For sides we had corn on the cob, mac n' cheese, cheese potatoes (with bacon, amazing!) and homemade corn bread with honey butter. I thought I was going to bust out of my dress, I ate so much food. Everyone I talked to was raving about the food and going on and on about how it was the best food they had ever eaten at a wedding. Bill had his smoker on site so that the food came out fresh and he had amazing staff who kept the pans filled and the food hot. One thing I loved about Bill's set up was that he used a lot of marble and pedestals to create a beautiful buffet. This avoided the plane-Jane hotel pan look that you get with some other catered buffets. As far as price goes, Bill's pricing is very competitive compared to some other caterers in Grand Rapids.
