Patti could tell I wasn't happy making that decision. She told me to give her a few and called me back. She pushed me back to doing family style with a buffet back up, and it turned out perfect. The weather was great, and had she not decided to go the extra mile to make family style happen, it wouldn't have. Also, the food!
