My husband and I have eaten here before and it is always a pleasant experience. The restaurant is clean and there are enough tables. The music is actually in the background not blasting. We both got the pick 2 which is nice to get a soup or salad with sandwich for us. He got the Asiago bagel chicken sandwich and Loved it. I ordered the chicken avocado blt. Not going to get it again. The chicken was not nicely sliced like the picture, just bits and pieces which kept falling out of my sandwich. And the nicely sliced avocado on the picture was not on my sandwich, just a little smooshed green on the bread. We had the tomato soup and the chicken noodle soup. Both were good but a little cooler temperature than we would like. Of course, the coffee is always great since it grinds just before you get your cup. The employees are always very nice here. This is the closest Panera to my place of work. Usually if I order something simple there's no issues. However there have been several instances where I've expressed having a food allergy. Only one employee at this location has ever taken it seriously. When I contacted the manger to express my concerns it was disregarded. The location is nice and clean. My Panera is great! I ordered a breakfast sandwich for dine in. After I picked it up, I went back to the pick up counter to look to see if I could find any hot sauce. Everyone was busy so I didn't bother any employees. The new drive thru Panera is beautiful inside! High ceilings, white and bright, clean and has a European bakery vibe. Outside seating is perfect if you have a dog and want to chill with a book or work and eat. The manager was so nice and I did ask her about the pothole outside by entrance, it's not Paneras drive. She said they have called, it was patched and came off so they will need to fix again. So drive slow and avoid it. Drive thru is great too! I placed an online drive through order for my lunch and it was to be ready at 1:19pm. I arrive to the store shortly after 1:20pm and waited 15 minutes for my very small order to come out. When I arrived back at work to eat I found none of the items I ordered were correct. This was extremely frustrating due to the time restraint I was in for my lunch break. This Panera is fairly new and beautifully designed which means it has such great potential to be amazing but is has to be one of the worse Panera's I have ever been to. We live in the area and were so excited to have a Panera close by and with a drive through! However, the order time is painstakingly slow. The wait in the drive through has never been less than 25 minutes even with just one car ahead of me. Portion sizes are off, cafe drinks are overly sweet, and even when I am in a rush and order just a bagel with cream cheese, I am guaranteed to get the wrong cream cheese to go with it. I have given this location a dozen chances and it has not improved. Not one iota. Whoever reads these reviews is obviously not communicating with the store managers and associates because it's still really bad here. P.S. Often times, curbside pickup option is turned off and unavailable in the app. A manager said it was because they were too busy with inside and drive thru orders. P.P.S. This Panera is a mess. I made an in app order for the drive through pickup. First off, I noticed a dead mouse next to the kitchen entrance by the drive thru. Disgusting. I told the worker at the window and she said she'd let someone know to clean it up right away. My order was almost correct, but she didn't give me my drink so I had to go back. Secondly, the fruit cup had the use by sticker on it, and that had passed by a day. So be careful what you eat as some things may have already gone bad. I didn't eat the fruit, obviously. Third. I went to bite into my cookie and there was a hair baked into it. The final straw was when I was about halfway done with my Mediterranean bowl and found a dead bug mixed in with the food. I'm so thankful I noticed it and didn't eat it. I went back to the restaurant to bring the bowl with the dead bug in it, and what do you know, the mouse was still sitting by the kitchen door. I will not be returning here. The health department should be checking it out though. read more

They have about eight parking spots for the entire place unless you walk from all the way over by the bank and over half the time they're out of almost everything that you could want from drinks to food, and also the employees are not very friendly. read more

I was really looking forward to Panera opening a new location in Danada Square near Whole Foods and Starbucks, but was very disappointed after two visits. The location is fantastic. It's easier to get to and maneuver aroung and has an already robust popular new drive-through. However, inside it's far worse than the Rice Square Panera. There seem to be fewer tables inside and it's really noisy. The acoustics are terrible and it's hard to hold a conversation . Behind the counter a cook seemed to be pounding something for a long time which added to the noise. They also only have two cash terminals and the line was long. Moreover, they got my order and that of my friends wrong. I can let that pass as it seemed the staff was new, but that can't make up for the poor inside set-up. Just don't understand why they created a cold-feeling, noisy enviromnent without enough cash registers to serve guests. The old Panera had such a nice, warm and inviting atmosphere. Perhaps they think - rightly so perhaps - that more walk-in traffic will convert to drive-through, but that is still no excuse for the poor inside design. Dissapointing and won't be going back for sit-down service. read more

I was surprised to find out when I went in here 3 weeks ago at the manager told me they no longer have any whole grain breads. They're a bread price, why?! What happened to the whole wheat bagels in the whole grain breads? I don't want a sandwich on white bread. I tried to contact corporate three times and they don't care enough to contact me back. The Wheaton - Danada Panera has seen its customer service decline over the years and is completely abysmal now! I have been going to that restaurant for over 13 years now regularly and my take out orders get messed up approx every 3rd order! The staff all know me, but largely ignore me when I have to come back to the store with their order screwup, as if I had done something wrong, instead of their own staff being to blame!?! I rarely get an apology and I rarely ever get any refunds or compensation for their continued mistakes and my wasted time (or gas) in having to return to the store. The store owner needs to hire managers that aren't afraid to provide customer service and then they need to competently train their food prep staff and bring back some quality to the products they offer! The store and its employees used to be great, but it's merely a shadow of what it used to be today. read more

Panera used to be a sleepy bakery when it first started. But it has transformed itself into a bakery / restaurant / meeting place / wireless connected workplace. Technology has moved it ahead of its older cousin, Starbucks and it hasn't looked back. One of the reasons people prefer a company is because of "ease of doing business with them" and with all the innovations Panera now offer, it's easy to get what you want at this place. It is easy to pre-order online and bypass the lines using rapid pickup, and it's easy to avoid the lines when you get there by using ordering kiosks. The food is always fresh, the staff helpful and in general this is a great place to hang out to do work, eat a meal or just get a coffee and baked treat. read more

I had a good dine in experience here meeting a friend for lunch. I'm all about the strawberry poppyseed salad with chicken! She got there first and ordered for me. They allowed her to substitute an apple for the bread and even sliced it up. We didn't have to wait long for our food and it was fresh and so tasty! One of the employees even came by to ask how we were doing. Minus one star for how slow the lines move here. It seems to take way too long for the employees to take an order and move on to the next person. I feel like this location is always crazy busy so waiting times are longer. I ordered the frontega chicken sandwich (without the chicken, sub spinach) for a veggie option (it's sooo good). They forgot the spinach, as they often do (not just this location, all of them). I saw the girl "check" the order, but all she did was make sure there's a sandwich and my chips in the bag, didn't verify that it was correct. On the other hand, the chipotle sauce they use is delicious, so I do recommend trying that. For the first time I tried the strawberry with lemon and mint drink and it surprised me, it was very refreshing and yummy! I think it's a little misleading of a name, as it's basically strawberry lemonade with caffeine, had I known this I would order it more. The "mint" throws it off. read more

This is your pretty standard Panera bread location. The food is extremely fresh and very delicious but like always it is slightly overpriced. I am a big fan of the soufflés that they have but unfortunately they are sold out in a few hours. I'm not sure why they don't have them throughout the entire day. The broccoli cheddar soup is something that I usually get and it is extremely delicious and filling. I love coming here to study and hang out with friends. I'm not a big fan of the cookies because I feel like there is way too much sugar in them. The coffee however is almost as good as any other coffee shop you'll find in the area.
