First time trying Jersey Mikes Review... Food was fresh and delicious. Service was outstanding, workers would give recommendations and seemed like they cared about clientele. Ambiance was pretty good for a small strip mall building. 4/5 because the fountain machine wasn't giving ice and it was 86 outside. read more

Came in to get one sandwich at 8:20. Super rude staff immediately and were frustrated that we were paying with cash. claimed their lobby closes at 8:30, so we had to leave after our sandwich was made- even though they close at 9. I love the other Jersey Mikes on 28th street. Very friendly staff there! Unfortunately will never be coming back to this location again because of the rude staff. And to mention, they messed up everything on the ONE sandwich we ordered. Very disappointed. read more

Terrible roast beef sub! Tons of bread and minimal fillings. I'm very disappointed. Hopefully they will remedy this. read more

Came in today, with my family. I was having a rough day but the staff was nice and were transparent about allergies since I have a lot of food restrictions due to health. The sandwich was delicious with the drink. :) We were well greet when we came in too! Some tables were left unclean though and when we wanted to ask something to the staff they all left to the back. Overall an alright experience! read more

What amazing service! The young gentleman working the register Saturday night (6/22) was a joyful delight! He greeted us and everyone that walked through the door immediately, offered suggestions, and made some tasty subs. We will definitely be back! The 99 was delicious read more

Love Jersey Mike's!! Anything I have ever eaten here is fresh and tasty. Service is always great.

I came in today craving a thick, meaty, delicious sandwich, and Jersey Mikes delivered. When it comes to sandwiches, I'm a pretty simple guy; I like a turkey sandwich that's similar to a turkey BLT. So I ordered the #7 with my preferred toppings. When I placed my order, the first thing I noticed was the excellent customer service. I was greeted with a friendly hello, and my order was processed quickly. I was in and out quickly and had a great overall experience. The sandwich was also delicious; I would highly recommend getting one from here. If you're really hungry, they also have a giant sandwich option, which I thought was very appealing. Thanks for the awesome experience! read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - ##7 Turkey and Provolone - Fast Food Near Me - Grand Rapids, Michigan

Tried this place for the first time to help with their commendable Feeding America fundraiser. Since I wouldn't be eating for several hours, I requested the vinegar and oil on the side. They ignored my request and I ended up with a soggy sub with too much dressing. Probably won't be going back. If a restaurant is going to offer their customers the opportunity for special requests, they need to honor them. read more

I don't even know how this is possible, but I ordered a #7 and a #8 today and picked it up, brought it home, opened it and it was literally two sub buns, cut, wrapped, and bagged. No cheese, no nothing, just bread. Like, how do you not realize you are just cutting and wrapping nothing?!? read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - 2 wrapped breads?!? - Fast Food Near Me - Grand Rapids, Michigan

This review is for food from this location of Jersey Mike's, delivered via Uber Eats. I've been to another location of Jersey Mike's in the past and was not that impressed. However, I decided to give them another try when I had a coupon code and didn't feel like cooking or going out one night for dinner. I ordered the Italian and my boyfriend chose the buffalo chicken wrap. Obviously I can't comment on the interior of this location, but the food was good! The Italian was definitely enough to have leftovers or share, and it was packed with meat, cheese, and fresh veggies. I do know from my other experience that they slice the meat and cheese per order, and you can really tell as everything tastes fresh and delicious! The amount of meat and cheese on the sandwich was great, too. I opted out of the oil and vinegar that normally comes on it since I didn't want it to get soggy on the ride over. I added banana peppers which I love on an Italian sandwich. The buffalo chicken wrap was not quite as good as the Italian-it comes with grilled chicken breast rather than the breaded chicken tenders you usually see in a buffalo chicken wrap. No complaints here, a healthier option is nice. The whole wrap seemed a little over-sauced, but that is probably due to the fact that we added ranch as well as the buffalo. Whoops! Would not do that again. The extra sauciness made it a bit messy and tough to eat but the flavors were good. I don't think we'd order this particular item again, but definitely enjoyed the flavors and of course the Italian was great. I would absolutely check them out in person sometime in the future if I'm craving a tasty sandwich! read more

Excellent service and a great sandwich! There's a wide variety of sandwiches to choose from, too. I highly recommend this place.

Great food and service! I stop by for lunch often and always enjoy it. They have no problem keeping up with the line and providing a high quality sandwich. read more

First time here and had an above average experience. The prices are a bit high for a very high bread ratio sub. I ordered the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak sandwich, giant size. They cook the onions peppers and mushrooms made to order right behind the counter and cut fresh slices of cheese as well. The taste of these ingredients were on the tastier side. However, this was offset by the bread ratio which seemed massive. It was similar to a Philly cheese steak with au jus style ratio...without the au jus. This made it a bit on the dry side of things but did not stop me from eating the entire sub in one sitting. I would come here again but might ask for more meat/ingredients to better proportion the sub. read more

Worst JM I've ever been too. I've been to dozens all over the country and I can't believe how much these employees hate working there and treat customers like crap. I got yelled at by a worker today for no reason, never go here. I've given them multiple attempts but it's nothing like any other jersey mikes read more

And another thing: I wanted wheat bread. I made that clear. I got white bread. Taking orders from customers in a fast food joint ain't rocket science. read more

Beltline location has slow service, the employees were very slow to respond to customers walking through the door.

I ordered a sub. The person behind me ordered the same thing. To show witch one was mine I pointed I'm finger above the glass. In a instant a women yelled at me to get my hands from over the glass. Sorry I'm trying to help you out so you don't put pickles on the other guys sub. Why so mad? Food was ok. The building bathroom was gross. The atmosphere could of Been better considering I got yelled at for trying to help. read more

Never been to a Jersey Mike's before. This just opened up in the last week. It took a bit to get our order as they were quite busy. We both ordered the club which has turkey, ham, bacon, and provolone. None of the meat or cheese was pre cut and neither was the cheese. Bread was good and the sandwich was good. Seen them frying some onions and steak for a philly cheese steak sandwich. Fresh and made to order. They also have gluten free options. Priced a little higher than I like for the size of the sandwiches, but I was not disappointed in the eats. Just not blown away buy anything. Staff was friendly and tried to keep up with the crowd that was coming in. Everything was coming at them. A big $90 sandwich order, online orders, and people like us just walking in. I think they did very good under the pressure, especially being such a new store. read more

Today I went to Jersey Mikes to purchase 20 $20.00 gift cards to use as rewards for my staff. The young lady that waited on me was pleasant enough and attempted to assist me with my purchase. Only problem, they only had 12 gift cards...however, this young lady was quick with a service recovery suggestion that their 28th street store would have plenty of gift cards to satisfy my needs. So off to 28th street store I went. Upon arrival at Jersey Mike's in 28th street the cashier there told me the other store had called and told them I was on my way, but they had NO gift cards...are you kidding me? It would seem to me that a place like Jersey Mike's would have a plethora of cards available for sale, but alas not. On a positive note, the Starbucks across 28th street had so many gift cards to choose from and they were very happy to accommodate my need. read more

I've had Jersey Mike's before and I thought it was ok, but recently I went to the one on the East Beltline and I have nothing but good things to say. First off the food is made right then and there, there's no sitting around and letting it get cold, so the foods nice and hot when you get it. Another thing is how quick it was. I didn't wait long at all for the sub to be made. This place is great for getting a sandwich and the food is even better. I would recommend this to anyone looking to try something other than Subway or Jimmy Johns. The food at Jersey Mike's is a ten fold better. It's a little bit pricey, but it's not much more than what you'd spend at Jimmy Johns or Subway. Again I would recommend this place over the aforementioned businesses any day. read more

food was done wrong and I was very specific about the special order my order was taken by a young guy he repeated it to me & then off to be cooked & the things I can't have on the sandwich was cooked right into the meat...waste of my time & money. not busy, not chaotic , just ignored read more

I can't say anything about the inside of the restaurant because I've never been in. Today is the fourth day of trying to get subs here and finding a paper sign taped to the door that just says closed. I'm sure it's a staffing issue but at some point there needs to be a corporate assessment of this location. I get that people are sick or whatever and I'm not suggesting they work when they're sick, but as a corporation you need to have some accountability for your sites. If you can't staff it then don't keep it open, or send people from other locations to cover it. Each time I've stopped by has been a different day of the week or time of day. Twice there were people inside, behind the counter actively avoiding eye contact. I called to see if anyone would answer and the person who answered did not say anything about being closed until I asked. I asked if there were just random closures and they insisted no, however they had been closed "just this week" and *should* be open tomorrow. read more

Do not add drinks to any order. They've missed the drinks three times in a row for me.

I ordered food on the app to pick up in the store. When I got to the store it was closed. Now I wasted money and time. I never received my food. This is a sham and a wrong way to do business. read more

First time to Jersey Mikes and not impressed. No choices of bread and the bread was comparable to a gas station sub. The staff was very friendly but the food is just meh! read more

I routinely pick up subs from this Jersey Mikes and I prefer hot subs and enjoy the fresh ingredients. The young female staff was working this past Tuesday when I was there, and she is always very helpful and sweet while I am debating on what type of sub to try out on my visit. I look forward to enjoying my next sub from Jersey Mikes! read more

Very dirty inside lazy employees it seems as they just threw to go orders on the counter, bad vibe here

Went to this location and got two subs. I was texting while they where making my subs so I didn't see the eff ups. My bad lol. I get home and open one of the subs. The bread is rather burned. I call back to tell the assistant manager this. He tells me to come in to replace it. I live 20 minutes away. I inform him of this. His response..."Oh well." This sub is like 13 bucks. Served with burned bread. Manger was extremely rude. Will never go to this location. read more

I'm giving a two star review for the lack of prompt service we experienced at this location. We placed an order for two sandwiches online about half an hour before we arrived to pick them up. The staff had not even started the order yet. I have placed online orders at other Jersey Mikes locations in the past with no issues and even during rush times! When we walked in, the staff members were just dicking around in an otherwise empty store. We were expecting to just pick up our food so we weren't late to our appointment that day. read more
