You go to the dessert place a few doors down and get a medley of treats. 3. If you're two people, order three things and share a bit of each. 4. When you're almost done, order two coffees to go then sit back down. 5. I had never heard of Blaze before, but I tried it on the recommendation of a local friend who told me it was the best pizza I'd ever have. It really is very good--and perhaps most importantly, it's consistently good. You have lots of choices, both in crusts and toppings. You can build your own pizza or choose one of their signature combinations, like the Meat Lovers, and add extra toppings if you wish. The standard crust isn't too thick and has just a bit of char from their very hot oven. The staff is excellent, and even when there's a long line, it moves quickly. From the time you place your order to when your pizza comes out of the oven is only a few minutes. There's plenty of seating inside, or you can opt for takeout. They offer fountain sodas and beer, along with appetizers and salads--and you can even order half pizzas with salads. Overall, it's a great place for pizza--and the prices are quite reasonable, too.
