I get a lot of food delivered to my job from this location. The food is always good, but the delivery lacks. There have been two times where they were more than 15 mins late for the delivery. When I call the location to see what's going on, they never have an answer for me. Just say "the driver is on the way". One time for a breakfast delivery at 7:45am, they claimed to have run out of one of their pastries. So instead of replacing the item with something else or calling me to see what I wanted to do, they just ended up not bringing/replacing the item, and telling me during delivery, that it'll be refunded. So we were short a few items that day for our meeting. Very disappointing with delivery and customer service. read more

Have not eaten here so this is not a review of the food BUT I Would've like to have eaten here, but they won't even allow you to place an order over the phone if your going to pay in cash at the store. Absolutely ridiculous. EDIT: scratch that, I ended up trying it out, not only did they get my order wrong but they also told me there wasn't anything they could do about it and to come back tomorrow for a credit. Glad atleast half of my order was right so my kids could atleast eat an enjoyable dinner. Wish I could say the same for myself. read more

This is your standard Panera experience, with a little bit of added disappointment. We stopped here for lunch on a weekday, and it was super packed! There were multiple lines, as people were confused where to wait for the regular checkouts versus the self checkouts. The woman taking our order was very confused on how to apply our MyPanera Rewards coupons to the order. They were out of various bagels and the Sprouted Grain Rolls. Service was on the slow side, and it took forever to get our food. The bathroom was filthy. The food was standard Panera food. Menu items were overpriced just like at any Panera location. The only thing I really liked about this Panera was the layout. There are a lot of different seating options, tons of windows to let in natural light and offer a view of the gorgeous scenery outside, and there was a really nice patio area. Overall, I didn't have a really great experience here. There's definitely some improvement needed at this location. read more

The minute my dad walked in, he was warmly greeted by Ellis, one of the great employees here. Ellis escorted us to a table and helped my dad sit down. At that point our notification buzzer went off & Ellis ran up to the counter to get our plates for us! Afterward he kept an eye on my dad and when he realized my father was not going to finish his sandwich he brought us a "to go" box. I love this place for the food and for the friendly experience we have whenever we dine here. read more

Panera is by far my favorite chain cafe out there. High quality, reasonably-priced food with something for everyone makes this place unbeatable. The service at this particular Panera was awesome- they gave me extra bread and a refill on my green tea, which not all Panera stores do. I had the you pick two options, Mac and cheese and creamy broccoli and cheddar soup. The soup was a little too thick and rich for me but I loved the Mac and cheese. Worst Panera ever...our office regularly orders food from Grubhub, Panera and other places that deliver. This Panera gets catering order wrong, arrives well after the delivery window with cold food and they s generally unapologetic for their poor service. For a company that could have consistent catering business from the second largest employer in the area, they just don't seem to care. read more

Dirty. We always have weekend breakfast in Panera wherever we are. This location is larger than our local Panera BUT DIRTY! Sat on Table 22, we literally saw dust falling down on our plates and when we looked up, the shutters are coated in loose dust and grime. Had to move to the center table. Where do I begin - today I placed on order online @950 am. I called the store within 1 minute of my order to please ask for my sandwich to be toasted - Crystal, cancels the current order in order to modify my order to be toasted; I was fine with that... despise the fact that she put me in hold for several minutes until I realize they were being rude - I call again and they began to put ne in hold until I landed on the managers line [I was placed in hold because they couldn't understand a word i wad saying so rude!] The manager re-places my order in which I had no clue as to track it - I call again 40 minutes after to see if my order wad anywhere my direction, but no information on my order. I'm not sure how this location stays in business honestly. Their customer service is none existent. I ordered an apple as my side, noticed is was moldy and yellow/brown. Disgusting, so I decided to give them a call just to let them know to maybe check on their other fruits to make sure the others weren't like this one. I got asked who I was and told them I was a customer, I ended up being on hold for 30 minutes waiting to speak to the manager. I eventually hung up and called back only to get hung up on. Other issues have happened like that where they hang up the phone. The staff there is the worst kind of bunch you'd ever see. No surprise the orders always get messed up and missing something. Try to give them chance after chance but this was ridiculous. Never have products in stock as well. Worst location ever. read more

I like this Panera Bread. It is in a nice older community (i say that because at 24 I was the youngest person there and everyone else was at least 40-50 years old), so the restaurant was quiet and good for the morning coffee. It's situated in a strip mall plaza type of area. I came here for breakfast with my grandmother before I got on the train to head home. I love Panera's four cheese souffles, they are my favorite thing! This time was no exception, although this time the recipe might have changed a little bit but my souffle taste a little bit more like an eggs Benedict (a little acidic, like lime juice?) then it did cheese, but it was still really delicious and I enjoyed it. The eggs were super fluffy. My grandmother just had a coffee and a bagel, nothing fancy. Overall we had a pleasant breakfast. read more

My fiance and I came to this Panera on 10/6/15 at 4:52pm. (time on my receipt) When you first walk in, the cafe itself is beautiful. Nicely cared for, and I never saw a table dirty for more than a minute or two (kudos to your dining room staff!) Our food came out very quickly, and all looked and tasted great. Kudos again to your kitchen staff. My main problem was with the face of the store, my cashier and management. When we got up to the register to order, our cashier was Issac. We stood at the register a solid 30 seconds while he was busy sending off a few texts on his iPhone that was sitting next to his register. As we were ordering, we never received any eye contact, and barely more than a grunt in response. It left such a bad taste in my mouth, I looked around to see if I could spot a manger to talk to. There was one middle aged gentleman in a green polo shirt that looked like he could have been a manager, but he had no name tag on to identify himself, and I only saw him twice as he came to change out the coffee pots. The two stars are for your dining room staff and your efficient kitchen staff working that afternoon, as well as the great ambiance of the cafe. I love Panera, and frequent the restaurants back home in California. I'm sorry to say I'm not eager to try any more Paneras on the east coast after this experience.... read more

First time at Panera in a long time. There was a long line, but I used a quick- order kiosk- which I loved- with no wait! I liked that there is a special little waiting area for the quick orders. As busy as they were, I literally waited only about 5 minutes for my large takeout order. Everything was delicious and nicely prepared; the Thai and Greek salads were very ample. The turkey blt was good, but a little bland. Also got 6 bagels for next day breakfast that were large and fresh. The restaurant is small and oddly orchestrated, and seemed dingy. I wouldn't like to eat in, especially because it's crowded and noisy. Too bad they can't expand. The staff I interacted with were very polite and efficient. read more

I've always been a Panera fan as I feel that their food is healthy. I must say that their prices have gotten to the point that I don't feel I will be going back soon. I ordered two kid's macaroni and cheese with yogurt sticks. The amount of macaroni and cheese was about 1 cup per serving. Those four items cost me $15 including a $3 tip. That's outrageous! This is by far the worst Panera I have ever been to. The parking is horrendous and the lack of seating is worse. They should have made this place bigger. Many of the tables are taken up by W&M students on their computers (ever heard of a library?) or groups of women who don't want to dirty up their homes holding meetings and taking notes. With constant management changes, the portions are getting smaller and the untrained staff doesn't know the menu changes. They have a large outside area in a wind tunnel that's rarely used. Wake up and expand your library to this unused space. One positive note: Ellis is a kind and hard working employee. Always positive and full of enthusiasm! read more

This Panera needs some management attention. I had never been to a Panera bread that was out of French baguette, focaccia bread for frontage chicken, croutons, romaine lettuce and lids for fountain beverages. How you expect your customers to carry out their drinks ? On top that, our order was messed up by cashier and people who work at the line. Frontage had little cheese and the cheese was not melted even though I asked for double toast and they forgot to put basil too, it tasted horrible. Cream of tomato was Luke warm with out croutons as they run out. BBQ chicken on flat bread was not tasted good either and it didn't have enough BBQ sauce. Greek salad was made with field greens. I tried the rapid pick-up today. It is easy and it turned out convenient since there were no vacant tables after I got my order. I still had to get my own drink with the empty cup they put inside my bag. I am disappointed that I only get less than half the amount of soup on a to-go order than when I am eating there. At least i took advantage of a $5 discount to try this system out. I will in the future order and eat inside. I went to order food this afternoon and was absolutely disgusted by the negligence of the workers. There were MULTIPLE people preparing food that had their masks below their noses (which we all know is as useless as not wearing a mask at all).
