted weirdly because I had to ask to use his pen to complete. He actually exclaimed "you'll have to give it back" and was offended when I said I know. On arrival to the destination they unloaded the truck. Were ready to leave without putting things like the recliner together. I had to ask and again the weird attitude...that's why we ask. After they left I began to discover all of the broken items. A tear in the arm of the recliner, the plug that was wrenched apart with the second piece missing. The mattress that was dirty because although I was charged it was not placed in the mattress protector.......I also discovered that he had taken my copies of the paperwork and when I called to ask where the plug for my recliner was and that I needed the receipt returned. He just said call the office and hung up. Btw the office phone I was given goes to a full voice-mail. At 62 I have moved more than 20 times. I traveled for work for over 15 years. I have made multiple cross country moves. Never has a move been this bungled and stressful. Note: I did not contract with this company. They were subcontracted by Trinity Van Lines. The office just called. They said they will make it right. Let's see. Received a second call from Jill in the office. She states that their policy is not to process claims or provide the paperwork I requested (which I think is illegal) because I posted a bad review. Does not sound like they want to make it right.
