They were professional, took the time to make the job professional, plumb, and they left the job site immaculate. The door fits tightly (in a very good way) and feels like it will last a long time. They reused my existing hardware (per plan) and installed all of that cleanly and fully functional. They even installed a door stop for me per request. Everything was rock solid and professional caliber. To save a few bucks in labor, R&M recommended I do the painting myself, I gladly accepted the idea since that's the easy part and time consuming when doing multiple coats. The owner(s) who walked and quoted the job were great at explaining the process and communication was excellent from all whom I interacted with at R&M. Rob had to come out the following week to replace a door gasket with a slight nick in it. Instead of complaining about how trivial that was, they had zero questions and it was clear they expected the job to be as perfect as I did. All payments (e.g. down payment, final payment) were performed via their digital online payment portal for convenience. If your door project simply has to be good, I'd definitely give these guys a try.

You're welcome, neighbors :) His team was fast and efficient doing new construction for 2 patio doors in 1 day in 90° weather! Staff were professional and surpringly clean. Lined their pathways with sheets and covered our personal stuff that might get debris on it. I didn't see it but I think I heard them vacuum once they were done too. You would never have known it was a construction site once they finished. It ended up being an easy and seamless project from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend and reach out again for future projects!

They insisted we had to completely remove and replace the existing door jambs. This We had almost resigned to paying that much, and decided at the last minute to get another quote from Walter. He explained that he has a unique, proprietary system to perfectly install a door into the existing jamb. He was able to quote **much** lower (less than $4K). That included three solid doors plus more expensive handles on all doors. When the day arrived, Walter finished the entire job himself in a couple hours, including cleaning up. He also very quickly and cheaply fixed our front door, which had been giving us issues. In addition to the high quality of work, Walter very promptly returned my calls and emails. Custom Fit Solutions is a fantastic choice and you should definitely consider them.

I gave Walter a photo of what I wanted with a description and he killed it (down to the handle design and rail color). After getting our quote, he came to take measurements and a 50% deposit (the remaining due after installation). We were quoted a 4-6 week lead time but it took 11.5 weeks. I understand that delays happen especially with the current supply chain issues, but I just wish there was more communication regarding the delays. Overall, I'm super excited about the barn yard door! It looks aesthetically pleasing, rolls smoothly, and Walter and Chris worked hard on the installation (taking just a little over 3 hours). It looks way better than the DIY ones you buy online and I love how the frosted glass turned out. Through our builder, they wanted $2500 for a standard door, so we're glad that we went with Walter instead to get a custom one for less than $3000 (including tax) that's more practical and looks nicer.

Whenever we had questions, they were happy to explain the details and differences between the options. Valentina was especially helpful in recommending windows that fit our needs and budget, without ever trying to upsell us. Everything went exactly as expected, from the initial measurements and estimated delivery date to installation day. The installation team was incredibly efficient, careful, and clean. They worked quickly, and there was surprisingly little dust or mess left behind. Best of all, we noticed an immediate improvement in both sound insulation and temperature control after the new windows were installed. We later learned that GV Home Solutions has been in the local window business for many years. They may not be the most visible company online, but their experience and quality of work really show. We're very happy with our new windows and highly recommend GV Home Solutions to anyone in the community looking for quality work, fair pricing, and great service!
