The team is organized, quick and very nice! Note they do sell out fast but as to be expected they have amazing food! The portion sizes are HUGE! We split the fries between a family of four (two small children, two adults) and it was perfect! There fried pickles are no joke! They are spears and you get a bunch! They also have the best sweet potatoe fries! Very crispy and seasoned well. And the main event was the smash burgers! They were still pretty thick but packed so much flavor! The patty had a nice crispy edge and those caramelized onions were amazing with the American cheese! We also had a crispy chicken sandwich what made it was the avocado spread because overall the patty was a little bland. Maybe a spicy option would be an idea! We also tried the onion rings and those were great too! Things to note for consumers: they offer ketchup packets maybe like 2 or 3 per order (we had a lot of fried food so it didn't seem enough for all we got plus we had 4 people sharing these). Because we had a ton I would have loved a ketchup pump or at least a ton more packets. As far as dipping sauces, they have an array of flavors but they charge for each one. That adds up quickly. Maybe the first one free with your sides? Sides are called "beach bites" and they are $8 each. Well priced and hefty on portions! We saw people getting the chicken bites and let me tell you those plates were literally stacked! And they looked super crispy! Burgers and sandwiches range from $10-16 depending on what you get. Lots of great options! The line was LONG!!! But they give you a beeper with a number on it once you place and pay for your order. That helps keep people from piling up in front of the window. What a great idea! The vibe of this food truck is definitely that fun beachy feel. I would recommend this food truck over and over again!

Not sure what the bright orange colors have to do with Bigfoot, but I liked it. This is an order and pay at the counter and they'll call you when it is ready. The meat is a blend of Brisket, Bacon, and ground chuck. The blend itself is excellent. I could definitely taste the brisket in the blend. The burger itself as a whole was very good, it just missed in one regard. The bbq sauce was not to my liking. They have a lot of options to choose from though. The fries that come with it are very good, nice and crunchy. The service was friendly and efficient. Overall a very solid 4 star review. Would I return? Yes, while it's not going to crack my top 5 in the area, it is a very good burger spot and I highly recommend a stop.

I ordered the southern comfort bowl and choose brisket as my meat but I believe you can get 2 different types of meat if you want. It looks kinda small coming out of the truck but it was super filling! It was literally so tasty, the brisket was cooked perfectly, the Mac and cheese layer was delicious and I really am not a fan of creamy coleslaw or baked beans but these both pulled the whole bowl together. I would DEFINITELY order this again!! It was really fast to come out of the truck after I ordered and I thought the prices were extremely cheap and shocking for a food truck considering this was some of the best food truck food I've had in a while. I hope to order more from their menu in the future!

At first I had some sticker shock on a food truck, but my husband had his heart set on lobster so we went for it. I had the garlic lobster roll, clam chowder, and some tater tots. I'd normally never rank a take-out situation, but this meal was delicious and I have to tell you....TRY IT! The garlic lobster roll was worth every penny. Tots were 'eh' but tater tots are something better when they are crispy hot and fresh. By the time we got home to eat, the tots were sticking to the paper and were just luke warm. We still ate them and they were good. Soup I warmed up because the trip home did the temperature no favors through no fault of Cousins, but only because Michigan winters are basically an ice box. Thanks for the delish food, Cousins! I would order again!

There were some pretty big claws in the lobster roll, but the roll itself was still pretty small. I think it needed a little more butter too. But the lobster meat was good pretty well. The lobster tots were OK - definitely overpriced by about $3-5. The shreds of lobster were very small; I may have preferred if it was a lobster truffle/cheese type of flavor instead, but that's just me. I was really glad I got to try this food truck though, and it still hit the spot for a lobster roll. The service was efficient and quick, too!

Honestly it was an incredible location for a space and had such a great vibe inside. My best friend is a regular at the restaurant and we're hoping to see them more in smaller capacities like when we saw them at the Fulton St. Market. Overall, the food was really good. I like the concept of fast-casual dining without the need to have a server. I think it allows things to feel more casual and allowed for me to be more willing to eat there (obviously in other circumstances lol). I got the horchata hot cakes with some of the papas with ghost sauce. I thought the pancakes were GREAT and more than worth it for the price. I was surprised how large and fluffy they were. The flavor was great without being too sweet and none of the flavors being too overpowering. My friends got the breakfast sandwiches and chaichata drinks and absolutely loved them. My friend loved her drink so much she got two within the span of us eating. I know it's a hard time for local businesses but I'm hoping there are more ways we can still see them around.

Different from the last time I was here but we were told to find a seat upon entering and that when we were ready, we could order our food at the counter. I looked over their menu and found lots of good breakfast taco options, the breakfast burrito I have heard is great, but what really caught my attention was the biscuits and gravy. I was feeling quite ravenous this morning and got the full order for $11 and a side of bacon. They had a table close to the entrance with extra menus, clean cups, water jugs, hot sauces, silverware and napkins. Seemed like a help-yourself vibe which I grabbed everything we would need for our meal. Our food was brought to us rather quickly and my bf ordered the breakfast bowl with scrambled eggs and sausage. He told me it tasted so good and he loved that he could make his own tacos with his food. He let me try one of the hashbrown rounds and it was perfectly crispy! My biscuits and gravy were phenomenal. The biscuits were so fresh and the gravy had a really nice and comforting flavor to it. You could get chorizo and mushrooms in your gravy but i went with a traditional sausage for my protein. My bacon on the side came in a tiny dish but I ate all four pieces haha. Once we finished, there were some bus bins under the same table with the silverware, we placed all our dirty dishes there and cleaned up after ourselves before leaving. I honestly felt so content leaving there and can't wait to return. I really appreciate the ambiance in there with the beautiful plant life, the lights on the ceiling, and cool decor in general. The staff was also SO NICE! Wins everywhere. I also noticed people coming in for takeout which is good to know in case I don't feel like dining in some morning. Please check this place out sometime if you're in the mood for some really good breakfast that doesn't break your bank account.

Smoky, deep, savory, and the accompanying chorus of sauces keeps the meal bright and varied. I got the burnt ends and the pulled chicken and it was so. Damn. Good. If you even remotely like barbecue, this needs to be at the top of your list. My only mild complaint is that back in the day they had a platter where you could sample 3 meats for like $17 or $20, which was the holy grail of barbecue experience. Nowadays you need to buy 1/2 pound minimum of each meat which can make it tough to sample their all-star lineup of succulent meats. If this were to make a return, I'd be at Two Scott's weekly. Still, pretty good value for the insane quality of food and service that you're getting here. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I needed to stop with my family before we headed to the airport. I spotted this one on the map when searching for highly rated restaurants, and thanks to their handy-dandy online ordering system. I knew that we could plot a course get there eat our food and be on our way. No time to make our flights later this afternoon. I don't think any of us knew how delicious this meal was gonna be, but we were all glad that this was the stuff we chose to make. The smoked chicken wings were immaculate and the brisket was perfection. We also of course had rib tips and a whole slew of sides, including the smoked mushrooms and coleslaw and Housemade, tater tots, mac & cheese, baked beans and probably a few others I'm forgetting. We couldn't pick a favorite literally everything. Was that good And the sauces? Yeah, those are banging and beyond creative too. That green sauce was straight fire, and that Alabama weight style also nice for cooling things off. But if all of them were fantastic, and it was fun to make a match and find your favorite combo as we demolished the entirety of the order. Which is funny because when we placed it, we were kind of thinking this sounds like a lot of food and we didn't want any leftovers, but there were no leftovers to account for not because we ordered and forced ourselves because it was that good and we needed every bite available. Make the trip!
