I filled out the form on their website and they contacted me quickly. I was able to pick up my catering order at their facility on Michigan Street. Everything was packaged carefully and securely, which I really appreciated. They can provide sternos and pans if you need them, as well as napkins, cutlery, etc. The food was pretty good and people seemed to like it! I will definitely keep Martha's in mind for future catering needs.

Bill had his smoker on site so that the food came out fresh and he had amazing staff who kept the pans filled and the food hot. One thing I loved about Bill's set up was that he used a lot of marble and pedestals to create a beautiful buffet. This avoided the plane-Jane hotel pan look that you get with some other catered buffets. As far as price goes, Bill's pricing is very competitive compared to some other caterers in Grand Rapids. The servers were great (Jessica and Tim, I think?) and Charlie, the catering manager, was absolutely a delight! We had a small problem that Charlie rectified before anyone was even aware it was an issue. Kim, who helped us set up our menu in the first place, was also great.
