The menu is huge with large sized portions. This is one of the few places I have seen lobster on the menu in Holland too. I decided to come down to the festival of the arts and see if I could find my food truck favorite and I couldn't be happier or luckier that I found this place. Most commonly you'll find Elote made by cup more often than in the cob but in my opinion the latter is far superior, and they sell both! They even offer either taki's dusted or hot Cheetos dusted (what I got). I really can't joke when I say even though this was what I was hopefully searching out, this place blew my expectations out of the water. This is probably the best Elote I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying, please give them a check out and some attention.
