Despite ample lead time and premium pricing, the delivery was completely mishandled. The package arrived late, during the afternoon hours of Xmas Eve day, no one was available to receive the package by then, and it was rescheduled for delivery several days later, with confusing/misleading tracking information posted. When the order finally arrived, 2 containers of soup were fully spoiled, the latkes were missing, and the only usual items was a challah bread and a cake. The rest was a total loss. This was meant to be a meaningful holiday gift, a comforting box of food to enjoy for the holiday. Instead, it turned out to be a waste of money and unnecessary frustration. Paying this much for food that arrives late, is incomplete, and/or is unsafe to eat is unacceptable by any standard. There is no excuse for this level of failure. To top it off, Customer Service was unhelpful and unapologetic. I would strong urge others to NOT order from this company, particularly if the time matters or if the food is intended as a gift.

Because on the one hand, you technically have ample amounts of spaces to park in. Or...you WOULD, if not for the signs en masse that read "[insert corporate company name here] parking only - all violators will be towed at owner's expense." I find this hilarious because I feel like that would be impossible to enforce for folks parking less than 10 minutes to pick up an order like I did. So, I guess my pro tip of the day would be: feel free to park wherever at your own risk if and ONLY if you're getting take-away. If you're actually dining in, I suppose you'll have to wait painstakingly for one of the few parking spots actually designated for Pressed specifically to open. By the way, if you're picking up a take-away order, the take-out shelf is smack dab next to their side entrance opposite the side where you would normally order your food. It's one of those "blink once and you'll miss it" type things the first time visiting. From my vantage point, this place stays quite busy. Not surprising, considering the Burlington area in general. Clearly, a lot of folks come here mid-work day which is also the only reason I came here to begin with. Overall, not a bad lunch stop, though the parking can be slightly obnoxious. I'm giving Pressed Cafe in Burlington 4 Chipotle Short Rib bowls dubiously seasoned out of 5.
