I love CFA. This one is like all the others I visit. They're clean and the staff is friendly. Best of all the chicken is juicy and brings me back every time. I like to grab a gallon of lemonade too drink all week and an ice dream cone to fight the summer heat. read more

the food was absolutely amazing, but (cant forget the but) the plants were fake. I've been lied to. chick-fil-a is a fraud read more

A smile at the front counter and hot food ... it's really that simple. Good job Chick-fil-A

I'm impressed with how quickly they get you through the drive-thru line. There was like 6 people standing out in the middle of the lines taking orders (and payment) rather than taking the order at the speaker box and paying at the window. This was my first Chik fil A experience, and I was really surprised at how good the food was. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries with chik fil a sauce. The food was great. The hyped up sauce was not my favorite. Tastes like honey mustard to me. read more

Wtf chick fil a I supported you the day my mother let me breathe air. I honestly expected more better then this because all fries I ate were perfectly normal, fresh, warm but sometimes cold. Then the service "wow" I just can't explain no more because first off I wanted to scan my rewards but the way I showed it to her was literally in front of her and didn't ask me to scan and keep in mind yesterday I went to the same location and this nice old lady let me scan it but this lady that is young probably wants to go home and end her shift already. Like I don't know if it's she is on her Period, depression, wants to go home, end her shift, regrets having this job or something. But so far the dine in looks full of guests eating because we all know they are closing tomorrow but lines weren't that busy. read more

The food is good as expected- but during lunch hours only one of the three registers is operational in the stores therefore the long line. They did a good job moving the line though considering the busy hour. read more

Was craving chick-fil-A for a long time and it usually doesn't disappoint. It's still fast food but with a family friendly and typically busy eat in area. Service is great for a fast food place. This location is clean and seems relatively new. I feel as though prices for most fast food places have increased. Recommend eating in as the drive thru line seemed very long! read more

Food is not as good as southern food. Service is not great nor organized. Food is never quick.

Lines, lines, lines. Such a busy place. Usually Chick-fil-A tries to keep lines moving pretty fast, but I didn't notice too much efficiency at this location. No complaints about the food, though. Got exactly what I ordered and it tasted delicious. Yummy, yummy. read more

Like almost all Chick-fil-A's, the food is great (especially the seasonal mocha cold brew). The only reason for the four instead of five stars is the line moves slowly. We sat for quite awhile as cars progressed. It seems they could have better utilized the pull ahead spots for slower orders to not delay everyone. That said, their staff was super polite and kind. read more

Great food, amazing service. always amazing how quick they serve you even when you think the line is out of control.

Ordered online. Told me they started making my food at 5:52. Did not receive food until 6:22. So I spent 30 minutes inside waiting for my food. Insane read more

I don't get it. For the life of me I don't get why people go nuts for a mediocre chicken sandwich and undercooked soggy fries. Why????

I very rarely rate fast food/ chain restaurants. But I strongly believe chick-fil-A is life changing. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and added pickles. The bun was perfectly toasted. I loved that it was a multi-grain bun, and not dried out. The chicken was very tender, and the tomato and lettuce was fresh. I was fairly shocked by how awesome customer service was. Patient and friendly. I was confused why they gave me a popcorn-like bucket after placing my order. But the order came up fairly quick. And the honey mustard was a great add on. I can't believe I have never been to a chick-fil-A before. Can't wait to go back haha! read more

My guilty pleasure, especially after picking up some supplies from Menards. As I've grown older, my body has become less and less adept at handling fast food. Lucky Chick-fil-A is one of the few that still leaves my body feeling OK, though barely. Favorites include the nuggets, waffle fries and shakes. Salad is good too. Grilled Cool Wrap is a no-go: dry, cold and filled with sadness. Love the extra condiments dish next to the trash and even though they're constantly busy, service is fast and friendly. I do have to admit though, the worst feeling is getting the craving for Chick-fil-A while driving by only to realize it's Sunday. I still love my Chick-fil-A. read more

Chick-fil-A - Busy even in a weeknight - Chicken Shop Near Me - Wyoming, Michigan

Service was super fast. Food was great. A team member even visited our table to ask if she could refresh our drinks and sauces. Best fast food restaurant and service one can get! They say it's "their pleasure" but it's definitely mine! read more

Always a delicious delight. Stopped by for their addictive chicken chunks with my kids for lunch. The line inside was out the door so we opted for the drive thru. Best idea ever. There were three girls working the drive thru lanes taking and confirming orders before getting to the window. At the window was a quick handoff of our food and we were on our way. The food was delicious as always and I love the fact there is a gluten free option for those who have food allergies. Only thing to make CFA better would be one in Cedar Springs, MI or Howard City, MI. read more

Went through the drive through around 9:30pm and ordered a spicy chicken deluxe combo with sweet tea and a cookies and creme milkshake. Took roughly 15 minutes with 10 cars in front of me. The spicy chicken although delicious was not very spicy at all. Good ratio of chicken to vegetables though. Waffle fries was crispy, lacking a bit of salt..add to taste. The sweet tea was more on the normal tea side and not as sweet as you would find in other chain resteraunts. Cookies and creme milkshake was delicious. Lots of cookie chunks found while drinking this which makes for a good contrast of textures and taste. Overall, good visit. read more

I've been coming to this location since it's opened and all's I can say is Kudos to the franchisee and employees. I don't have one bad experience or wrong order with dozens and dozens of visits under my belt. At this point if my order is wrong, I have to assume you know what I need more than I do, Chick-Fil-A. I wouldn't even be mad, I'd take it and know you know what's best . On a more serious note, thank you for the great food quality and attention to detail! You lead the industry and are superior to fast food. I don't know what to call you but fast food would be an insult. Continue on!!! read more

Chick-fil-A never disappoints. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff is friendly and ready to serve. I love the option to order ahead using the app and they bring it out to your car when you get there. The food came out really quickly - within 5 minutes. However they did forget straws, but it didn't ruin the experience read more

Food was very tasty! Had a chicken sandwich and chicken tenders and both tasted great. Only complaint was I got the food on delivery and had a large fry and thought they could of put some more fries in the container. read more

I come here a lot, I should check in... I probably would have been a duchess by now. LOL I absolutely love the mini chick-ins. they only come in a 4 piece which forces me not to get a meal, so i can buy two. I also buy fries, because I do not like the tater tots. The drive thru people are always on fleek (point). There are always happy, and smiling. I never had a wrong order yet !!!!! read more

I'm not sure what I can say other than simply amazing every visit is like clockwork. Great food great service

For fast food, I will have to say that this place has the best fried chicken. I haven't been to a chick fil a and have had bad customer service. This place is always a go to whenever I don't feel for anything else to eat. If their pricing was just a little bit cheaper, I would come to this place at least once a week. read more

After hearing people rave about how great this place is, I finally tried it for the first time. Frankly, I'm not sure what all the hubbub is about. On the fast-food scale of 1-10, I'd give it a 6. The chicken sandwich was good but nothing to write home about. The waffle fries were under-cooked and flimsy. The drive-thru was busy but moved quickly and their COVID precautions seemed on point. Overall, I give it a rating of "meh." read more

Friendly service and good food. Only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is because you have to either wait for someone to ask you if you want a refill, or you have to go up to the counter to ask. Would be nice if you can get your own refill. read more

Chick-fil-A - Chick-fil-a deluxe with waffle fries. - Chicken Shop Near Me - Wyoming, Michigan

Amazing how everyone flocks to a Chick-Fil-A. I was surprised and happy to see that Chick-fil-A made its way to Grand Rapids and Wyoming, MI and they are starting to spread across the western part of MI. Hoping to see the same spread on the east side soon. This Wyoming, MI restaurant was very clean, appeared to be new and was packed both inside and at the drive thru. Great staff, very friendly. Reminded me of how they are in the south, which you don't see from the Chick-fil-A's to the north, so far. Happy they are following the southern hospitality, clearing trash from your table as you are still there. Delivery food to you at your table. Now they just need to grab the drinks and refill while you sit and they will be just like those in the south. Tried the southern Chicken Salad and it was great with the grilled chicken. I love their spicy chicken sandwiches but was happy to see this salad was just as good. Looking forward to coming back soon. read more

I've heard a lot a talk about their chicken and waffles...whoops...waffle FRIES. ;) My dad and I stopped for the first time this afternoon and it was pretty good. The only negative thing I can think was that the menu board was hard to read. That's not the first thing I noticed though... ...what struck me was how friendly the staff was with customers as I waited in line. Ordering food was quick and easy and Ben, at the register, was super helpful. Our food was up as we had just finished paying and Ben got our drinks for us. We found a seat and ate. Their was nothing spectacular about the waffle fries but the chicken sandwich was soooo good, guys! Crispy flavorful crust and it was real chicken (moist too). Maybe it's because I do a lot of reviews but I was watching the staff as they cleaned or restocked this and that, and interaction with other customers. The crew seemed to work well together and it was neat seeing them go "the extra mile" to make sure people were happy. One example - a group came back to their table without their drinks and, although the register person probably couldn't leave his spot, another came out offering to grab their drinks for them. A person out checking the floor grabbed some sauces for another party. That kind of stuff may seem little but it was refreshing to be in such a friendly environment. I told my dad I've never seen that kind of service in a fast food restaurant. He was impressed as well. As for cleanliness, I should have thought to check the restroom but the dining area was clean. Too bad I don't live near a Chic-fil-A but I'm glad we stopped in today. . I doubt Ben will ever see this but just in case: Thank you for making us feel so welcome. You'd think we were in some small town mom-and-pop place. To the whole crew, good job and keep it up! :) read more

Love, love, love Chick-Fil-A. My family when traveling always search them out. There is not one near our home. So we travel to this location and was very surprised but the lack of customers. Most Chick-Fil-A are packed. We soon learned why. The food was cold, very small portions on the sandwich, no flavor and just lack of the level of care of most Chick~Fil~A. Believe me, have tried several locations. So we have learned to watched the Yelp ratings and if there a fewer than normal customers eat somewhere else. read more

This is how fast food should be. Good product and fast service. McDonald could learn a thing or two from Chick-Fil-A. A very nice touch was the fresh flowers on each table. There was a tag on them that said they were from Maggie's Flowers which is a 12 year old girl who uses the money she makes to help people. Never ever have i seen something like that in any fast food place. Maria had a grilled chicken sandwich and I had the chicken nuggets. Both were excellent. So why not 5 stars you ask? While the dining area was clean the workers assigned to that area could of been more attentive to customers. Also this location has no free drink for seniors. GASP! read more

This Place Rocks! My husband & I stopped Monday March 25th in for the first time ever @ the holy grail of chicken restaurants! Omgoooooooodness this place was hoppin' to say the least. Food is good but I'm giving 5 stars mainly because of their stuff they are so polite and professional it's really rare to find

They are SO FAST! Obviously their quality is always great, but I placed an order through the app for curbside pick up and it was handed to me in just 4 minutes! I'm very impressed considering the drive thru was full, and almost all the curbside pick up spots were full. Way to go! read more

My family and I came through the drive-thru window early in the morning with a pretty large order, and amazingly none of the order was messed up! Guess I just don't get the Chick-fil-A hype. Staff has yet to get my order correct, I have spent too much time in lines, the quality of the food is average and oft times not warm I am not sure that I would go back. read more

I love Chick-fil-A and this one does not disappoint. The food is always great, and if something does go wrong they are quick to fix it and make it right. The service is fantastic. Quick and caring. As in every restaurant, you'll have employees that don't care as much as they should but I've found that here, those employees are few and far between. I've watched management at the counter talking with guests making personal connections and being truly interested in the person in front of them. This is rare and a great thing to witness. And don't let the long lines scare you, they always work quickly and the wait is much less than you would expect! read more

Chick-fil-A is the best fast-food restaurant, and they have the best customer service. It's the to go place after my children's cheer practices. We like to stop at Chick-fil-A because they have opened their restaurant numerous locations making it easily accessible. They offer reasonable prices for their chicken sandwiches starting at $3.89 plus tax each and they use 100% real chicken which contains no fillers and added steroids or hormones. I have been to many fast-food chains such as McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, and many more, but none have treated us with such consideration as Chick-fil-A. I had ordered their chicken nuggets but instead received chicken tenders. I told one of the workers the mistake and they quickly fixed it with no hesitation. At Chick-fil-A, whenever there happens to be a mistake, their team always fixes it with a smile. read more
