Super impressed by Apple Spice! I usually hate catered lunches because the sandwiches are all pre made with mayo, mustard, pickles, or other condiments I won't eat. Or the pickle is on the side, but the sandwich bread soaks up all the pickle juice - gross! We had a large lunch meeting today, and we all received a link a few days in advance to the Apple Spice menu. You Everett your name and email, and get to actually pick what you want to eat! They had a really large variety of sandwiches, salads, wraps, and even soups. The meals also come with a bag of chips and a cookie, and you can pick your additional side. I picked fresh fruit, but they also had a pasta salad option and a few other similar offerings. I was also able to customize my wrap to not include ranch (which would have been automatically on it if just standard pre-made), and I was able to deselect pickle so it wasn't even in my box. Though one of my coworkers got one and I noticed the pickle was wrapped in it's own little Ziploc, so it probably wouldn't have gotten all over everything. Everything in the box is a pretty standard size. I was full off half a wrap, which is normal for lunch. I also ate half my chocolate chunk cookie, which was really good! Like a nice soft batch cookie. One of my coworkers is gluten free, and she even said how nice it was that so many GF options were available. She generally can't even eat catered lunches! Overall very impressed, and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to cater a lunch! read more

Really don't know much about this place, but my work did get their catering and it was awesome! So tasty and delicious, our store absolutely loved their lunch boxes they provided. Sandwich, side potato salad or chops, sweet tasting cookie and a pickle spear. I got the chicken bacon ranch and it was exactly what it was called but in chicken salad form... delicious! This is a catering review. I decided to grab the turkey and Swiss. First off, the bread was AMAZING. Fresh ingredients. The box came with a bag of chips, a pickle, and a cookie. Very enjoyable for a boxed lunch when your at a meeting. I also took home the Michigan cherry and chicken salad sandwich. The chicken salad was really good, I just didn't care for the sweetness of the cherries on the sandwich. Don't get me wrong, it was good, just to sweet for my taste. I would visit this place and order from the store myself if I'm on that side of town. Highly recommended. read more

I just had the best sandwich of my life from here. It was catered to my workplace and I got the BLT Avocado sandwich and I put the pickle on it and the signature sandwich sauce..........IT WAS SO GOOD. So crispy and juicy and flavorful. Great job. As a celiac it is immediately reassuring when you call and are greeted by someone on the phone who knows about cross-contamination and the risks plus ways to address those risks. That's what happened when I called asking about their menu. While they cannot 100% provide gluten-free food, they do go above and beyond to take every step possible. I've had the southwest salad and the pear and goat cheese salad and both options were incredible. Phenomenal service and incredibly delicious. Portion sizes are very large. The conference I was at had the boxed lunches and they were clearly packed with care and attention to detail. 100% recommend. read more
