I've been to this Panera quite a few times with friends but I mostly come to study and I've never had a bad experience. The food is hot, the staff is friendly and quick even with at low staff, and there are plenty tables throughout the restaurant for large groups! (Also a lot of plugs)

This place deserves better than the current rating. Customers next to us had a problem solved immediately. They were out of plain bagels and brought us one for free when they found one. Everything was clean but didn't use the bathroom. We were greeted from the door with a smile.

Well we visited this Panera bread and as you can see by the pictures it was atrocious on a Saturday afternoon. The tables were dirty with no employees cleaning them. We will give them one star for the food tasting pretty good but while you're staring at dirty tables it kind of makes your stomach turn, do not go here unless you can stomach a pigsty.

This should have been the one sandwich that has been perfected at a sandwich establishment.

I ordered the grilled cheese, full, and a bowl of tomato soup The size of the grilled cheese was mediocre at best. The cheese was not even fully on the sandwich itself so a quarter of it is just bread, disappointment from a great place.

Messes everywhere even still after we left

This was one of the worst franchise experiences. Talk about hitting the lower bar off the pole. So let's start. Walk into to an empty lobby. No one was there to greet us or near the counter for around four minutes. Looking around and see an employee just talking to family members. Then I assume a manager pops around a corner and says he will be right with us. Something might happen. Well he comes back and takes our order. The first item they don't have. Move on to a second choice and they have that but no tomato. (Bacon grilled cheese) so we order pick two items. Cheese broccoli soup and the bacon cheese sandwich and the other was Mac and cheese with bacon cheese sandwich. Paid grabbed a number and went to set down. Now our search for a clean table. There is literally no tables clean in a mostly empty store. How pathetic. So we chose the less of two evils and picked the cleanest table. So we wait. Couple people come into the store. We are waiting for our food. My wife is looking around and sees new guests getting food and her hunger alarm bells start going off. Two more couples get food and now a woman comes up and mentions they no longer have broccoli cheddar soup and would we like something else. My wife now upset says Mac and cheese and she really doesn't want that but we already paid. Also she asked I would like as an alternative and I reminded her I didn't order soup. So a short while later. We are brought food. The sandwich was placed on wheat bread and my least favorite for grilled cheese. It was a cold micro grilled cheese sandwich. I should have snapped a picture but I just wanted this to be over. On the sandwich I was not given an option of anything else when I ordered and yet I paid twenty three dollars. It was absent of service for walking in the door. The filthy dining area and a total lack of pride in services a customer would like. The girl mentioned she would give us a pastry but they was only two to choose from. Not happy at all. So I apologize for the vent versus yelp. I hope they get their act together and no one else has this terrible of an experience.

Super impressed by Apple Spice!…read more I usually hate catered lunches because the sandwiches are all pre made with mayo, mustard, pickles, or other condiments I won't eat. Or the pickle is on the side, but the sandwich bread soaks up all the pickle juice - gross! We had a large lunch meeting today, and we all received a link a few days in advance to the Apple Spice menu. You Everett your name and email, and get to actually pick what you want to eat! They had a really large variety of sandwiches, salads, wraps, and even soups. The meals also come with a bag of chips and a cookie, and you can pick your additional side. I picked fresh fruit, but they also had a pasta salad option and a few other similar offerings. I was also able to customize my wrap to not include ranch (which would have been automatically on it if just standard pre-made), and I was able to deselect pickle so it wasn't even in my box. Though one of my coworkers got one and I noticed the pickle was wrapped in it's own little Ziploc, so it probably wouldn't have gotten all over everything. Everything in the box is a pretty standard size. I was full off half a wrap, which is normal for lunch. I also ate half my chocolate chunk cookie, which was really good! Like a nice soft batch cookie. One of my coworkers is gluten free, and she even said how nice it was that so many GF options were available. She generally can't even eat catered lunches! Overall very impressed, and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to cater a lunch!

As my base I got Japchae Noodles with Garlic Oil and Chips. As my protein I got Teriyaki Steak and Chicken done Hawaiian style. For the toppings I chose Mac salad, corn, and sliced onions. Lastly the sauce on top I chose yum yum sauce and teriyaki sauce. This may be an odd combination, but it works. These unique combinations were delicious. I devoured it. The steak and chicken were both high quality and worth it for them alone. I also got an order of a new item for Korean Fried Chicken ($10). The chicken was tiny. However it was fried to perfection and tasted delicious. The garlic soy was a dollar extra, but it definitely paired perfectly with the chicken. I got a can of Root Beer for almost $3. A little pricey, but the only real negative. The service was good with a caveat. I could not hear the lady taking my order, because she talked so quietly. Overall still a 5 star review. Would I return? Absolutely, a unique food experience done in a top notch way.

We got a large bulgogi bowl, mini egg rolls, and sushi. It was all AMAZING! Freshly prepared, good ingredients, good flavors. My hubs usually doesn't like sauces, but loved the sauce served with the egg rolls. The bulgogi bowl was amazing -a lot of food. The sushi was prepared fresh and also delish. The restaurant environment was pleasant and clean. Finally, the worker behind the register was so lovely -he was all smiles and friendliness as he rang us up and prepared our bowl. We will definitely be back!

At first I was hesitant because of the price, and it being biscuits, but they made me eat those words and more. It was like a large biscuit muffin top with jalapeño, cheese and honey glaze (I think) and it came with a white cheddar cheese sauce to dip it in that was outrageously delicious. For a guy who hates cheddar biscuits, I've got to say I'm blown away. My wife ordered the steak with fingerling potatoes and carrots. It was on the pricier side, but yet again well worth it. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the veggies were pretty good too. They had live music playing as well tonight. It was a jazzy kind of vibe and it didn't over power anyone talking or anything. The guy had some serious skill too. To top it off, we had some pretty killer service from everyone there. From the hostess taking our names, random servers walking around, and our fantastic server (I forget her name but she was blonde and worked upstairs and had a a really great attitude. The expo or food runner dropping our food off anticipated us possibly needing an extra plate and brought one without asking which was super awesome and ended up coming in handy ( I knew my wife wouldn't finish that steak alone) and she brought it without asking and was ready with a smile to get more. I used to be a GM (I hate when people use this saying but...) truly I know how hard it is to find good workers and the folks running it here seem to have it down. I come from a place where you have to drive 100 mi or more for average service. So seeing exceptional service is really almost too good to be true. I'd definitely stop in for a bite. It's worth every penny. We'll be back for dessert, they have seasonal crème brûlées!

Delicious! Will order again!…read more Walked in and ordered food to-go on Thursday night. Ready in 15 minutes. Ordered fried Gyoza (beef or chicken option). I did not eat these but my daughter loved them. The Dduk Guk (rice cake soup in bone broth) with Kimchi Mandoo (can get kimchi or beef dumpling) - was so comforting like a hug in a bowl. The dumplings were huge (2 in the order), and I liked how the spices in the dumpling mixed into the bone broth when you broke open the dumpling. There were also thinly sliced fried egg strips and green onion. I'm sensitive to too much salt and it was perfectly seasoned with salt and a little black pepper. The sampling of sides were a perfect addition. I can't wait to order again!

I like that they have dishes that you don't often see elsewhere, like one of my favorites--dduk mandoo soup! This is traditionally eaten on New Year, so I was excited to get some on New Year's Eve. The soup is made with a clear beef broth, chewy rice cakes (dduk), and dumplings (you can choose pork or kimchi). The portion is generous and I've had leftovers both times I've ordered it. The broth is savory and warming, and the dumplings and rice cakes are tender and chewy. It's such a great winter weather dish. I've also tried their seafood pancake, spicy pork, gimmari (deep fried seaweed rolls), kalbi, and kimchi jjigae. The banchan (side dishes that come with entrees) are varied and tasty (I particularly love the japchae, a noodle dish with veggies). Service has been great both times I've dined in and I'm really looking forward to trying more of the menu.
