I filled out the form on their website and they contacted me quickly. I was able to pick up my catering order at their facility on Michigan Street. Everything was packaged carefully and securely, which I really appreciated. They can provide sternos and pans if you need them, as well as napkins, cutlery, etc. The food was pretty good and people seemed to like it! I will definitely keep Martha's in mind for future catering needs.

This avoided the plane-Jane hotel pan look that you get with some other catered buffets. As far as price goes, Bill's pricing is very competitive compared to some other caterers in Grand Rapids. We had a small problem that Charlie rectified before anyone was even aware it was an issue. Kim, who helped us set up our menu in the first place, was also great.
