I always manage to find an available electrical outlet here, the staff is extremely friendly, the place is always clean & warm, and I get to drink unlimited water and work on personal projects in peace without interruption, with the occasional Panera meal. I used to enjoy Panera but they took everything I ever got on the menu off, including the asiago steak sandwich and the Asian chicken salad. After they took these off the menu I have been mad and therefore I have never been back. The nut chocolate sandwich cookie with chocolate filling is a really good dessert option, but they have it once in a blue moon. They also have my favorite Cesar salad dressing! read more

This Panera is a joke - at 10:30 am on Saturday we had to wait 30 minutes for coffee and the GM did nothing but act like his patrons were an inconvenience. Horrible, horrible service. read more

I go to this Panera frequently and I see staff change just as frequently. Some of the staff are helpful and excellent while others can be more "ghetto" as other reviewers have pointed out. I saw one staff member acting very rude and obnoxious to another staff member. It was really uncalled for. I regret not telling the manager about this. Panera needs to tighten up their hiring practices. The price is outrageous but the food is excellent. read more

I've been to many panera breads and this is probably the worst. The sweet girl at the cashier is the only reason I gave an extra star or else I would've given this 1 star. I ordered my usual broccoli cheddar soup with a French baguette. The soup was not right, it seemed a little weird, I'm not sure if they all used like packaged soups or what but this definitely wasn't like the one I usually have at every other panera bread. And my bread? ... Stale. So disappointed. Not coming to this location again. read more

Its Panera... the bread is fresh, the sandwichs are decent and the soup is good... but it is still a chain, so there is a lack of character... I will continue to go there because it is a safe stop, but I will always opt for a local deli first. read more

I've always enjoyed the food and quick service at Panera's. However, last night we went there and it was a dismal experience. There were few people in the restaurant, and nobody in line after us, so it wasn't a matter of them being too busy. Here are a few examples: - They changed the $.99 dessert bonus is now a cookie instead of other pastries - All of the booth tables (as well as some other tables near us) were dirty. When I told the manager that the tables in the section where we wanted to sit were dirty, he said "We try our best." I asked if one could be cleaned off; the request was ignored. - After waiting 10 minutes after ordering soups, a flatbread, and a smoothie, they came over and told us the pulled chicken was out. A very courteous waitress asked if we wanted regular chicken. Why not tell us that right away? The turkey chilis were served lukewarm, not hot...had to be sent back. When I went to pick up the chili, they were oblivious and I had to ask them to look in the microwave for the chili. Awful experience in a place I've always enjoyed. read more

Went there to buy 2 $50 gift cards for Christmas. Expecting to receive 2 $10 gift cards back as per their advertisement. Guess what....they do not have the $10 gift cards. Stopped by for dinner today and it was pretty good. I got the mozzarella and tomato panini and I added a bit of chicken to it. I guess if you're going to eat fast food this is where you should eat judging from the lines. Overall the service was decent I've been here a couple of times and like a lot of reviewers say there's always new faces. Okay so my experience was strenuous and long. My family and I ordered for rapid pickup and it was anything but. We got there 10-15 minutes after we ordered, yet we still waited 30 minutes. I was absolutely outraged by this, I would not recommend this "Rapid Order" system. On top of that I ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel (my favorite) but they were out of it. My husband and I have been customers at this Panera Bread for years. Recently the premises were partially renovated and the result is fair. (The booth seats are still ripped; the lighting is minimal for reading.) The renovation, however, has done nothing to improve the service or cleanliness of the place. On our most recent visit (this morning), there was no butter, reduced fat plain cream cheese, or oatmeal. Frequently the coffee and cream urns are empty. The new carpet always needs vacuuming and usually we have to wipe off our own tables and seats before eating. A lack of effective management is evident. This has not been the case in other Panera Bread stores I have frequented. We will not be returning to "ours" very often. read more

What happened to Panera quality? The chicken soup was the lowest form of canned soup sold on the market. Open any can of Campbell soup or Progressive soup at home and you will have better quality. The sandwich consisted of 3 pieces of processed poor quality deli turkey meat with wilted lettuce and over ripened tomato. This Panera is filthy. Staring from outside the entrance the filth got worse. The workers looked miserable, angry, and the table servers that bring the food have no gloves on. The soda machine was sticky with spilled soda and not an employee to clean it. Oh they did see it bc they would stop by for a quick fill up before returning to the counter to be miserable. The carpeted floor was nothing less than filthy with left over filth and a topping of newly deposited filth. I suggest u go to the local Porta-potty. It will be cleaner by half. As I walked in I reached for a paper towel so I did not touch anything. It was empty. I should have known bc the waste can was over flowing onto the floor. I reached for a price of tissue paper to open the door and got out of there. Keep your hard earned money and go to a local restaurant. Stay away! read more

I like it here but I wish that they were open later. I've often sat using their wi fi for long periods of time & have never been asked to leave. I was disgusted a week or so ago when a lady was changing her little boy's diaper on one of the benches in the dining room. I told the young girl at the register hoping that she would put an end to it but she did nothing. This morning, I'm using their wi fi & enjoying a cup of coffee (bitter today) but I'm noticing that there is so much garbage on the floor. Shouldn't they vacuum when they close at night & if not, shouldn't they vacuum the next day before they open? I like the place but it's not perfect. :( read more

I LOVEEEE Panera! Unfortunately, this location is terrible! The only reason I keep going back is because its 2 miles from home and I'm a glutton for punishment. The food isn't consistent- one time I'll get a great looking full salad with all the proper ingredients .. The next time ill get a puny sad looking salad with things missing. The servers are usually more interested in talking to each other than helping you. I actually had to wait for a girl to take my order so her and her sister could finish their argument about her being too early to pick her up and that her shift wasn't over for another hour. The one manager is a complete ass. I had an issue with my food one time and I went to talk to him about it and he basically told me that that's how it always comes and that I ordered it incorrectly. No "I'm sorry can I get you a new one" just "that's how it comes - deal with it".. I also witnessed the same manager pulling a hissy fit because an employee came to him to tell him a customer wanted to speak to him. If you don't want to hear it either A. Have everyone do their job correctly or B. Quit! It's a shame because it could be so much better than it is! read more

Really good soup but their salad isn't great. Bakery items can be stale. Staff is usually polite. Portions aren't that long which isn't great, and they're very pricey for the amount of food you get. read more

Our office (a total of seven people) ordered lunch online from this location yesterday. Despite choosing a specific pickup time, our confirmation changed the time to 35 minutes later. Upon our arrival, the order was nowhere to be found. A cashier asked what name the order was under, and then asked if there were any other different names it could be under. We ended up going through the names of everyone in our office to no avail. We were then actually asked if we went to the wrong Panera location. After a ten-minute long struggle, we were told that our order was finally located, but never "highlighted" on the computer, and therefore never made. The location was extremely busy, and our food was not ready for another fifteen minutes. We asked for some sort of discount to be placed back on the credit card, but the manager stated that he was unable to enter the computer program to do that. Unable or unwilling? He offered to write us vouchers for the next time we came in. Obviously, there was a very slim chance that there would be a next time. After being dismissed several more times, we were finally given our "voucher;" it was a sloppily handwritten note at the bottom of our paper receipt that said, "Francisco discount nix order." The cherry on top was realizing (after getting back to the office) that none of the side orders were correct and the avocados were so black on the inside that they were inedible. It's unfortunate that we offered them a good amount of business and were not accommodated or compensated, but instead blamed twice for their mistake. read more
