Now I'm no genius but throwing the food away is the exact same as giving it to the customers who were waiting 1 hour in line because of downed systems. Why not do what right for the customers who had ordered already and the food was already prepared not the customer fault you kept taking the orders when the systems was down. Never had this experience with QDOBA before maybe there needs manager training on how to deal with customers in this situation for that GM.
