I talked to Scott, the Owner. I explained how great his place is and that he needs to put an additional location on the SE side. This place has all of the qualities of the ole taco restaurants from the 70's and 80's. Very clean and very good food! I especially am a big fan of their homemade hot sauce. Really good food at solid pricing. Well done Scott! read more

They have always had amazing food, but when my fiancée got her wisdom teeth removed and wanted some good food, I asked if they could do anything for her. THEY FRIGGIN DELIVERED. They made a little burrito salad with everything finely shredded so she could eat it without having any pain 10/10 great service!!! read more

I got a chicken taco. It was super bland. Absolutely no taste at all. The meat was dry like they had boiled it and Russell shredded it. I absolutely will never be coming back. read more

Great lunch spot for a quick bite. I haven't been actually inside but it's super clutch that they have a drive thru. It's quick too for the type of food and quality you're getting! Prices are cheap and portions are good. They make a good wet burrito with beef, beans, and rice. Could definitely make it 2 meals. The chips and salsa were good too. Salsa had a little kick which I enjoyed. I would definitely move this into my regular lunch rotation. They also have a taco Tuesday deal that they have posted at their drive thru. read more

We just picked up an order. The food is cold. We paid for extra sour cream. Instead of the 6 we ordered they gave us at least 12 but there was no hot sauce or 1 of the extra guacamole we ordered. I'm sorry I gave them a tip. No hot sauce for Mexican food plus and the fact that it was cold should be a crime! read more

Absolutely the best food around. Many items to choose from. Staff was absolutely amazing, kind, friendly, helpful. Wonderful people!! I had the Wet Burrito, THE BEST BURRITO EVER!! Don't let the exterior or location of this place dissuade you, Quick Time definitely has some of the better Tex-Mex food in Grand Rapids. My wife described as just good comfort food. The High 5 Queso Burrito was excellent, and their original hot sauce is very tasty. The chips and queso are also a great addition to any entree. read more

I've eaten here a half a dozen times or so and finally decided to write a review. I will separate the 2 parts of the experience. Food: The food is very good. Not the least bit authentic, but good. I like the tacos and enchiladas, and the one time I got a wet burrito it was delicious. They boast that their hot sauce is homemade. It's good, but I wouldn't say it's really much better than Ortega sauce from a jar. It's certainly not overly special. Overall, I'd give the food an 8 out of 10. Service: This is where it gets rough. Although I haven't had any experience where I was treated deplorably, the overall attitude from employees is that they really hate their jobs. After a half a dozen visits, I can safely say this a pattern and not just someone having a bad day. I've only come on Tuesday which is their busy day, so I get that they are in a bit of a hurry. But I can safely say that I have never been thanked, and I've never seen anything close to a smile from the drive-thru staff. I also always have to ask for hot sauce, they never ask. And it doesn't matter if you order 1 taco or 6 tacos, they only throw one cup of hot sauce in the bag. One time I ordered an enchilada and they threw it on top of the tacos and the sauce and cheese leaked all over the tacos in the bag. Big mess. Overall, I'd give the service a 2 out of 10. So if you like Americanized Mexican food, this isn't a bad place to eat. Just don't expect friendly service because you won't get it here. read more

Used to be a go to. Not so much anymore. They've changed their taco meat and it's grizzly now. Yuck.

I went through the drive-through today to get some burritos. The wait at the speaker was very long. But.... to my surprise I think there has been new ownership and changes. The new burritos are delicious. Fresh. Great cheese. Great chicken. The #1 is the best fast food burrito I have ever had. The portion size is very nice. The regular hamburger burrito was great too. This place serves really good food. I'm curious to go back and try the other burritos ans try the wet sauce. read more

I've passed by Quick Time a couple times and decided tonight was the night to try it! Can you say .... TACO TUUEESSSDAYYYY!!!! I ordered the High 5 Queso Burrito and requested their homemade hot sauce. Let me tell you, this burrito hit it spot on. I've been craving this type of food for the longest and always dreaded going to Taco Bell. This definitely fixed my craving. The chicken was juicy and blended well with the rice, beans and amazing queso. This place was a win for me and I'll definitely come back for some more! read more

#4/wet/onions outside/2 hot sauces...I could eat that every day for the rest of my life, it's that good. I gladly make the 15 minute drive!

Best. Burritos. Ever. I used to go to Quick Time constantly when I lived locally. It was a very delicious, filling meal, for not a lot of money. I've since moved to Chicago and have struggled to find a similar burrito to their namesake "quick time". I was recently in town and this restaurant was high on my list of places to go. They did not disappoint! read more

Filling, great taste, great quantity and not expensive! Read another review on here with the High Five Queso burrito and my goodness delicious! Also a wet burrito for my boyfriend and he loved it. Side of cookies and it just got better and better. First time trying and won't be the last! read more

I went through the drive thru so I can't comment on the restaurant itself. I got a beef wet burrito. It was on the small size. That being said it was quite good. Lots of beef, ground but tasty. A nice shell covered with lots of cheese. The red sauce is tasty if a bit thin. The price is certainly right at $7. So all being said I would definitely go here again. A solid 4 stars. read more

QuickTime Burrito catered my sons high school graduation party yesterday. What a great experience! Scott made sure we had everything we needed to feed the masses. The food was fresh and was always full. EVERYONE raved about how good the tacos were. The price was way below any better known taco places and waaaay better. I highly recommend using them for your next event! read more

I have driven by here many times but have not had the time. Please stop what your doing and get to this place as soon as you can!!! Best Wet Burrito I have ever had! You obviously have to pay more to get that high quality but it is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! I had the quick time which has beef and chicken which seems weird but is actually great. Next time going to try #4 with wet sauce I think But you can just see the quality in there food read more

Every time I go here I have nothing but problems getting my food done the right way I ordered online once today and that went wrong and when I called to ask about it or find out why the dude on the phone was extremely ignorant and rude and if he's the owner he has no right to be in business not to mention the reason they're not open is because they have a problem with cockroaches I just found that out after complaining to other people read more

This restaurant names says it all, "Quick", meaning fast food. But that doesn't mean it wasn't good. My wet burrito was delicious! Make sure to get it with pork. My TacoDog, wasn't a huge fan but it wasn't bad, worth the try! Our homemade queso came out cold, that's why it wasn't a 4-star. If you're craving Taco Bell, come here instead! read more

Quick Time Burritos & Tacos - a meal on a tray - Mexican Near Me - Wyoming, Michigan

Worst 25 bucks spent ever!! My wife and I decided to check them out and went through the drive-thru. The employee was not polite or helpful at all. I ordered chips and salsa, and also a wet chicken burrito covered with queso. The the guys says they were out of queso. At this point I just asked them to add Lettuce and tomato's; (which is 60 cent for one and 30 Cent for the other). No big deal though (I say to myself). He says he will just add Jalapeño peppers since they didn't have queso. My wife orders 10 tacos for her and the kids,5 hard and 5 soft. We live less then a mile away so you would think that it would still be hot, but NO we get home and the food is cold !!! I cut into my wet burrito and the chicken was very over cooked and tasted like cat food. I proceed to look in this greasy bag for my jalapeño peppers there's none at all!! I ask my wife what she thought and she felt that the tacos were extremely bland and depressing!!! My children barely ate and they love tacos. Never again QuickTime read more

While this place has great food, if you're going to eat here, better make it delivery. I regularly ordered delivery from Quicktime when I was working nearby. I felt the food, portions, service, and prices were great--not to mention their super speedy delivery. All was well until I decided to eat in one day. Not my best move. My husband and I entered the restaurant and stood in line behind a woman who was ordering. She was chatting with the cashier and laughing; everything was going ok...until it was our turn. The cashier took my order with no issue, but as my husband started to place his order, she said to us, "Y'all are lucky I'm helping y'all. I'm on my break right now." (Umm, how were we supposed to know?) She finished taking our order and then vanished quickly after. It was weird. So, anyway, my burrito was great as always (my husband thought his was only ok), and the rest of the meal went smoothly. I still like Quicktime because I've had more good experiences than bad, but they should probably better train their cashiers (or be more selective in hiring) going forward. ---- PRO TIP: Get the queso and chips! read more

We wanted to make Cinco de Mayo special for our teachers this year during Teacher Appreciation Week. When we found out the following things about Quick Time Burritos and Tacos we were sold! The meat is purchased local and never frozen. Scott makes his salsa, queso, and beans from scratch and daily. The corn shells are GF. It's fresh and delicious food for pretty darn cheap! Scott was a pleasure to work with, he delivered it and set up. When we were running low on the chicken and queso (because it was so yummy), he happily brought more with one easy phone call. If you have not tried this yet and live in the Grand Rapids area be sure to visit soon! read more

The food was only ok. The chips for the queso had way too much salt on them. I got the original Burrito with beef, beans, cheese, lettuce and tomato. I could make a better Burrito at home. I also ordered cookies with my meal. The cookies were the best thing out of the food I ordered. read more

These guys cater our company client appreciate event every year. We get rave reviews on the food. We espcially love the mini-burrito's!

Very bland sauce and meats. Not offensive, just bland and that is not a compliment. I hate to say this, but I would far rather go to Taco Bell because while they might not be authentic, they at least have some decent flavor. read more

We go here a couple of times a month for lunch. Absolutely love it. The cinna crisps are a must have to finish a great burrito.

Food is good. Service is terrible. Ordered online at 4:30 for a 5:15 pickup time. Arrived at 5:15 and there was a line around the building. Called and was told I had to wait in line to get my food. 45 minutes later I get to the window and was handed cold food. I asked them to remake it and the manager said they were doing the best they could. Unfortunately, I believed him. A bag of cold food seemed to be the best they could do. read more
