I'm impressed with how quickly they get you through the drive-thru line. There was like 6 people standing out in the middle of the lines taking orders (and payment) rather than taking the order at the speaker box and paying at the window. This was my first Chik fil A experience, and I was really surprised at how good the food was. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries with chik fil a sauce. The food was great. Wtf chick fil a I supported you the day my mother let me breathe air. I honestly expected more better then this because all fries I ate were perfectly normal, fresh, warm but sometimes cold. Then the service "wow" I just can't explain no more because first off I wanted to scan my rewards but the way I showed it to her was literally in front of her and didn't ask me to scan and keep in mind yesterday I went to the same location and this nice old lady let me scan it but this lady that is young probably wants to go home and end her shift already. Like I don't know if it's she is on her Period, depression, wants to go home, end her shift, regrets having this job or something. Like almost all Chick-fil-A's, the food is great (especially the seasonal mocha cold brew). The only reason for the four instead of five stars is the line moves slowly. We sat for quite awhile as cars progressed. It seems they could have better utilized the pull ahead spots for slower orders to not delay everyone. I very rarely rate fast food/ chain restaurants. But I strongly believe chick-fil-A is life changing. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and added pickles. The bun was perfectly toasted. I loved that it was a multi-grain bun, and not dried out. The chicken was very tender, and the tomato and lettuce was fresh. I was fairly shocked by how awesome customer service was. Patient and friendly. I was confused why they gave me a popcorn-like bucket after placing my order. But the order came up fairly quick. And the honey mustard was a great add on. My guilty pleasure, especially after picking up some supplies from Menards. As I've grown older, my body has become less and less adept at handling fast food. Lucky Chick-fil-A is one of the few that still leaves my body feeling OK, though barely. Favorites include the nuggets, waffle fries and shakes. Salad is good too. Grilled Cool Wrap is a no-go: dry, cold and filled with sadness. Love the extra condiments dish next to the trash and even though they're constantly busy, service is fast and friendly. I do have to admit though, the worst feeling is getting the craving for Chick-fil-A while driving by only to realize it's Sunday. I still love my Chick-fil-A. read more

Always a delicious delight. Stopped by for their addictive chicken chunks with my kids for lunch. The line inside was out the door so we opted for the drive thru. Best idea ever. There were three girls working the drive thru lanes taking and confirming orders before getting to the window. At the window was a quick handoff of our food and we were on our way. The food was delicious as always and I love the fact there is a gluten free option for those who have food allergies. Went through the drive through around 9:30pm and ordered a spicy chicken deluxe combo with sweet tea and a cookies and creme milkshake. Took roughly 15 minutes with 10 cars in front of me. The spicy chicken although delicious was not very spicy at all. Good ratio of chicken to vegetables though. Waffle fries was crispy, lacking a bit of salt..add to taste. The sweet tea was more on the normal tea side and not as sweet as you would find in other chain resteraunts. Cookies and creme milkshake was delicious. Lots of cookie chunks found while drinking this which makes for a good contrast of textures and taste. Overall, good visit. read more

I've been coming to this location since it's opened and all's I can say is Kudos to the franchisee and employees. I don't have one bad experience or wrong order with dozens and dozens of visits under my belt. At this point if my order is wrong, I have to assume you know what I need more than I do, Chick-Fil-A. Amazing how everyone flocks to a Chick-Fil-A. I was surprised and happy to see that Chick-fil-A made its way to Grand Rapids and Wyoming, MI and they are starting to spread across the western part of MI. Hoping to see the same spread on the east side soon. This Wyoming, MI restaurant was very clean, appeared to be new and was packed both inside and at the drive thru. Great staff, very friendly. Reminded me of how they are in the south, which you don't see from the Chick-fil-A's to the north, so far. Happy they are following the southern hospitality, clearing trash from your table as you are still there. Delivery food to you at your table. Now they just need to grab the drinks and refill while you sit and they will be just like those in the south. Tried the southern Chicken Salad and it was great with the grilled chicken. I love their spicy chicken sandwiches but was happy to see this salad was just as good. Looking forward to coming back soon. read more

I've heard a lot a talk about their chicken and waffles...whoops...waffle FRIES. ;) My dad and I stopped for the first time this afternoon and it was pretty good. The only negative thing I can think was that the menu board was hard to read. That's not the first thing I noticed though... ...what struck me was how friendly the staff was with customers as I waited in line. Ordering food was quick and easy and Ben, at the register, was super helpful. Our food was up as we had just finished paying and Ben got our drinks for us. We found a seat and ate. Their was nothing spectacular about the waffle fries but the chicken sandwich was soooo good, guys! Crispy flavorful crust and it was real chicken (moist too). Maybe it's because I do a lot of reviews but I was watching the staff as they cleaned or restocked this and that, and interaction with other customers. The crew seemed to work well together and it was neat seeing them go "the extra mile" to make sure people were happy. One example - a group came back to their table without their drinks and, although the register person probably couldn't leave his spot, another came out offering to grab their drinks for them. A person out checking the floor grabbed some sauces for another party. That kind of stuff may seem little but it was refreshing to be in such a friendly environment. I told my dad I've never seen that kind of service in a fast food restaurant. He was impressed as well. As for cleanliness, I should have thought to check the restroom but the dining area was clean. Too bad I don't live near a Chic-fil-A but I'm glad we stopped in today. . I doubt Ben will ever see this but just in case: Thank you for making us feel so welcome. Love, love, love Chick-Fil-A. My family when traveling always search them out. There is not one near our home. So we travel to this location and was very surprised but the lack of customers. Most Chick-Fil-A are packed. We soon learned why. The food was cold, very small portions on the sandwich, no flavor and just lack of the level of care of most Chick~Fil~A. Believe me, have tried several locations. So we have learned to watched the Yelp ratings and if there a fewer than normal customers eat somewhere else. read more

This is how fast food should be. Good product and fast service. McDonald could learn a thing or two from Chick-Fil-A. A very nice touch was the fresh flowers on each table. There was a tag on them that said they were from Maggie's Flowers which is a 12 year old girl who uses the money she makes to help people. Never ever have i seen something like that in any fast food place. Maria had a grilled chicken sandwich and I had the chicken nuggets. Both were excellent. So why not 5 stars you ask? My family and I came through the drive-thru window early in the morning with a pretty large order, and amazingly none of the order was messed up! I love Chick-fil-A and this one does not disappoint. The food is always great, and if something does go wrong they are quick to fix it and make it right. The service is fantastic. Quick and caring. As in every restaurant, you'll have employees that don't care as much as they should but I've found that here, those employees are few and far between. I've watched management at the counter talking with guests making personal connections and being truly interested in the person in front of them. This is rare and a great thing to witness. We like to stop at Chick-fil-A because they have opened their restaurant numerous locations making it easily accessible. They offer reasonable prices for their chicken sandwiches starting at $3.89 plus tax each and they use 100% real chicken which contains no fillers and added steroids or hormones. I have been to many fast-food chains such as McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, and many more, but none have treated us with such consideration as Chick-fil-A. I had ordered their chicken nuggets but instead received chicken tenders. I told one of the workers the mistake and they quickly fixed it with no hesitation. It was our first time eating at the Wyoming, MI location. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, despite coming in close to their closing time. The chef even came out to answer difficult questions about the chicken. The food looked like something you get at a sit down restaurant.
