As I'm walking through the parking lot, reaching the door, I noticed the glass door was filthy, I grabbed the handle and of course it was sticky. I walk inside. The tables are dirty. The floors are sticky and the area around the garbage has pieces of food because no one has cleaned it. I saw the hand sanitizer, but the bottle looked dirtier than the floor. A gentleman screamed from the back. How can I help you while he's on the phone and doing God knows what. After he put his phone down and decided to take my order it was insane how three mixed platters and six falafel's came out to $50. Of course I've been to other Halal places one very famous in Fairlawn and I never experienced like this. Mind you I still haven't ordered my food. Why my order was being prepared. The gentleman had his body and neck at a 90° angle chitchatting on the phone over the food. I was wondering if I should've brought an umbrella for this event. Their platter looks nothing like the picture mind you the chicken was kind of yellowish, but in the right light it looks like human flesh. The chicken was cold so was the beef. The beef tasted just like every other Halal place you've ever been to matter fact the meat used is from a larger chunk of meat that was brought to the store in a bag later thawed out and cut into little cubes. What is in it? Who knows? The chicken tastes nothing that you would buy in an Arabian country. Maybe that's why it was called Halal. And the guy who prepared my food did bless it with his mouth open. Do I recommend this place? I recommend for someone to come and clean it and teach these gentlemen how to be a little bit more sanitary. I don't wish this place harmed. They've been around for a long time, but they need to be a little bit more sanitary. Someone needs to grab a mop and a rag and wipe things down. I gave them three stars cause they could do a lot a lot better. Well, I returned to this place maybe when they clean up. Let me tell you about the enthusiasm in that place., practically zero. The deal never applied, so I called the restaurant to get it corrected. Instead of helping, they insisted they were not offering any such promo--even after I explained that it was clearly shown on Uber Eats and confirmed by Uber support. On top of that, my wife was standing outside in the pouring rain trying to pick up the order while I was stuck on the phone arguing with an employee who clearly could not care less about customer service. He then called a manager who ultimately doubled down and said they had no responsibility to honor the promo. If you're going to partner with delivery platforms, maybe learn how to advertise correctly so you don't deceive and mislead your customers. Completely unacceptable experience. I will never be ordering or visiting this place again. I love their Chicken Pita wrap and wings. Make sure to ask for "double fried" which makes it extra crispy like the Korean Fried Chicken. My favorite sauce of choice always would be honey bbq. The Gyro platter is my second favorite but I will always go for the Chicken Pita wrap because the meat and sauce consistency is excellent. They also have a banana pudding that you cannot forget to buy as a side. I normally hate chunky bananas in my banana pudding but theirs is absolutely my favorite. (No chunky banana's) The service is okay (that's where I give it 4.5) there is one guy there that never smiles or laughs I'm not sure what his issue is but every time I went there in the lunch time he never seemed to be welcoming but I never let that affect me. I just come the hours he's not there. But either way the other employees and owner are fantastic don't let one mood ruin your whole day. The food is great. Food: I stopped in here on Friday evening and picked up two mixed platters. Everything is fully customizable but i am glad to see by default, it comes with tomatoes (my favorite). The meat was fresh and juicy. Both the chicken and the beef had a natural taste and was not dry or anything. It was also chopped into nice bite size pieces. The rice was also awesome, some of the best I've ever had, don't change a thing. The only downfalls in my opinion were the meats were rather plain and flavorless, i wish they had some seasoning. Also the pita was stale and was not fluffy or warm. Atmosphere: The place is large with a small seating area in the front. There is also outdoor seating it looked like in the parking lot which is great. The kitchen looked clean and everything was orderly and nice. Decor was bare bones, clearly not a "brand" yet, like Juicy Platters or Halal guys. They do have nice TVs with the menu items listed, although they were not updated. Platters by default come with onions but that was not listed and i was told the TVs were not updated. Service: The two gentlemen working behind the counter were super friendly! In the few minutes i was in there we talked about a few different things and they were super knowledgeable and directly me perfectly when i had a few questions about the food. Overall, i think this place deserves 4 stars. I personally think Juicy Platters is the absolute gold standard for platters and branding - everything there is perfect (in my opinion). I have had plenty of platters at many different places and i feel Tastee Platters can definitely compete with the best. The platters were great, not greasy or anything. ( honey garlic ) The fries 1-5 are a 5 not to salty, not to hard but just right. The chicken platter is actually bigger then juicy platters and offers a good quantity of everything. ( I get chicken platter extra chicken, tomatoes, onions ( the onions aren't the greatest ) lettuce & white sauce. They actually offer to put white sauce on top as well as giving small containers of white sauce in the bag so that's a plus. Everything in the platter is delicious but like I said the onions not so much but I'm not really a onion fan anyways. The honey garlic wings. Mannn those are some big wings. We've ordered here several times since it opened and I can firmly say that they never disappoint. The owner and staff members are super friendly and very accommodating. The menu was concise so it is very easy to order. Some compare it to Juicy Platters, but in my own personal opinion, Tastee Platters have the slight edge in this restaurant chain. My go to dish is the gyro platter. The meat is so flavorful and do not get me started on the rice. I usually add 2 cups or more white sauce and a cup of that sizzling red sauce (which they are willing to give if you ask for extra). The pita bread is tasty as well and is a perfect combination with the whole meal (if you don't mind the extra carbs). If gyro is not your jam, you can never go wrong with the chicken platter which is equally good. I always add baklava on my order to satisfy my sweet tooth. Pricing is very justified. I feel that every penny is worth it and, believe me, you would not pay a lot. All in all, this place is very well recommended by me. You should all go try it. read more

It's about time Wayne got a falafel place! And what a great find this is. I ordered a falafel and fries and my son got medium hot wings. First, the falafel had 4 good size patties, fresh salad and it was slathered with that heavenly white sauce and all wrapped up in a soft fresh pita. Enough for two meals without a doubt. All the way driving home, the smell of the wings in my car was driving me crazy, luckily i had the fries to munch on or i might have had to pull over. They were giant meaty wings, the medium hot bordered on hot hot but they are definitely delicious. I was annoyed (the bottle was 7$) so I called the store and let them know that I was upset.
